The costumer service WHEN I CAME and I LEFT at the front desk was disgusting that was my welcome and good bye They have a mini bar in the room which I think is not fair but I guess that’s a way of stealing money The room was very nice and clean, House keeping were very friendly so as the guys at the pool (Mike) and beach area I wish I could give you a 5 Star but costumer service is a must

My stay was overall a good stay ,clean rooms and bathrooms. What i do have an issue with is they present a mini bar in the room with no inventory of what's in the fridge and snack bar. Before i checked out i got a bill for my resort fees and that bill was on point. I just got my credit card statement they charged me an extra $35.97 for things that were supposedly eaten or drank from the mini bar...

The service and location was great. But the room was not as good, the shower door didn't fully close causing water to get all over the floor of the bathroom. Every time that the air conditioner turned on it would make a clicking sound, you could hear everything that was happening outside your also. It might of just been our room though. The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. Excellent Beach access, food was decent and safe choice. beach service was fast and the attendants were excellent. For getting around Miami, the location is a bit difficult - you will need to use a car service or have a car to get around.

I am really surprised about these reviews! They are right about the rooms being outdated and small but you can't miss this view! They have a pool and a beach close to each other! If your kids even wanna bring their consoles they can play it on the TV in one of the rooms! Amazing property and room! Limited food and shopping nearby. Luggage storage and service help was not good and had to do all on our own while guy watched and did not help. Elevators were not good. Overall we would stay again for the rooms as they were spacious and nice.

Family Fun Beach was a quick walk across the street. They have towels, longer and umbrellas for use. At times we had a longer wait for the elevator. The pool was great! There is an indoor basketball court and the hotel lets you make an appointment for court and a basketball which the kids had fun with. The elevator issues are real. 3 elevator worked and we often waited 15-25 mins to catch an elevator.

The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping...

The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Its my home away from home! Will definitely be staying here again and again!

Quaint, Old Fashioned, Historic. A bit MiMo looking, especially pool area, but in a good way. More"basic" or old fashioned than newer, hip hotels, but that's what makes it stands out.

Not sure about ins and outs of the hotel but the waitress and cooks in the outdoor restaurant were fantastic. She was very nice, made sure we were comfortable and accommodated lunch and breakfast for a group of 7. Thanks so much! Pool and cabanas outside are great as well. A+++ to the waitress and cook!

On its last legs, I suspect. Was probably once lovely, the plumbing all works, because it probably always did, but it's stuck in the fifties. Am sure it was once THE place to stay, but now - it's not. Nice 'mature' staff - lifts a bit near the entrance, meaning it might not be suitable to become an old-age home, but otherwise... And my balcony had no sun, due to a high-rise building adjacent. ...

If one were to heed the bad reviews one reads online, you'd probably never book this hotel. I am glad we didn't and I trusted my gut. I didn't regret it. Our flight was delayed so we landed pretty late and didn't get to the hotel till way past 12am. Tony was the staff on duty and he was super helpful. He gave us tips and when we said we were hungry, he gave us numbers to call for delivery. The room...

Location was awesome!! Our room overlooked the ocean and it was one of my favorite parts of our honeymoon! Waking up and walking the beach every morning was amazing! The rooms were decent I didn't like the pillows or the shower but if you don't plan on staying in your room the whole time who cares! Great place and it's completely renovated. Great location right on the boardwalk with tons of restaurants. Staff very helpful. Excellent security. You need your room card to go anywhere on the premises. Free inside parking and wifi. Highly recommend. Looks better in person than in the photos.

The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view. The beach access is at the end of the boardwalk, so there aren't a lot of people on the beach by the hotel (relatively speaking). The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean! The biggest surprise for us was that this was not a normal hotel. It's a time share...
