I read reviews on Newport Beachside on several services and it had mixed reviews. For those people that gave it a one star rating, I think you have too high of an expectation for the price point. This is my fourth time coming to this hotel. They were renovating the pool during this visit, which was disappointing. The hotel needs major updates. The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. It's near the pier so you can get romantic anytime that you want. Also serves like a wedding place or other kind of ceremonies and lastly but not worse, they have a great spa with packages that include the whole day in the swimming pool...

Great location Good price. Our room was not what was pictured on web site. Sofa bed sheets were dirty. Called to get sheets and they just brought them to the door. We had to strip the bed and remake ourself. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My stay was overall a good stay ,clean rooms and bathrooms. What i do have an issue with is they present a mini bar in the room with no inventory of what's in the fridge and snack bar. Before i checked out i got a bill for my resort fees and that bill was on point. I just got my credit card statement they charged me an extra $35.97 for things that were supposedly eaten or drank from the mini bar...

The service and location was great. But the room was not as good, the shower door didn't fully close causing water to get all over the floor of the bathroom. Every time that the air conditioner turned on it would make a clicking sound, you could hear everything that was happening outside your also. It might of just been our room though. This pool area gets pretty crowded with Europeans and their kids very quickly each day. For whatever reason, they're all down here by 8-9am every morning. If you don't hustle, you won't have a spot.

Perfect location, on the beach, the pool is amazing, the water is warm and pleasant, fun to swim in, there is a hot jacuzzi next to it, access to the beach is only a few steps away, the service is pleasant and kind and welcoming, there are free towels, and popsicles and ice cream for a fee. Very nice resort/hotel right in Sunny Isles beach. The service is really good. They give you towels and lounge chairs outside for the beach. The pool is also nice, right by the beach. We rented the penthouse so we had the stairs to go up to the terrace and there is a jacuzzi that was sooo nice to relax after a day at the beach. They have valet to park your car. This is an older Hotel and most of the rooms are privately owned and dated. My biggest complaint would be the elevator service and Valet parking. During peak periods like check in/out times it could take up to 45 minutes for an empty elevator. We finally started riding the elevator up then back down.

Location is one of the best and I can’t complain about. I really enjoyed the sunrise and ocean view just a step away from resort.

I stayed in a private apartment there & was overall very happy with the hotel. Apartment was clean with beautiful views. (However I was not too happy with.the private owner / management co of the apartment. They didn't give enough toilet paper, garbage bags, etc)

I am really surprised about these reviews! They are right about the rooms being outdated and small but you can't miss this view! They have a pool and a beach close to each other! If your kids even wanna bring their consoles they can play it on the TV in one of the rooms! I would recommend this place if you want a view of the beach, wanna relax in the sun, and smell the fresh air.

One of the last smaller hotels left. Although it's older it has its charms. The rooms are still spacious but some of them are better maintained than others.

Love this building first time visit there after our friends recommended it. My kids 2,5,7 have the best time ever! Zibo who we book it with was extremely nice and helpful she answered to all our questions 24/7 I choudnt ask more it was great 2 weeks. We had our employee on the work project in Aventura for 3 months. We have subleased furnished apartment in Sunny isles from Globe Quarters Corporate Housing. The reservation process was simple and clear. Our employee enjoyed his stay and all his requests were attended in a timely fashion. We will definitely use Globe Quarters in Miami and other locations.

Property had everything we were dreaming of (and even so much more!) from nice balcony view to a private parking lot, grocery store and pool area, etc. Apartment we rented for our stay was surprisingly clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. It even had two TVs with at least one being 4k smart TV! The neighborhood felt very safe and clean.
