Location was excellent, close to beach and skiing. Our room was completely renovated, the terrace outside was cute as well. Ample parking.
Wow!! The location is amazing. Couldn't believe my eyes after seeing the sunrise. Best place for both sunrise and sunset. Rooms are decent, ample parking space and provides good privacy.
Very pretty individual cabins.. great view of the lake! Very clean! Well stocked kitchen! Would recommend!!
I love this place, but the phone service needs serious work. I booked a reservation a week prior and due to staffing shortages they held a room for me, but didn't know which one at the time. Here I am a day from check-in and I've had no emails, calls, or texts. I have tried calling for 3 days and I am sent to a call center when they don't answer. The call center cannot check reservations. All they...
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Love the rustic cabin atmosphere. Room kitchen and bathroom, adequate for us. Kitchen came with a dish washer too. We enjoyed the proximity to a almost private beach. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away for relaxation.
A rustic retreat in the small town of Tahoe Vista, with a small private beach and near many attractions (NV casinos, decent restaurants, boating, mini and regular golf). We've been coming here for years. The rooms could be more up to date, but it is rustic, not modern. Service is available by request only. Prices are mid range for the area. If not getting a lakefront cottage, go for the forest side...

Tahoe Sands Resort is a great getaway in Tahoe. It is a charming, local-feeling, slightly rustic resort, so if you are expecting the Ritz, look elsewhere. If you want a clean, well-located accommodation in North Lake Tahoe, then it's perfect. Our two-bed condo had two balconies looking out at the lake. We were able to ski for two days easily and get to the incredible restaurants nearby quickly. The...
So far experience has been great. Sophie at the front desk was really helpful with our questions. We were able to check out sleds at no additonal charge and get more towels and blankets for our rooms. The only issues we found were a furnace (they still have other heaters) that didn’t work and the bathroom shower doors that don’t close all the way. We were pleasantly surprised housekeeping came one...
Great location and great staff. We stayed in a bungalow and loved it! Visitors need to be aware that the resort is under new ownership and management. Management is diligently addressing maintenance issues that were not handled by previous owners. That being said, we highly recommend staying at Tahoe Sands Resort!
The staff was absolutely amazing. I loved how quick they were at getting things done and did so with cheerful willingness. Sophia at the front desk was quite helpful and pleasant. We love the people here! Of course, the beauty of the lake is beyond description, and we had good access to it for kayaking and swimming!
Found this place last minute for a visit in summer. Turned out to be a hidden gem! Simple small condos at reasonable price. Very friendly staff, private walk in beach with beach chairs, swings and other amenities. Pool and hot tub (though we couldn’t use it because they were always closed by the time we got back to resort). Only one little discomfort in summer was that condo had no ac and got very...
Love this place. So peaceful and beautiful. Quite comfortable, so nice to have a complete kitchen, 2 baths, and fireplace. Haven't used the spa yet, but I plan to. Just enjoying the peace and quiet.

Location, Location, Location!! Don’t let the motel feel fool you!!! This place has big very well laid out and nicely maintained spacious rooms! Less rooms meaning less crowd for you to enjoy the beach!! Get out of the room and jump in cool water… or in winters - get out of room and make snowman on the beach - this is a must stay experience for all
Loves my stay here. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. We stayed warm all night. Didn't even hear the heater. Every room has a lake view. Family run business. Would stay here again.
The 3 Stars for the room is because they are outdated and the room I was staying in smelled.. probably due to the outdated kitchen cabinets from cooking all these years. The 3 Stars for the service is due to well.. the Manager Corinna explained to me it is necessary to do Construction Below’ my room at 8:00am because they need to “update” their rooms (which leads back to my review of the room). Not...
My husband and I just returned from our 1st stay at the Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort in Tahoe Vista. The location is awesome - located directly on the beach, and close to dozens of restaurant choices. And amazingly quiet, considering its location right on the main lakefront road. We would like to add kudos to your outstanding manager, Travis, for standing by us in a booking dispute with a 3rd party...
This is a good place to stay! Just near by the beach, and the room is so comfy. Never say no to the good quality to stay in Tahoe! The front desk also really friendly. The location is quite good too. The view outside my room was amazing. In winter, you can really find yourself a peace when looking the snow. The heater and hot tub also good. I love that.
It’s more like 10 stars this place. It’s adorable. What a gem. But above all the staff are amazing. We got stuck and couldn’t get there after a highway closure. First surprise: they actually answer their phones right away without putting you on hold for hours. Travis was super sweet and accommodating shifting our reservation at no cost. It’s a family business and the staff has been here for decades...

Location was perfect. BBQs available for everyone to use which was great. Modern and clean rooms! Free Wi-Fi and parking.
We absolutely loved our stay at Cedar Glen Lodge! Charlie and the rest of the staff at the property went above and beyond with recommendations in the area and other efforts to welcome us to Tahoe. The clean/cozy room was perfect for our trip with a fully stocked kitchenette. Parking was easy right outside our room. The hot tub and cozy lobby were also great amenities to have on the property. We would...
My husband and I just wanted to get away and stay in a new place and we were extremely surprised how beautiful and perfect out cabin was. It is quiet...room was incredibly "sound resistant " and the shades totally blocked light. It's just stunning there and I would absolutely recommend and stay again!
Went there in this October second week, seems like hotel wasn’t much occupied might be due to midweek. Room was quite decent, clean but still need some dusting under table. Bathroom was clean. Hotel was much silent what we like about it. Had a great stay there. Price of the rooms was great. Staffs were much helpful. They also have the charging port for the EV, quiet slow but still worth it. I still...
Repeat visitor... very relaxing. SUPER clean cabins, spotless and smelling fresh, I was very pleased. All the rooms are very nicely decorated. CGL is across street from a lightly used beach. The pool was cloudly and in need of scrubbing, but my 5 stars show that I was paid off with their evening fireside S'mores! 😀
The property was beautiful & very comfortable to stay in. There was a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Everything was spotless clean and it wasn’t noisy at all. There was also a pool, badminton and volleyball area, and a bonfire. The owners were very kind. 10/10 recommend!

Very lovely room and setup, the receiption was really nice and easy check in. Location is great too.
The Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are clean and cute, the setting by the lake is perfect, and the staff was friendly and responsive. They also had fun activities for kids!
What a nice place! Clean, quiet rooms, excellent amenities nearby. Great views of the lake. The staff are helpful and so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone, hands down.
It is my first visit here. We are having a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabins are nice, clean an well stocked. I really like the view from my patio. I will return for sure.
All staff. Kelly trini Katie Jose work so hard to make my stay wonderful. They got me robe and listened to my feedback about property. The high elevation got to me and staff asked if I was feeling better. They are like family
Amazing. We want to come back. Stayed here with our 3 kids under 5, and it was a perfect home base for exploring Tahoe. Kids loved the pool & beach. We loved the view & kayaks. Kind & efficient staff. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed here twice about 2 or 3 years apart, both during the winter with my husband and 2 small dogs. Firstly I was searching for a dog friendly place. Secondly I was blown away by the views. At the time Holiday House was advertised as a chalet. I’m not sure what that means exactly however we went for a quiet get a way and it was exactly like renting a small 1 bedroom apartment with a tiny functional...
So happy I found this place. Beautiful, cozy lakeside rooms with full kitchen. View is gorgeous. Deck to relax and bbq. Owner is a sweetheart. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we come back up here. 😀
the owner is amazing. Got stuck in a storm and she was so friendly and helpful. Helped check weather for us and allowed us to hang out last check out to see if the roads would open. The rooms were older but homey. The view is spectacular out over the lake. She definitely made a very stressful situation much more tolerable.
We stay here at least 2 times a year. Very cozy and right on the water. Don't come here for something fancy but come here for tranquility and hommy feeling.
Best location in Tahoe, hands down! Our room had way more than a normal hotel, including a full kitchen and dining area... Not to mention the common areas like the patio and the water side sitting area. It's hard to find a place that just feels like home as soon as you walk in... and it's hard to over estimate just how awesome the view is! I could(and did) just sit there for hours!
The room was lovely and warm even though it was facing the lake which was super windy and cold. Very cozy place and amazing views of the lake when you wake up!

Unfortunately, the pool hours are very limited and there are a lot of restrictions. Having purchased there 50 years ago it is not as pleasurable as it once was.
Horrible place to move people into if your a mover. With a one way road, but it's definitely a wonderful place to live.
Thank you FPHOA for running a tight ship. I have a friend who owns apartment complexes in Reno and he commented about the great condition of the common areas. He has seen lots of complexes and he definitely recognizes quality management when he sees it.

The location and facilities were wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me locate a lost wallet. Even though we didn't find it, they were very accommodating.
Just outside the centre of Incline Village, only 5mins drive from there, the local golf course and 5-10 mins from Diamond Peak Ski Resort. The shuttle bus to the mountain was right out the front of the Club House/Reception. It’s quite spread out so some units were a bit of a walk to the Club were the sauna, pool and hot spa were - in the freezing cold and snow, a bit of a hike in your towel and bathers...
They have Three levels. 1st level- 1 suit, 1 single room. 1 restroom outside with washer and dryer. 2nd level - living room with TV; a full kitchen with microwave oven and a dinning area. 3rd level - a loft with 2 single beds sleeping area. They have a 1 assigned parking for each cabins. It’s nice and quiet. Only 5 minutes away from diamond peak ski resort. I have nothing to complain, just a bit...
We've owned this winter interval unit since it was built (1980?). The company keeps everything updated. . . Every few years, they paint and replace carpet and furniture. Every 2 or so years , bedding, towels, dishes, etc. are replaced. We have a reserved parking space for our unit, and there are extra spots further away. It's generally quiet as most owners are out skiing, playing tennis, swimming...
Cool resort in incline village was perfect location for skiing on Mt Rose. The rooms were cool and each of the loft came with a spacious living room and kitchen. The second bathroom was very small though. Can easily fit 6 people although sharing 2 bathrooms amongst those many people could be challenging. The resort also had an interesting clubhouse with a bunch of activities, we couldn't explore being...
Our room was perfect for our family of five. Our two oldest shared the Loft with two twin beds and had their own "floor". The living room and kitchen were great for hanging out. Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and other full bedroom were spacious and comfortable. I will say that you need to be okay with stairs if staying here. Also note that heat rises, so those sleeping downstairs will be cooler...

This was our first stay at this property we were blown away with the great customer service, the beauty of the property and the great location. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Tahoe!
This place is such a gem. The location is great, the heated pools and Jacuzzis are amazing when it's snowing outside. Really the best of all was the food and service. The Lone Eagle Grill was in one word "outstanding." Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The duck breast I got was out of this world. It is a bit pricey, but we'll worth the hefty price tag. What highlighted the whole experience was...
I have to say everything here is out of my expectations! Great location with private beach, outdoor hot tub spa and the fabulous views of Lake Tahoe. They have three restaurants, one Italy one American and one next to the beach. I tried the Italy restaurant, delicious food and terrific service! Nothing I can complain! Now I can’t wait to come back in summer!
Great hotel! Spacious rooms! After a broken water pipe in the casino bathroom not only did they make it right immediately they left my family comfortable and wanting to come back even more. Food is great, drinks are great, locations is STUNNING! You get a number to text at any time for questions or request. I wish they responded sooner but they usually replied with in 10 minutes and at the room a minute...
We stayed at this wonderful hotel last week and absolutely loved it! The room we had was very nice but the management and staff were beyond amazing! Beautiful place to stay, lakeside condos we have stayed in everytime we have been here have become seriously overpriced, an extra $1000.00 a night, we've never paid close to that. Sad to say, but true.
Nice place to stay for a week!! Staff was SUPER Helpful with our many questions. It's nice area if you have a car and don't want commercial aspects like near Northstar and Heavenly. BUT not a lot of amenities at this place, had to go to the Regency next door for events, the fire pit, restaurants, activities, etc. But did enjoy our room, the fireplace, and billiards room.
The resort is nice, but the staff not so much. Trying to get help, even asked for the GM. The staff followed by the GM, decided it would be easier to dump me onto the 1-800 number. Not answering or helping me with my questions. Then thinking maybe the guest services were briefed by the GM on the 1-800 number that the GM dumped me onto would answer the questions, nope not helpful. I've been to all the...
Love it here. Have a timeshare in middle of July. The rooms are nice with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Private beach access, with watercraft, and cabana rentals. The property is family friendly but no pets. Restaurants are on the expensive side, but the full kitchen allows for the option to bring your own food. Relatively small casino with the typical slots, video poker, and traditional...
Beautiful place to stay, we had a wonderful time. If you get the chance to rent one of these private residences take it, lots of room, an awesome fireplace, large kitchen, and a beautiful setting all just steps from the restaurants and casino at the Hyatt.
Feel free to just walk to Austin’s for lunch, dog park and beach 🏖 with playground and picnics across the street!
