This was our first stay at this property we were blown away with the great customer service, the beauty of the property and the great location. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Tahoe!
This place is such a gem. The location is great, the heated pools and Jacuzzis are amazing when it's snowing outside. Really the best of all was the food and service. The Lone Eagle Grill was in one word "outstanding." Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The duck breast I got was out of this world. It is a bit pricey, but we'll worth the hefty price tag. What highlighted the whole experience was...
I have to say everything here is out of my expectations! Great location with private beach, outdoor hot tub spa and the fabulous views of Lake Tahoe. They have three restaurants, one Italy one American and one next to the beach. I tried the Italy restaurant, delicious food and terrific service! Nothing I can complain! Now I can’t wait to come back in summer!
Great hotel! Spacious rooms! After a broken water pipe in the casino bathroom not only did they make it right immediately they left my family comfortable and wanting to come back even more. Food is great, drinks are great, locations is STUNNING! You get a number to text at any time for questions or request. I wish they responded sooner but they usually replied with in 10 minutes and at the room a minute...
We stayed at this wonderful hotel last week and absolutely loved it! The room we had was very nice but the management and staff were beyond amazing! Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. From Lisa the concierge, to Lilah the manager, to Debbie & Kristi at the casino and Sherry at the Lone Eagle Grill...we want to thank you all for making our...
Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Beautiful resort in one of my favorite locations in the world, Lake Tahoe....

The location and facilities were wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me locate a lost wallet. Even though we didn't find it, they were very accommodating.
Just outside the centre of Incline Village, only 5mins drive from there, the local golf course and 5-10 mins from Diamond Peak Ski Resort. The shuttle bus to the mountain was right out the front of the Club House/Reception. It’s quite spread out so some units were a bit of a walk to the Club were the sauna, pool and hot spa were - in the freezing cold and snow, a bit of a hike in your towel and bathers...
They have Three levels. 1st level- 1 suit, 1 single room. 1 restroom outside with washer and dryer. 2nd level - living room with TV; a full kitchen with microwave oven and a dinning area. 3rd level - a loft with 2 single beds sleeping area. They have a 1 assigned parking for each cabins. It’s nice and quiet. Only 5 minutes away from diamond peak ski resort. I have nothing to complain, just a bit...
We've owned this winter interval unit since it was built (1980?). The company keeps everything updated. . . Every few years, they paint and replace carpet and furniture. Every 2 or so years , bedding, towels, dishes, etc. are replaced. We have a reserved parking space for our unit, and there are extra spots further away. It's generally quiet as most owners are out skiing, playing tennis, swimming...
Cool resort in incline village was perfect location for skiing on Mt Rose. The rooms were cool and each of the loft came with a spacious living room and kitchen. The second bathroom was very small though. Can easily fit 6 people although sharing 2 bathrooms amongst those many people could be challenging. The resort also had an interesting clubhouse with a bunch of activities, we couldn't explore being...
Our room was perfect for our family of five. Our two oldest shared the Loft with two twin beds and had their own "floor". The living room and kitchen were great for hanging out. Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and other full bedroom were spacious and comfortable. I will say that you need to be okay with stairs if staying here. Also note that heat rises, so those sleeping downstairs will be cooler...

Beautiful place to stay, lakeside condos we have stayed in everytime we have been here have become seriously overpriced, an extra $1000.00 a night, we've never paid close to that. Sad to say, but true.
Nice place to stay for a week!! Staff was SUPER Helpful with our many questions. It's nice area if you have a car and don't want commercial aspects like near Northstar and Heavenly. BUT not a lot of amenities at this place, had to go to the Regency next door for events, the fire pit, restaurants, activities, etc. But did enjoy our room, the fireplace, and billiards room.
The resort is nice, but the staff not so much. Trying to get help, even asked for the GM. The staff followed by the GM, decided it would be easier to dump me onto the 1-800 number. Not answering or helping me with my questions. Then thinking maybe the guest services were briefed by the GM on the 1-800 number that the GM dumped me onto would answer the questions, nope not helpful. I've been to all the...
Love it here. Have a timeshare in middle of July. The rooms are nice with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Private beach access, with watercraft, and cabana rentals. The property is family friendly but no pets. Restaurants are on the expensive side, but the full kitchen allows for the option to bring your own food. Relatively small casino with the typical slots, video poker, and traditional...
Beautiful place to stay, we had a wonderful time. If you get the chance to rent one of these private residences take it, lots of room, an awesome fireplace, large kitchen, and a beautiful setting all just steps from the restaurants and casino at the Hyatt.
Feel free to just walk to Austin’s for lunch, dog park and beach 🏖 with playground and picnics across the street!

Unfortunately, the pool hours are very limited and there are a lot of restrictions. Having purchased there 50 years ago it is not as pleasurable as it once was.
Horrible place to move people into if your a mover. With a one way road, but it's definitely a wonderful place to live.
Thank you FPHOA for running a tight ship. I have a friend who owns apartment complexes in Reno and he commented about the great condition of the common areas. He has seen lots of complexes and he definitely recognizes quality management when he sees it.
