This was our first stay at this property we were blown away with the great customer service, the beauty of the property and the great location. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Tahoe!

This place is such a gem. The location is great, the heated pools and Jacuzzis are amazing when it's snowing outside. Really the best of all was the food and service. The Lone Eagle Grill was in one word "outstanding." Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The duck breast I got was out of this world. It is a bit pricey, but we'll worth the hefty price tag. I have to say everything here is out of my expectations! Great location with private beach, outdoor hot tub spa and the fabulous views of Lake Tahoe. They have three restaurants, one Italy one American and one next to the beach. I tried the Italy restaurant, delicious food and terrific service! Nothing I can complain! Now I can’t wait to come back in summer!

Great hotel! Spacious rooms! After a broken water pipe in the casino bathroom not only did they make it right immediately they left my family comfortable and wanting to come back even more. Food is great, drinks are great, locations is STUNNING! You get a number to text at any time for questions or request. Beautiful place to stay, lakeside condos we have stayed in everytime we have been here have become seriously overpriced, an extra $1000.00 a night, we've never paid close to that. Sad to say, but true.

Nice place to stay for a week!! Staff was SUPER Helpful with our many questions. It's nice area if you have a car and don't want commercial aspects like near Northstar and Heavenly. BUT not a lot of amenities at this place, had to go to the Regency next door for events, the fire pit, restaurants, activities, etc. But did enjoy our room, the fireplace, and billiards room.

The resort is nice, but the staff not so much. Trying to get help, even asked for the GM. The staff followed by the GM, decided it would be easier to dump me onto the 1-800 number. Love it here. Have a timeshare in middle of July. The rooms are nice with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Private beach access, with watercraft, and cabana rentals. The property is family friendly but no pets. Restaurants are on the expensive side, but the full kitchen allows for the option to bring your own food. Beautiful place to stay, we had a wonderful time. If you get the chance to rent one of these private residences take it, lots of room, an awesome fireplace, large kitchen, and a beautiful setting all just steps from the restaurants and casino at the Hyatt.

Feel free to just walk to Austin’s for lunch, dog park and beach 🏖 with playground and picnics across the street!

Would give 5 stars, but plumbing was bad. Kitchenette sink was unusable as water wasn't coming out (very low flow), and the sink wasn't draining. Bathroom shower control was extremely touchy, making temperature adjustments extremely time-consuming (and water wasting). Hot water pressure was much lower than cold water pressure so thats why it was so hard to adjust. Beds were comfy and warm. Easy location...

The check-in lady, Holly i believe, she was rude and argumentative, yelled at me because she misunderstood me, in front of other guests.. Phenomenal hostel! I stayed here for a total of 4 nights while hiking around Lake Tahoe. Two nights when I passed along the north shore, and then again after hitting Tahoe City (took a bus all the way back to King's Beach just to stay another night! There are not one but TWO kitchens available for use and plenty of fridge space.

My husband and I stayed here for a week! Couldn't wish for a better place! Our room was super clean and smelled great. The kitchen and common space are just wonderful. You will find everything you need to prep a nice meal and have a coffee in the morning. It was so fun meeting new people! The staff is amazing and a check in was a breeze. Always clean, warm, cozy - fully stocked kitchen and shared space. The staff is amazing and accommodating, really can't beat the price anywhere in Tahoe. After staying in numerous hostels all over Europe and Southeast, this hostel is still hands down my favorite one!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The management and staff do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. It is in a great location and within walking distance from many fun activities. The rooms are nicer than the rooms of many hostels and the price was definitely worth it. I am certain that I will stay here again in the future.

Had a great stay. Super clean, updated and comfortable place. I travel with my 12 year old son for many sports tournaments and have to be as efficient as possible. The cost was very reasonable, combined with the ability to make food on site in a modern kitchen ... exactly what I was looking for. Would love to return during the winter for a weekend ski trip.
