Couldn’t check us because they were in the middle of an audit. After returning 5 minutes later then the key program went out and we could only get 1 key. The hotel is great, except there was no microwave in the room and there were no handles on the doors of the cabinet where the mini fridge was. It was tricky to even find the fridge. This place has gotten drastically better. I've stayed here numerous times for different occasions and it's never been this good. We were on a trip for our 30th wedding anniversary. The room we had was nice. It was clean. Bathroom was very spacious Did not see any bugs. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. We got a single king bedroom and the room I'd say was super nice. Lots of space and great amenities. Appliances were all good looking and clean. Everything was pretty nice even the breakfast was good. Only minor issue was that there was a beer bottle cap and 2 wristbands in the room but like I said we found everything else to be good as gold.

I'll never stay here again. We were put on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator!! I'm 69. I can't carry heavy luggage! We had no bath towels and there's only 1 garbage can in the room. Good service, front desk workers were really nice. They served a good breakfast (and good coffee, which is the most important part)! They allow pets for a small fee, so if you have pets that's great, but it could be a problem if you don't like them. There's a fridge and a safe in the rooms. It's a good price for what you get! It's an older hotel, but the rooms are a lot nicer than the halls.

My husband stays here weekly for work. It is always clean and the workers go above to help you. Recently my husband was hospitalized and I stayed at hotel, in the morning I had two cards from the staff for my husband. This type of compassion for their customers speaks volumes!!
