Good affordable rooms with very comfortable beds and a decent shower. There are upgrades to the rooms in some aspects (floor, granite bathroom counter framed mirror) but opportunities with others. The toilet was weak flush and clogged with just toilet paper. Ac worked great. The Friday night was quiet but Saturday night was super busy until late with road noise. Put on my white noise and fixed.
There was also a huge gap under the door sweep and frame. Very helpful staff, easy check in/out great location.

I truly enjoyed my stay! Great service and my disabled friendly room was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend this Days Inn, which by the way gives a military/veterans discount.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Checked in, turned on the tv used the bathroom and seen the whole room. $174.19 and that room was a BIG NO from me. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com said the hotel was disputing my claim because I used the room… I wasn’t there even an hour, so now they are filing another claim. Stains, bathroom light won’t turn off, the black smoke stain on the bathroom ceiling, lots of paint chips and bad patch jobs, and all the metal was rusted. Spots on the blanket and black spots on all the lamp shades. Now I’m out for another room out of pocket while they dispute this charge.

The location was in a very nice place. The outside was very nice and clean. I like the benches they have outside when you enter to register. The room was very clean and large.

Appreciated the ability to park my motorcycle under the front awning as a big thunderstorm came through overnight. Made a big difference for the next day

Dirty rooms / bathroom . Lights had shorts in them . The bathroom light switch sparks when you turn it on . Doesn’t work half the time . Paint chipping off over end table into the floor . They really need to shut this down and remodel . Electrical not safe for my kids at all . When I got the light working I just left it on so they didn’t have to worry about getting shocked . Very shocking and disappointing . The maid just walked in the room to clean at 930 in the morning telling my kids it’s time to go . Mind blowing !!!!

The best thing about this property was the customer service. Michelle and Mo plus the housekeeping staff are top-notch! We checked in late evening just as the tornado sirens were going off. Mo made sure the guests were safe. He went above and beyond taking care of our reservation. Upon checking out Michelle was very friendly. After leaving, 30 minutes later, Michelle called to say that the housekeeping staff had found a phone that was left behind in the room. Michelle and her housekeeping staff did not have to let us know that but they did. Again, above and beyond exceptional!

The staff at this establishment are invaluable, and their customer service and care exceed all expectations. The desk staff is compassionate and caring, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guests. The service staff ensures that rooms are clean and orderly, paying close attention to detail. The management of this staff is understanding, culturally competent, caring, and above all else. This business is proficient in hospitality, and I am always blessed to be a part of their guests.

This place is fine for a short visit. Only problems were, had to ask for an ironing board, and it looked as if someone had tried to sit on it, (bent up pretty bad), and no coffee pot in the room. Other than that, kiddo loved the indoor pool, and we had a tornado warning, and the staff was very accommodating, as I moved about 10 little girls, and 6 adults, to the lobby for safety.

I really enjoyed staying at Days Inn in Tyler. The room was great and around the corner from the front on the end. Basically, I had the end to myself with no noise from the accompanying rooms.
