It’s is literally everything you would expect in the real North Pole when you were a child🤩. My family and I spent Christmas here and was absolutely everything I wanted and more. We actually tried to book at Cascade right on the river only to keep turning up results for "Talisa" the new name which is still going through major renovations so we booked last minute at the Coldstream condos. Overall the experience was excellent. The only reason for the 4 stars was because the beds are not the most comfortable. The pillows were way too flat and the beds a bit hard.

We enjoyed our stay one night stay at Sebastian. Clean, contemporary, warm and comfortable. The service was excellent but the number of our suite rooms was a bit confusing. The stay includes valet parking, free morning coffee, large gym, heated pool and 3 hot tubs.

It's a shame there are so many one star reviews posted that are simply about the parking garage and rates, not about Solaris Residences themselves. The property is nice, staff very friendly, and over all no complaints. Since we’re in this COVID-19 world, you really can’t discern bad service with the new rules of the pandemic. I can say the staff was very friendly and our 3 bedroom looked over the plaza and mountains. Would recommend and stay there again.

I wish I could remember the exactly name of the front desk gentleman. I think was Ben. Anyways, he made sure my bf and I had a great stay. Very accommodating and very helpful. We had a mixed experience at our recent stay at the lodge but for the price, it didn’t seem worthwhile. I visited for a conference held at the hotel. My experience was quite enjoyable, the architecture is asthetically pleasing and it was fun to explore. Like many buildings in Vail the building was built along the landscape which makes for interesting, albeit somewhat confusing, paths and corridors. The service was excellent, the front desk took care of any problem I had quickly and efficiently.

Stayed at Villa Valhalla, which is managed by The Lodge at Vail. Bunk beds were very small and rather flimsy. Definitely not made for young adults, which is what we planned on using them for. Booked a room last minute and had a great experience, the staff were very friendly and the room was great. It’s about a 14 min walk to the base of Vail which is a haul with ski gear but doable. The water stopped working when we were checking out but it didn’t effect us. Would stay here again.

Room was nice enough. Staff was available and helpful. You can skip the continental breakfast and not notice. There’s a Starbucks around the corner in the hospital. I feel it was overpriced given the facilities, but it was probably a “bargain” given the location. Only chose it because it was next door to the rink where my daughter had a competition.

Evergreen Lodge is in a great location and had good amenities. They're customer service was good and I was very satisfied with my stay. Management was very open and easy to reach when I needed help.

This hotel was comfortable. It was located fairly close to the ski areas. The restaurants are ok. Their breakfast was pretty good....the person who seated us asked if we had received coupons from the front desk....when I asked the front desk for coupons, I was told I didn't qualify. I would not stay here again. I booked in April for Christmas week and it was the only room available.

I had the best experience at the Spa at The Arrabelle! I booked a facial, manicure, and pedicure and was treated to an amazing morning with Leah! She used the most hydrating and delicious smelling oils on my face and I felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. In the past some facials have lead to breakouts for me but this treatment was perfect! Great pool, hot tub, steam room, & sauna. 8 minute drive to Veil Town Center or Lionhead. The drive is short, but if it's busy, parking can be awful. We stayed on the first floor. Newer, conveniently located condos just a quick shuttle ride from the mountain. And when I say quick I mean 4 minutes. Of course every condo is different depending on what the owners put into.

Simba Run is at the east end of Vail, a stately yet older set of condos. We stayed four days over a weekend in the second week of December. There was snow the Friday we arrived so the weekend was crowded with skiers. Our condo held five comfortably. One room had a king size bed, one room had two twins. Two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen made for a comfortable stay. Little things like a blender...

Nice place to stay in Vail. We stayed here for the mountain games and had a great stay. Friendly front desk staff, clean room and lobby, nice complimentary snacks and drinks, comfortable beds, and great room! We got a room on the 5th floor and it was a nice room. Vail’s Mountain Haus is a good place overall to stay by the mountain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious. My basic room even had a fireplace and balcony. The issue with my room was that the thermostat would not go below 74 no matter how hard I tried. I had to slightly open the balcony screen door to keep the room cool. The staff couldn’t fix the problem and eventually stopped trying...

Great Vail location! Just be sure to get a room on the Gore River and not the highway. We were on the corner right next to Bridge Street and the noise was just brutal. People just steps away from the window smoking and yelling until 2 AM. Every 15 minutes another bus would stop and make an awful noise. The room was nice... But badly in need of an upgrade. Great room! Two queen beds, view of the street where people walk to get into the heart of the town. It's not a loud town, so having a street view is just fine. Also, the hotel is almost right downtown. And there is an ice cream shop just next door, as well as a star bucks and cute shops.

Great hotel! The outdoor hot tub and heated pool were definitely a highlight. The hot tub was very spacious. There were also fire pits where you could sit to warm up in the cooler evenings. Had a veggie pizza from the restaurant and was very impressed. It was on a delicious thin crust and cooked perfectly.

For the price and the location, this hotel was wonderful. I had a king room with a balcony. While it wasn’t huge, it’s Vail, and it had a wrap around balcony with a stunning view. The cocktails at their bar were great, but I can not recommend the Margarita Pizza. By far the worst Pizza I ever tasted. Also, I have to note that that the evening shift staff (a women who’s name I didn’t catch) was not friendly.

It opened up about six months ago and while there is still a bit of a learning curve compared to other established Hilton Hotels the staff is kind and they are doing their best. The hotel is clean, well kept and the hot tub is great. The rowing machine needs to have water put into it (forgot to mention it when I was there) so heads up on that since it won't work otherwise.

A beautiful hotel, with lovely views! Rustic, yet sophicated decor. Well appointed, clean, updated, wonderful rooms. Fabulous outdoor hot tub and warm pool, with fire tables running and a gas fireplace available. Beautiful lobby, bar, and gathering space...with live music playing during cocktail hour. Sweet staff - thanks Stephanie for taking good care of us. A few dining options available on site...

I absolutely loved this resort. The pool was warm and the hot tube jets really helped after a long day of skiing. I also liked the heated patio so there was no snow. The bartender there was nice too. And the had shuffleboard and a realy cool fire.
