Staff was amazing, overall decor was very charming. Furnishings could use an upgrade/update. Bed was not comfortable but location and charm made up for it!
I didn’t stay here, but met some folks here and had a drink next door. This property is beautiful and right in the heart of vail. The staff was really helpful and professional.
Definitely stay in this hotel is so beautiful and cozy. The spa is my favorite part. Is very relaxing. Cleanliness is also a 5 star. Is in the middle of the village so you don’t have to walk much after a night of food and drinks. People are professional and friendly. I recommend this place anytime.
We stayed at the Sonnenalp for a last-minute get away leading into Memorial Day weekend. It continues to be our favorite hotel in Vail! Our wonderful stay was marked by the warm, friendly, and attentive staff. They made us so welcome that we felt like we were in our own home. If you've never stayed at this hotel, the authenticity of the Bavarian style throughout takes you to the Alps immediately. The...
What a difference superior service makes! Loved the turndown service (with delicious cookies and plenty of drinking water) the constant attention to the room and the property in general, the concierge, the front desk staff. Everything was top shelf. Every member of staff made us feel welcome. Even appreciated Housekeeping arranging my toiletries on a towel. It all felt so welcoming and like we mattered...
We've stayed in Vail plenty of times and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Special shoutout to Austin, who was so kind to us, and when hearing it was our anniversary, gave us a late night complimentary dessert. I think the price for the hotel is worth it if you take advantage of the amenities. The pool, sauna, and steam room are...

Overall the experience was excellent. The only reason for the 4 stars was because the beds are not the most comfortable. The pillows were way too flat and the beds a bit hard.

Check in great, very easy. Our suite was very nice. Room service had a lovely bottle of Prosecco brought up with a Charcuterie board (the board was not as lovely). The cookies were a wonderful treat.

We had a few cocktails...
The Sebastian in Vail Village was amazing. My family and I were just there for a summer vacation and the accommodations were top notch. Todd at the front desk was especially amazing. He was practically our very own private tour guide. He gave us awesome info on things to do, places to go, etc. We had a group of teenagers with us and everything he suggested turned out to be perfect. We will not stay...
Perfect ambiance for breakfast in a snowy morning. accommodating staff and food is sssoooooo good, breakfast burrito is yyuuumm and generous serving, corned beef hash cant say more just try it👌🏻👌🏻
We enjoyed our stay one night stay at Sebastian. Clean, contemporary, warm and comfortable. The service was excellent but the number of our suite rooms was a bit confusing. The stay includes valet parking, free morning coffee, large gym, heated pool and 3 hot tubs.
A superb hotel that welcomed us with a stay I'll always remember. Words can't describe the generosity of the staff and how well presented the room was. (thanks for the welcome Prosecco and Cheese)!
Could not be more pleased with our recent stay over Thanksgiving weekend from start to finish. Everyone from the reservationists who assisted with booking for our puppy and making sure the room met our needs to the incredibly kind bellman (especially the head one who was working on Thanksgiving day). They knew us by name- especially our puppy- and always greeted us with a smile and willingness...

We had a girls trip planned and the resort we were booked at had a water line break so they were able to make accommodations at Solaris last minute. We arrived very late and was greeted by the front desk employee who was very helpful and informative. The condo was nicely stocked and the location was perfect. Housekeeping came everyday to turndown the beds, replace bathroom supplies and take out the...
It's a shame there are so many one star reviews posted that are simply about the parking garage and rates, not about Solaris Residences themselves. We have stayed here several times and just came back from a trip for the month of July. The staff is working overtime to accommodate all of its guests and they're doing a fantastic job. Have patiences during the pandemic - many hotels (and restaurants)...
The property is nice, staff very friendly, and over all no complaints. Since we’re in this COVID-19 world, you really can’t discern bad service with the new rules of the pandemic. I can say the staff was very friendly and our 3 bedroom looked over the plaza and mountains. Would recommend and stay there again.
Have a big apartments of 6 bedroom! If you make a reservation for winter you'll have the same nights FREE for next summer!!

I think this is one of the best timeshare in the Vail Valley. We already have a reservation for next year. The facility is great and the staff is outstanding.
Full sized premium appliances, and very roomy 2 bedroom units. The staff is wonderful both cheerful and helpful.
We love this place as if it's a home away from home. we come here at least twice a year and the entire staff makes us feel like family. I love how all the guys are always in communication from the ski valet to where you turn your boots in to the front desk all of them greet you by name. The concierge made great recommendations as we were there over Thanksgiving on a place to go find a turkey dinner...
Amazing place to stay for a ski trip. The room had a full kitchen, plenty of seating, dining room table with 6 chairs. 2 beds/3 baths. Gas fireplace, small bar cabinet with all different glassware for white/red wine and cocktail glasses. The staff is above and beyond. Greet you by name, always friendly and smiling. We had an issue with the fireplace not turning on and called the front desk. They...
Comfortable high end mountain resort. Got everything and superb service. Very friendly staff made us feel like home for sure. Sales lady, Kristen Young was very helpful. She is a very lovely and helpful lady. She even help us located and purchased the souvenir we forgot to bring home. Wine tasting event is very good too.
Beautifully presented lodging, as one would expect from the Ritz Carlton. Friendly & courteous staff, always ready to assist or solve an issue. Vail is a well known ski destination, not as crowded during other seasons with plenty to do. We've enjoyed the fall, viewing leave change & great weather. Lots of great food serve at local restaurants. Wide range of cuisines. Vail is restful, romantic...

We just recently stayed here for 5 nights. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. First, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time in Vail We had a bunch of questions before the trip. The concierge and front desk staff helped us tremendously answering all of our questions. No way we could have done it without them. The hotel itself is located walking distance...
It was fun, free parking was nice, the bathrooms were so tiny and boring, and the water pressure was pretty much nonexistent. Nice kitchens.
Very nice hotel that is close to the Lionshead Gondola and lift. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to stay. Close to lionshead village and easy walk to vail village. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms of our 1 bedroom loft. The staff was unbelievably helpful with our difficult and changing situation. I recommend staying here any time.
With last minute plans to stay in Vail, Lodge @ Lionshead really came through for us. Great location and truly beautiful with amazing amenities. Big shout out to the staff for being so accommodating!!
After a great day in the mountains, we were looking for a place to stay as we wanted to get one more day in for skiing! After some quick searching, we came across the Lodge at Lionshead with affordable rates especially since it was last minute. The staff was great and very accommodating for our party and got us a room in no time. The views were spectacular and the place was gorgeous. The city has...

Our 3rd stay. One of the founding hotels in Vail, if not the first. Family-operated and in the very heart of Vail. I consider it ground zero with everything branching from there. It is old European elegance - it's age shows, but decor is unique, very clean, feel like you are checking into an austrian/german hotel. In fact, a guest from Munich said he felt he was at home, Pepi's bar...
A great spot if you only have one night in Vail. Sits right in the heart of downtown near all of the action. The rooms are dated, but I found it added to the charm as the room was extremely clean.
This place is amazing! It's rustic, but the rooms are very clean and everything is well kept. Staff is fantastic, the food was incredible! Only complaint; it's a little hard to figure out how to get to and where to park. But I called, and the staff explained all this to me. Great experience overall, would stay here again! Edit: I stayed here 4th of July night. The sound of the fireworks echoing...
Quaint, lovely, and unique hotel. Old fashion Austrian-style lodging. Has a touch of homey-ness feel. Attention to detain in decor and cleanliness. Will definitely be back!
We loved our stay here and would love to come back again. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and also had a balcony overlooking the cute scenery in Vail. We loved how central it was to the shopping, dining, and mountains. All in walking distance. They served breakfast which was totally awesome. We ate bagels, hard boiled eggs, and pastries with coffee and orange juice...
It’s a great little place. Am experience. It is a bit older, but that gives it a lot of charm. I like that it is family run and family kept. That’s gives it lots of character. The food was amazing. Some may dislike the breakfast…but they don’t understand that is a traditional GERMAN/AUSTRIAN breakfast! the meat and cheese slices, the pastries and bread options with plain condiments like butter or jam...

Great hotel! The outdoor hot tub and heated pool were definitely a highlight. The hot tub was very spacious. There were also fire pits where you could sit to warm up in the cooler evenings. Had a veggie pizza from the restaurant and was very impressed. It was on a delicious thin crust and cooked perfectly.
For the price and the location, this hotel was wonderful. I had a king room with a balcony. While it wasn’t huge, it’s Vail, and it had a wrap around balcony with a stunning view. The pool and the hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Check in was easy and I was able to bring my dog. I would definitely return!
Hi, this hotel is a great stay for a good price. The interior lobby is nice and the staff that greeted us and checked us in was super nice and helpful. The cocktails at their bar were great, but I can not recommend the Margarita Pizza. By far the worst Pizza I ever tasted. Also, I have to note that that the evening shift staff (a women who’s name I didn’t catch) was not friendly.
It opened up about six months ago and while there is still a bit of a learning curve compared to other established Hilton Hotels the staff is kind and they are doing their best. The hotel is clean, well kept and the hot tub is great. The rowing machine needs to have water put into it (forgot to mention it when I was there) so heads up on that since it won't work otherwise.
A beautiful hotel, with lovely views! Rustic, yet sophicated decor. Well appointed, clean, updated, wonderful rooms. Fabulous outdoor hot tub and warm pool, with fire tables running and a gas fireplace available. Beautiful lobby, bar, and gathering space...with live music playing during cocktail hour. Sweet staff - thanks Stephanie for taking good care of us. A few dining options available on site...
I absolutely loved this resort. The pool was warm and the hot tube jets really helped after a long day of skiing. I also liked the heated patio so there was no snow. The bartender there was nice too. And the had shuffleboard and a realy cool fire.

Fantastic lodge. The staff was impeccable, so helpful and efficient. The room was well equip. The spa was amazing and so relaxing. Could not have asked for a better stay.
I give this score because of expectations vs price. The Vail hotel market is over the ears prized away. On the sunny side you have the breakfast and the restaurant. Also the wellness center and bath department. WiFi good. But I would expect more upgraded rooms, staff ok but that’s it. The fan in my room was terrible. Loud and clear.
I was able to use the facilities at the Vail Vitality Center and dined at Terra Bistro three times during our last stay in Vail. Chris, who had taken over as manager while the actual manager was out of town, is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. When he found out our son was sick and we didn't have a car, he drove us himself in his own vehicle to the Dr. Chris did something to help us almost...
Love Vail in the fall. Great service and price, close to everything of relevance. Highly recommended.
We ate at Terra Bistro. The food was good. The drinks were interesting and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!!!
We loved staying here! The breakfasts were great and we loved the gym, classes and spa. Being in town was fantastic !

Five stars for the price during peak season. We booked our one bedroom loft with full kitchen through RCI and paid much less than other resorts. There is a $15/day or $85/week parking charge. Resort provides shuttle to the ski resorts and villages. Housekeeping per request. The room was tastefully decorated. Kitchen was filled with everything you would need to cook. It will save you some money from...
I really enjoyed this place. It was very cozy and comfy and it was close by stores and gas stations and shops. So we spent a lot of time making our food there because they had a full kitchen and it was just like a little getaway.
This resort is not up to the hoity-toity standards of Vail, but it is both a comfortable and affordable place to stay in a town with not a lot of the latter. Someone here is doing the best they can with what they have to make the place enjoyable for guests. I appreciate the attention to details, like good lighting, a ton of dishes and cookware, availability of many appliances, tons of towels/pillows...
Such an amazing place to stay. Condos are fully equipped. The building has a local pizza joint / bar, plus a gym, pool, hot tub, massage parlor, hair salon, yoga studio, everything you need! Plus Lionshead Village is within walking distance for shops and more food. Highly recommend a stay here!
Nice amenities and service. Rooms are spacious but could really use a remodeling since they manage to feel cramped in the kitchen and dining areas and have huge closets that we barely used. It is dated but very well maintained and updated. We really didn't need air conditioning as there were large windows with good airflow and many fans.
I was annoyed that they charged $10/night parking for the second car for a 3 bedroom, and then it turned out the 3 bedrooms included 2 beds in a loft, which do not have doors, and one bedroom. Otherwise, it's a nice resort with a heated outdoor pool

We had to stay there on Easter unexpectedly and my kids were thrilled to see the Easter Bunny, I was so happy they even got an egg hunt. Your staff is amazing and we all loved our time staying there. There is so much stuff to do and I loved having the shuttle to the Lionshead to ski for the day.
Great spacious rooms. It also has a game room with a pingpong table and Xbox. The staff frequently organize activities throughout the week.
Wonderful condo. The 2 bedroom and living room layout is very good. Lots of room in the living room, with the kitchen looking over. All items in the kitchen needed. Bedrooms are nice, with lots of space in the main bedroom. Two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Nice gas fireplace. Large dining table for 6. The amenities around the complex are very nice. Large living room style with fireplace and chairs...
This Marriott vacation property is a hidden gem in beautiful Vail valley. The rooms are new, very well furnished and have spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The staff at the reception and housekeeping are extremely friendly and went out of the way to help with our needs.
When I checked in they had my reservation and welcomed me openly. I have to provide that my status of Chairman and Ambassador for MVC and Marriott. Although I don’t think that was a factor in my check in process. The room was very nice. No AC so make sure you know to open the windows at night to get the cool breeze; I was there in June. I love the full kitchen and great TV amenities. The only...
Loved all the amenities at our disposal including the racquet ball court, gym, steam room, sauna, game room, and pools. Theres a calendar of events which, when I was there, included a beer tasting, wine and cheese tasting, and smoothie bar. The complementary bus into town was also fantastic. You grab your gear and go! Short drive to the lifts and gondolas. It's really convenient to have the snowboarding...
