I really love it here when it’s just locals season for stay cation with hubby when we drink too much LoL. The out back area is so lovely with the fire spots and the couches they have out there. The bar and restaurant area inside is gorgeous too. There is a work station area too with computers if you don’t have your own to use . They are very accommodating and it is clean too.

Google maps got us here great. Thank you Google. However...Our trip to the bar; got a drink out of a dirty glass. I did get a thank you for telling them, but no sorry, refund or drink. Our room had a TV that didn't work. So they wanted to move us to a non-sellable room. Uh...NO! If you don't sell it, don't put customers in it!

Great staff, excellent location. Pool was very nice. The Bistro Bar has a great happy hour and our bartender Christopher remembered our drinks a day later. Little things like that make a big difference. Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommended.

I had an okay stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I got room service which was also good with a very tasty meal. Unfortunately the room wasn't very great; had quite a bit of rust in the bathroom and other visual detractors. Overall the room was a bit underwhelming for the cost. However, I would stay here again primarily for the convenience of a short trip and for the very chill staff

Very nice hotel. Recently renovated! Centrally located. To rosemary square and down town west palm. Extremely kind staff and clean rooms. Plenty of secured covered parking and valet service as well. Breakfast is reasonable with many fresh options better than most free hotel breakfast.

Economical accommodations without sacrificing any conveniences and service. Location is great. There was a some work being done in the hotel, but the noise was minimal. The newly renovated rooms are great. Check in - checkout is a breeze. The beds and pillows were just perfect.

I’m currently at the Hyatt West Palm Beach Downtown and I’m impressed. They have undertaken a huge task of serving their scheduled guests as well as taking on those fleeing hurricane Ian from the gulf coast. Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast choices. Room spacious and quiet (high floor). Large comfortable bed. Only minor comment was the main lamp in our room was covered in thick dust like the room hadn't been used for weeks. But easy to fix. Rest of the room was clean. Given prices of other hotels in the area, this is great value.

Very nice hotel, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. The room was larger than I anticipated. The hotel was conveniently located right in the heart of the city but too far of a walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here anytime I’m in the area.

Great customer and table service. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was the size of an oversized hot tub and not children friendly. Parking fees are $20 per day/self park. Street parking less expensive but Max 4 hours. I visited family from Tampa there and moved my car to around the block so I could stay for 6 hours. My parking was less than $8.

Lovely spot. We have been travelling around and have several different overnight stays. We found the Best Western one of the best. The bedding wad clean and bed comfortable. Everything looks cozy and beautiful. From the bedroom to the garden, this is a wonderful place to stay. It feels like home, but with nicer weather!

My husband and I loved our three night stay here. Breakfast all homemade and they are such good cooks! Very nice, rooms clean, beautiful both inside and out. They also provide a binder full of information on places to visit along with directions, which was very helpful. The outside is so lovely with all of the beautiful flowers and plants. Had a great 2 night stay. Very accommodating, clean and peaceful. We had our 2 friendly midsize pups with us, convenient to have a park with a dog park across the street. Happy to find it was a low and slow traffic area as well.

It does not look like much when you pull in. But I stayed in room in building out back. It was clean. Bed hard. Bright lighting bathroom and vanity area. Nice pillows. This motel is neat and clean, the A/C blows nice and cool, the shower has good pressure and the room is in good shape with no maintenance issues needed. This is an OK Holiday Inn. It was u Der going renovations when I stayed over. These renovations are necessary. I stayed in a renovated room which was OK. The lights were funky and not laid out well. Although this is an older hotel that would benefit from a more modern appeal it is still a comfortable hotel in a nice safe location. My husband and I had a nice breakfast, quiet stay, and the staff was kind and helpful; especially Kelson who went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. The location is quite confusing to get to. If you don't have it set in your GPS, you would never find it. The parking lot is extremely inefficient, with only one way in and 2 different ways out. The hotel itself was very clean. I got there in the evening, however the entire front desk staff had gone home for the night. The visit itself was enjoyable at the very least.

This place is easy to find from the interstate, and is very clean. The reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. I normally don't spend that much for this type of hotel, but I realize that hotel rooms were scarce during Spring break, and with that consideration, we we're very happy with the value and appearance.
