Excellent hotel. Clean and organized. The pool area is a nice place to relax and get some work done or even just meeting up with people in the lobby. Spent a week here for a business conference and was pleased with the amenities. My only qualm is how early everything in the area closes. Very limited selection for late night food and to-do.

I stayed here for the first time recently and loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. My room was clean and very nicely laid out with ample space to relax and work. I didn't get to use the pool as I was busy on business but I sure wish I could have as it looked gorgeous.

This hotel felt and looked dated especially the rooms. My room had to toilet paper dispenser holder, the robe hook on the back of the door was broken, the door handle was lose and the door hinges were very rusted out. I really love it here when it’s just locals season for stay cation with hubby when we drink too much LoL. The out back area is so lovely with the fire spots and the couches they have out there. The bar and restaurant area inside is gorgeous too. There is a work station area too with computers if you don’t have your own to use . They are very accommodating and it is clean too.

Google maps got us here great. Thank you Google. However...Our trip to the bar; got a drink out of a dirty glass. I did get a thank you for telling them, but no sorry, refund or drink. Our room had a TV that didn't work. So they wanted to move us to a non-sellable room. Uh...NO! If you don't sell it, don't put customers in it!

Great staff, excellent location. Pool was very nice. The Bistro Bar has a great happy hour and our bartender Christopher remembered our drinks a day later. Little things like that make a big difference. Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommended.

I had an okay stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I got room service which was also good with a very tasty meal. Unfortunately the room wasn't very great; had quite a bit of rust in the bathroom and other visual detractors. Overall the room was a bit underwhelming for the cost. However, I would stay here again primarily for the convenience of a short trip and for the very chill staff

Here celebrating my birthday and upon arrival, we were given an upgrade on our room. Definitely a plus! The breakfast is good and the pool is amazing. Service has been superb. Mona, bartender, is amazing. The best Lemon Drop I have had in years. And Happy Hour is HAPPY! We will definitely return.

This is a business class Hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and a generous Hospitality hour is provided every night from 5:30 to 7:30. There is also free parking

Our first day arriving we were Greeted by a awesome woman receptionist. She checked us in smoothly and gave use warm cookies. Our King size room was spacious and Clean & Sanitize. Great. Good location. Friendly service. But slowest elevator in the world. And the stairs seem non-accessable. Seriously, if you forget something in your room the elevator alone makes you question if it's worth it going back and getting!

Very nice hotel. Recently renovated! Centrally located. To rosemary square and down town west palm. Extremely kind staff and clean rooms. Plenty of secured covered parking and valet service as well. Breakfast is reasonable with many fresh options better than most free hotel breakfast.

Economical accommodations without sacrificing any conveniences and service. Location is great. There was a some work being done in the hotel, but the noise was minimal. The newly renovated rooms are great. Check in - checkout is a breeze. The beds and pillows were just perfect.

I’m currently at the Hyatt West Palm Beach Downtown and I’m impressed. They have undertaken a huge task of serving their scheduled guests as well as taking on those fleeing hurricane Ian from the gulf coast. Great customer and table service. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was the size of an oversized hot tub and not children friendly. Parking fees are $20 per day/self park. Street parking less expensive but Max 4 hours. I visited family from Tampa there and moved my car to around the block so I could stay for 6 hours. My parking was less than $8.

My two adult sons and I were here for 6 days and five night. The location could not be beat! Additionally, the cleanliness, quality and entire team was tops! Lovely spot. We have been travelling around and have several different overnight stays. We found the Best Western one of the best. The bedding wad clean and bed comfortable. Rooms are adequate and amenities are decent. There is decent security precautions but this doesn't seem like the best area. Restaurant is okay and the breakfast included with the room is above average. Nothing special but it does the job.

My wife and i stayed here the night before our cruise and we were surprised to find a birthday gift basket in our room! Suites are beautiful and very clean. Location is great with shops and stores near. Breakfast was delicious everyday and staff were very accommodating. I like the fact that we paid one fee of $35 and the shuttle was all to take us anywhere and pick us up.

This hotel has it all. We fled here to escape hurricane Ian and they were so friendly with us. Housekeeping did a great job. The breakfast variety is vast. It included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, english muffins, jams, cream cheese, and the make your own waffle station. The beds are pretty comfortable. We LOVED this place! The front desk staff that greeted us were knowledgeable, courteous and seemed genuinely welcoming. My stay was excellent, the highlight of my stay was that Ms. Maria was the best with helping our stay be the absolute best. I stayed 3 nights September 16-19, 2022 due to being a Marriott property with the best rate. The location was good right off I-95 and there was a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. We stayed here for one night whilst making our way down to Miami. Its about an hours drive to Miami from here. Hotel is nice and clean and there is on site parking and free breakfast. The room we had for 5 was large, with 2 double beds and a single sofa bed. We would definitely stay here again, recommended.

Great staff ,great room , excellent breakfast! They even have free coffee 24/7. The workout room and pool are pretty decent. During our stay the even had all new pool furniture placed around the pool.

I had booked a hotel room for a three day trip to visit family. The rooms are amazing and the service went beyond my expectations. The rooms are very clean and nice. The furniture is comfortable and the bed is comfy. I had a great night sleep and I would go back to them again!

Ok, not on the same level as the regular Hilton Hotels. Closet doors were off their track and fidn't close properly and 2 light bulbs were burnt out.

Staying at the Marriott was a great experience. The service at the bar was the best part! Chris went above and beyond in providing excellent service while making us speciality drinks and serving delicious food. We definitely will return for our next stay in west palm beach and highly recommend stopping at the bar during your stay.

Very clean and well organized room. Stayed in a King bed room and loved it. It was the right temperature when I entered, nice and cool. All the staff were friendly - especially Jenna who was gracious to print out a document I needed ASAP and she refused a tip! My only suggested improvement would be that they should shift from styrofoam plates and bowls to paper. 8-)

I arrived on 11/1/22 and checked on on 11/6/22. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff and explained all financial costs and security holds. The hotel entry was clean and inviting. It's not the easiest hotel to get to, as the entrance is a little weird. Beyond than rather small is ur the rate was competitive for hotel like itself in that area. The room that I stayed in could have use a touch of paint and the couch needed to be replaced. My biggest problem with the room is that it literally smelled like a wet dog. Nice staff, rooms were nice, clean. can tell renovations have been done. Can see where contractors did some work, not too well, but the rooms and prices are worth minor items. Love that premises is video monitored, 24/7, safe and secure, pet friendly. Breakfast is limited, but good and beds are sooooo comfortable.

Liked coming here during the summer.. the pool ! the staff was friendly, helping. Ms even, ms Natasha, ms. Bria, and ms. Sophia, always were around when we needed something. , the lady who mostly I saw in the am breakfast is really good ,at keeping the food stacked ,live the waffles n muffins too!
