Williams, 831 West Route 66 🧭 Map
Front desk service was friendly and fantastic! The hotel room was just fine! It was simple, very clean and comfortable with cool AC and nice beds. Pool wasn’t available during our stay, but not a biggie! Hotel is very close to a grocery and just down the road from trendy pubs and fast food restaurants. Overall a nice stay.
We had a wonderful stay here with our two pups! The hotel was clean, the room was very spacious. We have bigger dogs and they had plenty of space in the room to move around. Our room was very close to the door that led outside to the dog area, which made it very easy to take them out. The staff was also amazing and were so friendly! Benjamin and Andrea were very kind and made the experience fantastic...
No frills hotel but met our needs for the weekend. Beds are super comfy. Indoor heated pool felt great and hot tub too. No fridge, microwave, or coffee in room but there is a microwave in lobby. Checked out a hair dryer from front desk. Great location and can easily walk a few blocks to shops, restaurants, and train depot. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant and friendly especially...
Very well appointed and clean motel. Extremely great value for the low room rate. Very friendly and most helpful front staff. My room with two queen beds was up to date with new furnishings, clean bathroom with lots of nice hot water, and a quiet heating/cooling unit. The beds were very comfortable - slept like a baby. The motel is on the edge of town, so walking to the city center might be a challenge...
I have no complaints about my stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It wasn't luxurious, but it was nice and I was very happy to find something so pleasant in my price range. The staff were all helpful and kind, the ac was good and the water was clean and hot.
The beds were a bit springy, but the blankets were actually quite nice. I don't usually like hotel blankets, but these were fleecy...
Motel is very basic. Room has 2 beds, a small table with 2 hard chairs. One luggage stand. Rooms were clean. Stayed for 3 days and received no cleaning service. Pool was cold, but clean. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Good location, walking distance to everything on Main Street, but at the end away from the noise. Allows pets, so expect some barking. Good deal for the price.

La Quinta by Wyndham Williams-Grand Canyon Area
Williams, 1100 Cataract Lake Rd 🧭 Map
Rooms were nice and large with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice indoor heated pool. Quiet. Nice restaurant and brewery next door. Convenient location for old Rt 66 and grand canyon.
Excellent choice for a stay in Williams. The superior rooms offer a little more room with a living area and sectional couch. It is right across the street from the train depot and near the downtown area. Great food is just right around the corner.
Stayed for a Grand Canyon visit, got room with two queens and a king. Room was Great for the four of us, very clean room. Breakfast was good and nice location for looking around and Canyon visit. Great prices compared to what else was available.
The hotel is celebrating its 6th year. What's important is it's kept clean. The rooms are spacious and there's great amenities. The only drawback was the pillows were poor.
Otherwise it's ideally located.
We stayed for only one night, but everything was so nice and clean. I loved that our room (family suite) was well stocked with towels and toilet paper that is enough for all 6 of us, unlike other hotels who in the same room only provide a few and we have to constantly ask for more. Beds were comfortable and l loved the separation of the rooms with a door. We also used the laundry room which was also...

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Williams - Grand Canyon
Williams, 642 East Route 66 🧭 Map
This is now a Red Roof Plus, nice renovation and cozy rooms. It does have a mini-fridge but be warned there is NO freezer. Just an FYI, but it is very nice. I will probably stay here again, but only if the price is good.
Its a Red Roof Inn plus. Great room for the price. Two very comfortable queen beds, a fridge, iron & ironing board, in room coffees. Over all a very good value for the price.
The hot tub is nice, pool area is clean. Bed was on the ground, no coffee/filters etc to go with the coffee pot. A/c was not on... room stayed hot all night... weirdest part if the stay: there was an uncovered window in the bathroom.... towels were cheap but clean. Fridge had no shelves, but kept my guy's insulin cold.
The room was clean and good sized. The staff was friendly, offering dining suggestions along with discounts. Nice to have a small fridge, micro and coffeemaker in the room. With no way to block the outside light sleeping was tough, so bring a sleep mask.
Our room was really nice! It was much bigger than we expected and the bed was a California king. However, it had not been cleaned before we arrived. The garbage had not been taken out, there were towels on the floor, and there wasn't any soap or shampoo. The woman behind the desk was very nice and breakfast was much bigger and better than what was described online, but it was pretty upsetting that...
I'm not sure what the other reviewers were expecting when they booked a room in the least expensive lodging in Williams. This place is great for what you're paying, a place to get out of the rain for a night or two when you're passing through. It actually exceeded my expectations! The staff has been super helpful, the room is clean (I didn't see any bugs but anyone surprised by a beetle obviously doesn...

El Rancho Motel
Williams, 617 East Route 66 🧭 Map
The room looked like it had been renovated quite recently but with haste. Cheap accessories in the bathroom that got broke into pieces and even the toilet was so poorly attached to the floor, that it leaked. The shower and the tub were old and really dirty.
The manager was really kind and helpfull.
Modern, clean, the bed was very comfortable.
The location of the motel is ideal, we could walk to the restaurants and animated area of the town easily.
Great place!
Loved this place. I didn't expect something so nice for the price. Staff was accommodating. The room was very clean and the flooring was so Plush everything was recently renovated. I quick walk to downtown and very close to the roller coaster.
Place was clean, had lots of space, and I would stay again ANYTIME! They leave menus for places near you in the rooms, which was helpful! There's so many things to walk and go see! (Everything closes pretty early so check times)
Water pressure and showers were great as well.
We had a very pleasant stay in this motel, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had to make some last minute changes to our reservation and they were very easy to deal with and didn't make any problems whatsoever! :)
Only I wish the prices were a bit cheaper
It's old, but fun. Warmly welcomed and can't complain. It feels like a motel from the movies, but without the cockroaches :)

Grand Canyon Hotel
Williams, 145 West Route 66 🧭 Map
Located in the center of the town. Walking distance to everywhere in town. Place is heritage, very well maintained, clean and smells good. Front desk was a very helpful senior man. My stay was awesome. There is a car park at the back yard only for hotel customers. 5 star, very recommended
We spent one night in the historic Grand Canyon hotel after discovering the property on the Internet. It is a classic old hotel, reportedly the oldest in Arizona, nicely restored without erasing the historic nature of the building. If you are traveling along Route 66, this is your hotel for ambiance, clean rooms, friendly owners and the perfect location in the middle of downtown Williams. Be prepared...
My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of the rooms in the carriage house, which was perfect for my family with young children. Every area is charming and uniquely decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even mailed me, across the country, a Junior Ranger badge that we had forgotten in the room. We also enjoyed our brief stay in Williams and ride on the...
The king junior suite in the Carriage House was lovely, and the smaller/more affordable of the 3 suites in the building.
This hotel is centrally located in Route 66. Please be advised that only some rooms have full bathrooms, most only have a sink. You will have to share a washroom with all current occupants of the hotel. The wash rooms seem to be only cleaned once a day. I found that the showers might be dirty due to this factor with floor mats left behind on the wet floor. Also the showers contained what ever hair...
Oh what a wonderful experience! Owner has a great sense of humor. Comfortable bed!! Quaint town too!

Travelodge by Wyndham Williams Grand Canyon
Williams, 430 East Route 66 🧭 Map
We were snowbound at Williams and could drive no further. We drove down a street. This hotel, picked simply because of it's sign...access through the snow and lighted office led me to the super desk clerk. He offered a good room at good rates. It was warm and cosy. TV, coffee... All clean. Next morning, at the same office, breakfast was part of the deal and was super, with toast, waffles, muffins,...
We were five adults staying at the hotel and there was more than enough space. There were two large beds in the main room and a second bedroom with another bed. For an overnight stay, it was definitely worth it.
So I came out here for a Grand Canyon trip with my family and this was the perfect spot to stay. Just an hour away from the Grand Canyon and there were lots of places to eat and check out in the town. The rooms were nice, there were coffee pots and mini fridges which came in handy. The minor things I could add was that the sheets were not enought, one thin sheet and one not so thick blanket, I could...
Location was great walking distance to and from Polar Express. For the price it was more then my wife and myself expected. Breakfast was simple yet enough. My 5 yr old loved making her own blueberry waffle. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is there was no microwave and restroom were a tad small, but again for the price it was far exceeded expectations.

Rodeway Inn & Suites Williams Downtowner-Rte 66
Williams, 201 E SR 66 🧭 Map
What a great little hotel! Williams is an adorable little town also right on historic 66! This place had comfortable bedding and a very cute atmosphere. The heater works almost too well (it was snowing out and we needed it). Would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price!
Looked at all the reviews before deciding to go with Rodeway Inn & Suites. We went with the King size bed and was not disappointed. Comfortable bed, TV with cable channels, Decent size refrigerator, microwave, shower/tub with hot & cold water on demand. The only gripe I have is the air conditioning is a bit loud. Not an issue since we did the Grand Canyon South Rim Trail...lol. Complimentary self serve...
Wonderful experience for our stay! First, the hotel is in a nice location. It is right in the heart of the action. Close to shops, the pooseum, food, and convenience stores. The young lady who helped me check in was very nice and accommodating. I thought check-in was 3:00 and not 4:00. Our room happened to be ready, so she got us right in. They have a quaint little gift shop in the office with some...
All in all not such a bad place. Very reminiscent of the many motels that I stayed in in the 60's and 70's. The biggest problem we had was a knock on the door at about 8:15 PM by the manager. I answered the door and with a righteous attitude she said "Now you know that we talked about the pet provision when you checked in. I responded that we had a service dog. She asked what service the dog provided...
For a Rodeway, this hotel excelled. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. It was reasonable in size and was convenient to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here because of the proximity to the South Rim and were not disappointed with the time it took to get to the entrance to the Grand Canyon or the ease of getting there. For all the hype, the town of Williams feels like it...
great location, value for money, good staff, clean . given it’s an open area and close to main streets maybe a little bit on the most side but not too much . i would definitely stay there again.

My daughter left some jewellery behind and the staff found it and we are in the process of getting it returned.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, a perfect location for our lay over.
Would definitely recommend to others.
