Ended up here just needing a room to crash while traveling. We booked last minute online and once we got there were told they were full but the front desk gave us their “extra spare room” since I’m a platinum member. It was definitely the red headed stepchild room. Lots of wear and damage to every surface, not super clean, the carpet was sticky and gross. Overall, I’m glad they worked it out and we had a comfortable bed to sleep in, but I would not stay here again. Hoping the other rooms were in better shape.

I was absolutely disappointed in the service with this location of the courtyard Marriott. At first wasn't so bad until the following day when I paid to extend my reservation. I started to receive notifications for attempted charges from the hotel. I called the front desk and they stated than on their end they don't see a completed payment even tho I have the statement from my bank and it shows pending and money was removed from my account. Well they proceeded to keep attempting to charge my card over and over again. Luckily my card was locked and the bank flagged court yard Marriott for unusual activity.

The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, offering a pleasant and relaxing stay. There’s plenty of parking available. The service staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently friendly they truly made the experience more enjoyable.

Very noisy as it sits right by the highway, particularly if you have a room on the back side of the property! Room was clean, but shock worn. Tears in carpet and upholstery dingy and picked. Could definitely use a facelift….

I’m giving this hotel three stars even though there’s a lot to like. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were surprisingly decent. The lobby is inviting, the grounds are well-kept, and there’s even a Starbucks on-site, which is a nice touch. Service was friendly throughout my stay. That said, the pool was locked up and out of order, and the gym was basically the size of a walk-in closet. To their credit, the front desk will tell you they have a partnership with O2 Fitness nearby, which definitely helps if you’re looking to work out. The location is convenient, though it’s definitely on the pricier side—and while the basics are covered, don’t expect any real ambience or charm.

Our room was outdated, dirty, stains on the ceiling carpet, when I took out the spare blanket for the pullout bed it was actually so dirty. I felt gross after touching it. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The staff was very responsive to our requests and seem to be trying very hard.

Car show weekend.
Great location as you can walk to several restaurants. If you get a room on the right side of the bldg beware of the noise. Our room had a musty smell coming from the old fashioned A/C unit, I had to purchase Lysol to kill the odor. We had no body wash in the shower and the carpets constantly felt wet due to the humidity. Starbucks within the lobby so that was a high light of the stay.

Wonderful staff, great price and clean rooms, but it was hard to sleep. It was hard to sleep because the ac/heat unit was loud. The light on the smoke detector and behind the TV didn't help. The smoke detector is right above the bed and the light is rather bright. There's also a modem behind the TV with bright blinking lights. As someone who stays at Marriott's frequently, I did not like this room for these particular reasons. The staff was wonderful.
