Perfect location! Helpful staff, decent parking. Building could use a remodeling and price of 250$ a night was a bit high in my opinion. Would stay again simply due to location and friendly staff and plenty of parking and gym.

Very nice room and stay. Had minimum rest unfortunately didn't have alot of time to explore this hotel and it's amenities but I was able to capture some pictures and videos to post until my next visit. I got a good night's rest and woke up ready for another day in the skies.

Pleasant stay. As I was eating breakfast staff confronted a man eating breakfast, who after some research did not have a room. Staff handled the situation very well. They let the man eat his food and asked him not to come back.

Decent enough. Nothing crazy or lavish. The heat system was unfortunately noisy. Every time it cut on and off, it woke us up every. single. time. Some noisy neighbors but that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, so that was a bonus. Overall not bad and would give it another go.

We had an emergency visit to Wilmington NC last weekend. Upon arrival, several Hampton Inn hotels were booked up. At the last one we tried we encountered this wonderful person Becky!. She was amazing and full of pure kindness. She found us a room and spike the kindest words to our hearts. She went above and beyond. This restored my heart. Thanks Becky! You are an amazing person.

the property looked well maintained, for there was no working phones, and no cleaning on the weekend.

Almost great - just missed it by "that much" We had specified "please no strong scents" in the room as they give my wife headaches. For the most part, they managed to do that just fine. However, one side of the sheets on one of the two beds had strong perfume scents, as if someone laid in the sheets and they weren't changed. The other side of the bed was unscented - strange.

Cleaning staff isn't very through. Debris, a battery, a recipt were all found along the small edge of under a bed. Keys were deactivated after the first morning we stayed so we had to get new keys the second night there

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant.

No dining at all. No breakfast either. Probably won’t recommend this place to others because of lack of communication on what wasn’t available till we were arrived

We always book this place when in town because of comfort, cleanliness, availability of necessary accessories, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff.

One night stopover enroute to Savannah. Nice location within easy walking of Riverwalk.

The hotel was pretty nice but when we went to put stuff in our refrigerator it was full of someone’s old left over food! Other than that we had a good experience at this hotel and it was a short walk to dinner and the concert venue!

Wilmington gem Room was comfortable with an excellent view of the river. Good location too for walking the town. Affordable parking rate too. All employees were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

The Best Western Plus Coastline Inn is a great hotel. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Beds were comfy, shower is nice and the rooms all have a river view with the battleship in sight. They have a wonderful deck to sit on at the river's edge. The location is perfect for a historic Wilmington visit!

Whats awesome is the great view of the river and a view of the Battleship. Its along the riverwalk. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great selection for breakfast. The room was as expected. Kinda small but definitely fit our needs for 2 of us spending the weekend. The room was super clean. The bathroom doors are weird. No bugs. Comfy bed and pillows. Overall it was a good experience.

This property is located directly on the riverwalk and so convenient to everything in the charming historic district. It looks like an attempt was made to update the accommodations with flooring and linens but fell short somewhere when it comes to the bathrooms. Great place! Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The staff is very friendly. You can tell they genuinely enjoy helping people. Short walk to many restaurants and shops on the river. I had a great stay and will be back.

This place is absolutely awesome. Troy and Carla are fantastic owner/operator/hosts. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, and suitably appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location is fantastic: walking to historic homes and the waterway is beautiful. Highly recommended!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the off-street parking was great, and the proximity to downtown meant we could easily explore the town and walk around at night without having to deal with parking. While the price may be slightly higher than we usually prefer to pay for an overnight stay, we'd stay here again without any hesitation.

Wonderful staff, great price and clean rooms, but it was hard to sleep. It was hard to sleep because the ac/heat unit was loud. The light on the smoke detector and behind the TV didn't help. The smoke detector is right above the bed and the light is rather bright. There's also a modem behind the TV with bright blinking lights. This accommodation is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff was so helpful and caring. It is clean and comfortable. It is a home away from home for sure. They make you feel important and that they are there to assist you in whatever you need. It will definitely be my go to place to stay in Wilmington.

Beautiful amenities; the hotel had recently been renovated, so the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Great complimentary breakfast too.

My large family stayed here recently over several days to attend my grandfather's funeral. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and we really appreciated their hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel has friendly service and reasonable rates. It is a bit dated and the rooms are on the small side but adaquate enough for a good night's sleep.

Directly off Market Street, America's Best Value Inn is a budget motel that offers all the basic amenities one would expect from an establishment of this variety. Free WiFi, a television with basic cable, a clean queen-sized bed, and a clean, simple bathroom. No complaints with service or room.

Great place to stay, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, room was pleasant and the indoor pool was nice.

The desk concierge Tiffany is absolutely amazing!!!!. Worked all day and came to hotel and she was so professional and helpful. She knows customer service without a doubt. Fantastic! I called looking for last minute accommodation and Marie was quick to help. We got there and checked in with our two dogs. The staff was so friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back to this location. Breakfast was also great I loved the Cinnamon rolls.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, fair price

Staff was incredibly helpful, we had a trailer with us and they made it work even though they were doing construction. The room was super clean, spacious, and smelled nice. It had a fridge and microwave. My absolute most favorite thing was the beds! Omg they were so comfortable! Felt like I was laying on a cloud! This Hotel was fantastic! Probably the best room in a hotel we have stayed in…ever! Completely renovated and spacious. All the amenities you could need. An extra plus is that it is quiet, which lends well to the quaintness of Southport. Nothing is to far for a walk or drive. Staff was also very nice and rooms were extremely clean!! We will be back! This is is super clean and a good location. It says a kitchen but it doesn’t have a oven. I chose this place because my husband loves to fish and the pier is gone. Great live music twice a week and the staff is amazing. My biggest pet peeve is there were no curtains. I have trouble sleeping once the sunrises. Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are very nice and very clean! The pool is situated right on the river so you get a nice water view while playing in the pool! Super friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Easy 10 mins walk into the heart of Southport. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The toilet paper is soft! This maybe irrelevant but for me is important it shows that they invest in bathroom supplies! The mini kitchen has everything that you need including dishwasher! Super happy to be here ! This place worth every penny in a very good location.
