Cozy hotel. Service was excellent in every moment and rooms were so clean. The only little complain is that our room had 2 separated beds.

Stayed here on a Crystal ski holiday - there's a handy ski locker for a small supplement. The location is excellent just across the road from the ski lift and bus stop. There's superb views of the mountains too. Always a very warm welcome at reception and for apres ski there's a real log fire, complementary hot wine, cake and decent coffee available . The restaurant staff were fantastic and food delicious...

the massive window was amazing view to gondala Food quite nice, but not that good for veggies. Bit limited. Front lounge needs cheering up, looks better of fire on. Location great.

Perfect location opposite lift.This is a hotel not a chalet. Not got the chalet atmosphere. Very good food 7 days a week no wine included with meal....but.. Cisco's bar 50mts away is £1.80 a pint and has the atmosphere.

We had a great week at the Montanė. All the food was excellent - great choice of breakfast and dinner. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The location is ideal as it's just opposite the gondola and bus stop. The only thing that put a downer on the stay was the restaurant manager, we tried to interact with him like we did with the waitresses and he dismissed...

Good rooms and location but the breakfast is now not very good, we stated last year and it was excellent, the fried eggs I'm still chewing as they were so hard... We asked for Huevos Poche, poached eggs and it was if we'd asked for the Holy Grail. The answer was a quick 'no'.

Lovely (but very warm) rooms. Great views over the river and very short walk to the gondola station. The staff were super helpful with organising lift passes and ski hire as well as holding our bags on the last day whilst we went skiing in the morning.

Nice hotel, good location and facilities... Food good acceptable (culturally diverse) My only slight comment is the flooring in our room was too worn and needs attention (yes I'm aware travel industry has struggled last two years)

Loved it here. Super hotel, great (well above average) facilities. Clean spacious rooms. Ours had a balcony over the river. Food is good and the choice is huge. The staff are wonderful, and a credit to the company. We had a great skiing holiday and would certainly return to this hotel again.

Great hotel with good food (even though it was buffet). They have a chef counter where they will cook certain dishes to your liking. Rooms were clean but you did have to put the 'clean my room' sign up for it to happen. Spa was very expensive £40 for a family of 4 for 1 hour. Downstair bowling and games was ideal and you can visit this bit, even if you are not a guest.

Great rooms, facilities & very clean. Fab value for the quality & the only reason it's way down on service is because it was a half hour wait to check in in a very warm reception area with only one member of staff working. Not what you want at the end of a long day!

This was our 2nd stay here and appreciated the upgrade upon check in. Clearly the stay at the end of the ski season meant that occupancy was low, which gave more space and peace to relax. Spa sessions daily and ample use of the leisure facilities were just what the doctor ordered. Great hotel, excellent value, loads for kids to do with activities on site (bowling etc). Good selection of food in the dining hall. Good access to 3 ski areas. Welcomed by Rima on reception who couldn't do enough to help us, constantly smiling and checking all was well, she made our stay much more pleasurable.

This hotel was very nice, has good facilities, and a great location, very close to the cable car for skiing. The spa was nice, and the massages were very good, specially after days of sports. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations and support during our stay.

It's amazing. We visited this hotel in the summer. Rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is nice, and the food is also really good. The hotel has a large parking lot.

For the price of the room with breakfast, it really is a bargain! We paid £56 for the night, twin room. Breakfast was a buffet with Pastries, hot breakfast itema and fruit options. It was ok. The bar area was nice but the rest of the hotel just lacked any soul. It was very basic and tired it really could do with a face lift.. The rooms were ok but again just a little unloved and dusty. The buffet was hit and miss. I stuck to the salads as hot food was always just lukewarm. The hotel serves as a base camp for skiing and snowboarding. For the price it is good. It is in a beautiful setting with a river running next to it and the noise of the rushing water is unavoidable. Nice hotel, stayed in a three bed room with a balcony with an amazing view. The kitchen staff were amazing throughout the stay and Paula, the chef, catered for my personal dietary requirements every day for the week which was really appreciated. Food was amazing too👌🏽

Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, ski equipment rental in the hotel. Jacuzzi and sauna are a definitely a plus! Free bus service to nearest pistas.

Service was hard to come by at the bar as there was only one person working the bar and the reception. The tapas was expensive.

Let's be clear, this is a budget hotel, but it's clean and is virtually next door to the gondola lift you'll need to take to get up to the pistes, and there's a decent rental shop just over the road. Double room in atic floor was dark and small. The river/spring nearby was incredibly noisy. Big free parking lot behind the hotel. Breakfast fair, too much sweet food. Good location. Great pizza place nearby.

Warm comfortable and close to the lifts

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. The reception personal were all lovely and helpful:)

Super value for money, great location with free parking at Ski area carpark. Good simple breakfast and relaxing bar. Our room overlooked the small river at the back of the hotel. Staff were efficient and super friendly.

Tiny rooms but didn t affect me as I was a sole traveller. Was €699 for 7 days. Very clean and cleaned daily. Lovely bathroom. Room was very cold though and no hot water for 4 days till I actually complained. I thought €12 for breakfast was too much so didn t bother. Very close to main Gondola which was great.

Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Would be easier to fill up coffee jugs! Bar is a very cool place with decent tapas and a lot of wine on show on the shelfs. Not too pricey either!

I giving 4* only because I was missing some vegetables at breakfast and eggs were really cold. But the staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean (only they are using some aromatic cleaning products).

Excellent aparthotel with some gym and spa facilities in the basement, along with ski lockers. Arinsal village and cabin lift to the slopes are about 300 metres down the hill and a chairlift is about the same distance up the hill. Alternatively you can drive up another 3 miles or so and arrive at the top of both these lifts, to take higher lifts onwards. Our apartment had great views from its window...

Cheap, free parking, 5€ breakfast, gym and spa

Great staff, friendly and enthusiastic. Clean and tidy rooms. Decent facilities in each room. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna in the basement along with a games room to keep the kids occupied. Would highly recommend it and will look to come back next year. Only downside is kids sharing a sofa bed in the kitchen/sitting area.

This apartment is basic but nice. When we arrived the apartment was clean and spacious and the views from the balcony are brilliant looking over arinsal. Everything was in working order and is good value for money compared to other places in arinsal. The complimentary locker in the basement is also a bonus . But it is quite dates in the rooms with aged decoration and old appliances in the kitchen area...

Great hotel for budget ski family. Half board option is good value. No frills but if you're out all day this is the place.

This is the 2nd time I'm staying in this hotel and I'll absolutely come back. Great location 2 minutes walking to the cable car. It has really friendly and helpful staffs that will give you hand any time you need. Good quality food and great variety of dishes everyday, nice if you go with kids. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed one night. The room is a bit small, but we just used it to shower and sleep. Not being inside the capital made for a quiet night sleep. Good value. Decent view. Apartment style with hob and fridge. Note that parking is extra. Walking distance to the national park. It was fine for a short stay.
