Great rooms, facilities & very clean. Fab value for the quality & the only reason it's way down on service is because it was a half hour wait to check in in a very warm reception area with only one member of staff working. Not what you want at the end of a long day!

This was our 2nd stay here and appreciated the upgrade upon check in. Clearly the stay at the end of the ski season meant that occupancy was low, which gave more space and peace to relax. Spa sessions daily and ample use of the leisure facilities were just what the doctor ordered. Great hotel, excellent value, loads for kids to do with activities on site (bowling etc). Good selection of food in the dining hall. Good access to 3 ski areas. Welcomed by Rima on reception who couldn't do enough to help us, constantly smiling and checking all was well, she made our stay much more pleasurable.

This hotel was very nice, has good facilities, and a great location, very close to the cable car for skiing. The spa was nice, and the massages were very good, specially after days of sports. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations and support during our stay.

We were lucky enough to have found such an amazing resort back in December. All staff are very kind and helpful. There were some people from tour groups and they must have very busy though, every single singe matters we had to be taken care of has done nicely. Can go to hikes with a guide only with an insurance’s fee. I really enjoyed here.

The place was perfect for us. Clean and cosy. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. Ski shuttle just infront of the door.

The hotel is good however on a school trip we have lost a total amount of over 200 euros we have our suspicions on the cleaners and hope no one else has to lose this amount of money so recommend putting it in the safe grate servers polite and are respectful

Overall pretty good, awesome food, nice staff, good rooms. On the down side, many of my friends lost around €200 worth of cash that was in there rooms that only the cleaners had access to. If coming here I recommend making sure you keep your valuables in a place only you know.

Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

The best part of this hotel is the staff! They are all so fantastic. Our baby loved every single one of them!! Breakfast and dinner is also lovely. We looked forward to the variety every day! Location is excellent for biking, hiking and skiing!

It's amazing. We visited this hotel in the summer. Rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is nice, and the food is also really good. The hotel has a large parking lot.

It was ok. The bar area was nice but the rest of the hotel just lacked any soul. It was very basic and tired it really could do with a face lift.. The rooms were ok but again just a little unloved and dusty. The buffet was hit and miss. I stuck to the salads as hot food was always just lukewarm. This is the 2nd time I'm staying in this hotel and I'll absolutely come back. Great location 2 minutes walking to the cable car. It has really friendly and helpful staffs that will give you hand any time you need. Good quality food and great variety of dishes everyday, nice if you go with kids. Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. The reception personal were all lovely and helpful:)

Super value for money, great location with free parking at Ski area carpark. Good simple breakfast and relaxing bar. Our room overlooked the small river at the back of the hotel. Staff were efficient and super friendly.

Tiny rooms but didn t affect me as I was a sole traveller. Was €699 for 7 days. Very clean and cleaned daily. Lovely bathroom. Room was very cold though and no hot water for 4 days till I actually complained. I thought €12 for breakfast was too much so didn t bother. Very close to main Gondola which was great.

Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Would be easier to fill up coffee jugs! Bar is a very cool place with decent tapas and a lot of wine on show on the shelfs. Not too pricey either!

I giving 4* only because I was missing some vegetables at breakfast and eggs were really cold. But the staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean (only they are using some aromatic cleaning products).

Booked through crystal ski for a week on the slopes and would 100% return. Rooms were warm and clean. Lovely stay from start to finish. Good food, very friendly staff, clean warm and comfortable. I've not been able to fault our saty we've had a great week and the bar is very reasonably priced too. Drinks are not included with evening meal and you are expected to pay for water if you have it and they prefer you run your drinks bill for the week but like I said its very reasonably priced.

We took a family ski trip to Arinsal and the Xalet Verdu was a great choice. Although a 5 min walk to the main gondola the lockers up at the top were well worth the €60 for the week to leave our skis and boots (3 people). The staff were so lovely and the hotel was very clean. The location is only 10 minutes walk to main chairlift and also quiet. The food was fabulous with a choice of 3 different starters, main course and desert, there was something for everyone even a picky child. Would definitely return again.

Great little hotel friendly staff. Rooms are standard but clean. Meals are nice but need more veg after a week of potatoes im done. Free safe and ski lockers but is a 10 min walk to the gondola if you're there for skiing hire a locker up the top of the gondola.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed one night. The room is a bit small, but we just used it to shower and sleep. Not being inside the capital made for a quiet night sleep.
