Fab hotel. Comfy room with lots of space.

The hotel seems to experience its "peak" during skiiing season, and high heat July/August. When we were there (June) most dining facilities in the hotel were closed, but it is the staff and management of Princesa Parc that make the difference. Spa staff were extremely rud le and they don’t make it easy or comfortable to use the facility. We stayed in the 5* part of the hotel but they can’t even help with luggage and food wasn’t great. Also room was dirty and dated. Other staff friendly and location great for ski lift.

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms are small and dated, even in the 5* section. Room was dirty on arrival. Did mention it to reception but nothing done. Spa itself is nice but staff rude. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to use it. No towels offered, and you get made to feel awkward asking for one. Also booking not easy, they try and put you off booking...

I didn't have a good experience

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

All staff are very kind and helpful. There were some people from tour groups and they must have very busy though, every single singe matters we had to be taken care of has done nicely. Can go to hikes with a guide only with an insurance’s fee. I really enjoyed here.

The place was perfect for us. Clean and cosy. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. Ski shuttle just infront of the door.

The hotel is good however on a school trip we have lost a total amount of over 200 euros we have our suspicions on the cleaners and hope no one else has to lose this amount of money so recommend putting it in the safe grate servers polite and are respectful

Overall pretty good, awesome food, nice staff, good rooms. On the down side, many of my friends lost around €200 worth of cash that was in there rooms that only the cleaners had access to. If coming here I recommend making sure you keep your valuables in a place only you know.

Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

It was ok. The bar area was nice but the rest of the hotel just lacked any soul. It was very basic and tired it really could do with a face lift.. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff go out of their way to make sure you enjoy yourself. Different cuisine/entertainment every night. Even had a Burns supper. Great fun to be had at the happy hour when you're all high after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Palarine. The hotel is clean, the host and the personnel very kind. It is next to a little torrent, very quiet and far from the mess of la Massana. Still close to the bike park and perfect if you want to hit the trails and rest. The restaurant is delicious and ran by the same family. I will go back!

Great stay at the Hotel Palarine recently while on a motorbike tour with mates. Secure garage parking for up to 10 bikes, well stocked bar and a fantastic Chinese restaurant made refuelling very pleasurable! Nice to meet up and chat with other bikers too. Awesome biking roads all around (and some trails too), and cheap duty free tyres just down the road - what more could a biker need??

Great hotel for budget ski family. Half board option is good value. No frills but if you're out all day this is the place.

This is the 2nd time I'm staying in this hotel and I'll absolutely come back. Great location 2 minutes walking to the cable car. Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. Tiny rooms but didn t affect me as I was a sole traveller. Was €699 for 7 days. Very clean and cleaned daily. Lovely bathroom. Room was very cold though and no hot water for 4 days till I actually complained. I thought €12 for breakfast was too much so didn t bother. Very close to main Gondola which was great.

Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Lovely stay from start to finish. Good food, very friendly staff, clean warm and comfortable. I've not been able to fault our saty we've had a great week and the bar is very reasonably priced too. Drinks are not included with evening meal and you are expected to pay for water if you have it and they prefer you run your drinks bill for the week but like I said its very reasonably priced.

We took a family ski trip to Arinsal and the Xalet Verdu was a great choice. Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Overall is a great choice.

We stayed in October just after nee management took over. Very welcoming people, who love to make your stay great. Big room, very clean, great shower and Nice wines ;-) The locaties is very good, between the mountains and a quiet base camp for exploring Andorra. The food was good for a very good price! Sucara has a good restaurant, the service is excellent and good hearty food is served. This is not a high-end place, but the food quality, at least the lunch service, is very good, clean, and reasonable value for money. A good recommendation if you are about La Cortinada, Arans, Llorts, or the Ordino Valley in general. The guys that run this place are very nice, too.

Good hotel with good service. We have gone two days with my wife and everything is perfect. The hotel is old, as are the rooms, but the service is attentive and the breakfast and food are very good. Visit the English pub in the hotel to be served by Mathias who is a bit of legend. Cozy booths, pub games and plenty of Guinness, as well as the happy hour made our time there (we spent every night at the bar for a whole week) unforgettable. Although the occasional black out occurred. So I guess we forgot parts of it. Ask for some baby Guinness and your night will be complete.

The hotel is ideally located close to the gondola. The rooms are ideal for relaxing after skiing, the service is nice and helpful, the food is very good, there is a nice bar where you can relax. The only downside is that my son had his 16th birthday and there was no reaction from the hotel. I have been to various hotels all over the world and on birthdays there is always some small or bigger surprise...

Love this hotel, second time back this year, staff are so helpful and friendly. Food, facilities and atmosphere are perfect for activity holidays. We have been skiing at this resort for the past few years and this hotel and the people here are a good part of the reason we came back.

It's not bad for a two star hotel .. the breakfast is a big continental , very good .. strange thing .. you can make a cup of tea but the kettle is in the lobby and you take the cup back to your room .. but it's ok .. the walk to town is about five minutes ish away , down hill all the way .. did not take too long to get back ..

Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. They also offer a breakfast (€7 per person) and dinner (€15 per person). We took advantage of the breakfast to start our day during our stay. Parking is convenient and the staff is very helpful.

Super charming Andorra and the treatment we receive at the hotel makes it more special, excellent people

Overall a great experience. Unfortunately we had 2 single beds which kept sliding away from each other.

Overall adequate - nice spacious room, clean and comfortable. 20 minute walk to nearby town with shops / restaurants. Layout is over multiple buildings and not all pool facilities were open when we stayed.

These are some of my watch-outs: Does not take Amex After the first night you don’t get coffee or tea refilled. Plus you don’t get milk at all Parking is 15Euro per night Must pay for racquets sports and equipment TV remote didn’t work and all taped up Must have flip flops and bathing cap to use spa No AC

Lovely room - mixed in other respects First trip to Andorra - big old complex with cavery style dining - bit of a battle come dinner/breakfast and the bar was nice but barman knew no English or much about wine/cocktails. Great hotel with lots of activities in the resort area and close by. The rooms are very spacious and clean, only minus is that there was no AC but even in July we didn't need it. Theres some funny things such as you need to wear a swimming cap at the spa pool, but it's also an experience. The staff was super helpful and you can operate with English quite easily. I can recommend the half board option...

Alot of noise because we got a room facing the very busy street (despite agreeing way in advance that we will get a river side room if available upon arrival). At midnight there was a truck collecting the rubbish so the noise was way too much to ignore. Central and ok The hotel was ok - not horrible, not terrific, but ok. After adjusting to the breakfast setup it was actually great and service good. Note there is not AC in the rooms, so either there is the sound from the ceiling fan or the noise from the street.

Friendly front desk staff. No room refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee maker. Breakfast came w/room & was pretty good. Building wasn't wheelchair accessible. No free parking. No AC.

I stayed two nights in this affordable hotel and was very happy with it. The rooms are small but clean and quiet enough to allow a good night's sleep. Wow, if you have to stay in a hotel that puts you in the middle of everything representing Andorra , this is it. It is a beautiful, high end hotel. Staff are great and very helpful in discovering the best of the area. Waking up to the mountain views can't be beat! Cheers!

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant The Pergola, located in the garden with excellent food and service.

We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway and although it didn't seem to start well, in the end the stay improved. They gave me a fairly small twin room, where there was hardly any maneuverability, quite small, and the bathroom the same or worse. We went down to the reception to request the change, and thanks to the availability, despite being a weekend, we were moved to a room that was, without exaggeration...

Great location, excellent restaurant. The rooms are big but the beds are hard. The spa is small, and the attendant not so friendly. The front desk staff is not so good in English, so it helps to have basic Spanish or French.

Located at the heart of Barcelona. Staff super friendly and offered lots of useful information about getting around Barcelona. Bed is clean and the mattress is comfortable. Bathroom is regularly being cleaned even at night. Would come back during next visit.

Clean and strategically located. Remember to take a blanket from the cupboard to cover yourself. The environment in Andorra is okay. I haven’t gone to the hotel for breakfast yet, so I’m not sure.
