We stayed in October just after nee management took over. Very welcoming people, who love to make your stay great. Big room, very clean, great shower and Nice wines ;-) The locaties is very good, between the mountains and a quiet base camp for exploring Andorra. The food was good for a very good price! We already booked for our wintersport holiday.

An ok place? I didn't pay for 5 star and we didn't get it. Stairs to the rooms, no elevators. Don't pay extra for a room with a view. You won't get it.

I've stayed here on 3 trips now. The hosts/staff are welcoming, chatty, knowledgeable of the area. The building is always warm and clean. The food is very good and priced well. Sucara has a good restaurant, the service is excellent and good hearty food is served. This is not a high-end place, but the food quality, at least the lunch service, is very good, clean, and reasonable value for money. A good recommendation if you are about La Cortinada, Arans, Llorts, or the Ordino Valley in general. The guys that run this place are very nice, too.

Cosy quaint little hotel with a friendly bar and restaurant

Clean very basic rooms but no room service at all (bed making it towel changing). Bar restaurant lacking most basic things and no apparent fixed opening times.

One of the best charming places I have the pleasure to find in Andorra, where you can feel the family taste, specially in the modern lonely Christmas time. They hosted me as a family member, invited me to hot chocolate and explain me the history of the area. A place to repeat and enjoy again. I recommend that you give a try. I am sure you will repeat.

Very familiar. Nice and cozy. The boss is a dog called Ra, that's a joke of course. Half size rooms, very clean, toiletries in the toilet, no hairdryer, warm room, facilities to park. The hotel seems a little old, but the room was great! We are a family of 6 and we staid in an apartment. It was huge: 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

A wonderful family owned hotel. I was there with four other friends for a skiing weekend in Andorra. I am amazed by the hospitality of the owner and her beautiful live songs. I did not know she was the representative of Andorra in the 2015 Eurovision contest. It was awesome to hear her songs after a long day skiing trip. It is an excellent place to come to spend a few days and take advantage of skiing. You could highlight the service and the quality of the food, both sublime. Highly recommended If I had the opportunity to return and discover more about Andorra, I would definitely return.

Superb! A bit away from the slopes but there's a free bus outside which takes you to the gondola. Room was comfortable & clean but by far the best food I've ever had in a hotel restaurant! All staff are very kind and helpful. There were some people from tour groups and they must have very busy though, every single singe matters we had to be taken care of has done nicely. Can go to hikes with a guide only with an insurance’s fee. I really enjoyed here.

The hotel is good however on a school trip we have lost a total amount of over 200 euros we have our suspicions on the cleaners and hope no one else has to lose this amount of money so recommend putting it in the safe grate servers polite and are respectful

Overall pretty good, awesome food, nice staff, good rooms. On the down side, many of my friends lost around €200 worth of cash that was in there rooms that only the cleaners had access to. If coming here I recommend making sure you keep your valuables in a place only you know.

Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed one night. The room is a bit small, but we just used it to shower and sleep. Not being inside the capital made for a quiet night sleep. Warm comfortable and close to the lifts

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Would be easier to fill up coffee jugs! Bar is a very cool place with decent tapas and a lot of wine on show on the shelfs. Not too pricey either!

Good rooms and location but the breakfast is now not very good, we stated last year and it was excellent, the fried eggs I'm still chewing as they were so hard... We asked for Huevos Poche, poached eggs and it was if we'd asked for the Holy Grail. The answer was a quick 'no'.

Great hotel with good food (even though it was buffet). They have a chef counter where they will cook certain dishes to your liking. Rooms were clean but you did have to put the 'clean my room' sign up for it to happen. Spa was very expensive £40 for a family of 4 for 1 hour. Downstair bowling and games was ideal and you can visit this bit, even if you are not a guest.

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

Lovely stay from start to finish. Good food, very friendly staff, clean warm and comfortable. I've not been able to fault our saty we've had a great week and the bar is very reasonably priced too. Drinks are not included with evening meal and you are expected to pay for water if you have it and they prefer you run your drinks bill for the week but like I said its very reasonably priced.
