Hotel Palarine in Erts

What a fantastic hotel. From arrival to departure the team at this family run hotel were just brilliant. I was travelling on my own, but was never short of someone to talk to. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The meals were great, a mix of themed evening menus. I tried the Bambu Restaurant on my last night and the food was next level great. As mentioned earlier, the staff were all just brilliant. Graham and Maria have managed to pull together some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve stayed in 5* hotels that could learn lots from Hotel Paraline. It’s not a massive hotel, but big enough to be impressed that all the front of house team knew my name! Can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thanks team for a fabulous week.

We stayed at The Palarine Hotel Andorra for two weeks, over Christmas and New Year. They certainly know how to celebrate and enjoy both. Our experience was more than we could have expected. Graham and Maria are fantastic hosts. The staff are extremely helpful and have lots of skills. Magic man was incredible. Warm welcoming hospitable engaging caring conversational and sooo much more are words we would use to describe our thoughts. We could see why so many people return time after time . The food is phenomenal with a variety of meals every night, if the Chinese is like what we were fortunate to experience in the hotel, then know wonder why there were so many people pulling in to sit and lots for take outs. The roast is divine, Yorkshire puds are so fluffy and light. Having cauliflower cheese was the highlight too. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable with such beautiful views. Beds are very comfortable. Hot running water at all times so if you want to ski, cycle, run there is also comfort here. We were fortunate to spot deer from our room, both day and night. What a lucky experience. We sooo look forward to returning sometime soon.

Our ski trip to Andorra, which was our 3rd week skiing of the 2024/2025 season was set to be a different experience for us. Our usual haunts are the French Alps, and we usually stay self-catering. So to have a hotel in Andorra was different for us, especially as it was including breakfast and evening meal. Well, our expectations of the standard of the accommodation and the food were not set too high, as we have, in the past experienced less than adequate food and accommodation on ski trips. Well the Hotel Palarine completely exceeded our expectations, and set a new standard, and the bar very high, for any other inclusive ski hotel to live up to. Our welcome from the owners was warm, professional and swift and we were soon in our room. The room was nice, with plenty of space and a large bathroom, with a bath, for along hot soaks after a day’s skiing. The food was amazing, with a large selection of cold and cooked food for breakfast, and a different themed dinner each evening. The food was high quality and there was plenty of it. The evening’s entertainment, for those that wanted it, was fantastic, with the special guest star Favio playing for two nights of our trip, with a special guest appearance from “Keith” all the way from Ireland. Keith was one of the guests who got up, played guitar and sang a few fan favourites on both nights. Needless to say, we were all a bit worse for wear the following days, and our skiing/snowboarding wasn’t very pretty! Overall we would rate the Palarine Hotel top notch for a fun skiing getaway, so much in fact that we have already booked for next year, so see you all there in March 2026. Book this hotel - you will not regret it!

After seeing a good deal offered by crystal ski for this place and reading others reviews we booked one week half board .the value and quality of the food alone would make this place great .couple that with the staff it is amazing .not on the piste but free bus service works great (lovely driver who honks his horn when he sees you walking in the rain and lets you on even if not at the bus stop!)

Wow if only other hotels were run like this. From start to finish a totally great experience. From. The moment we arrived everyone and everything was superb. The food is so so good hot and fresh and plenty of different choices every night. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in a skiing trip. The rooms are clean spacious and modern. Constant hot water and very warm. Graham and he’s wife do a lovely job and so do all the staff all friendly happy and are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely return. Thank you once again to everyone at the hotel 👍👍👍

Superb! A bit away from the slopes but there's a free bus outside which takes you to the gondola. Room was comfortable & clean but by far the best food I've ever had in a hotel restaurant! Skiing was decent as far as I managed but I damaged my cruciate on the 3rd day. Hotel were spot on looking after me. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Fantastic hotel. Food is brilliant. Different theme every night. There are free buses up to gondola. If you want to walk it took me and my wife approx 23 mins at a slow pace. Rent a locker up at top or if hiring from pic negre rent one of theirs facing gondola. Every person in hotel is so helpful and friendly.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Hotel Palarine. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. After reading reviews I was worried that there wouldn’t be much for me as a vegetarian, but I let them know when I arrived and the chef made sure that there was always something for me - even making me my own dish on two of the evenings. Over and above what I had expected. The food was lovely, especially the curry night and the Chinese night. The bar is really nice, with 241 drinks during happy hour. There was cocktail night one night, a quiz, live music and a fantastic magician. It was a relaxed and laid back atmosphere which suited us. The rooms were warm and clean, with a bath, safe, hairdryer and plenty of towels. We were comfortable. Breakfasts were nice and they even opened the restaurant for breakfast before our 5am pick up for our return journey - again more than k was expecting and a really nice touch. I was a bit concerned about getting to the slopes before I arrived, but the buses were fine. The free bus arrived on time at 8.20 every morning, which gave us plenty of time to get to the slopes before our lessons started. The bus stop was just across the road from the hotel. Getting home we just waited at the bus stop and either got the free bus again or the €1.90 L5 bus which was every 30 mins. It worked fine. I would recommend getting a ski locker at the shop at the top of the gondola so you don’t have to carry your gear all the way back. This worked really well for us. All in all I would totally recommend this hotel. It was reasonably priced, great quality and we had a lovely break. I would go back again.
