Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel thanks to a free smartbox. We were very well received, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are up to a 4 ☆, the restaurant is sublime with delicious cuisine, the spa is very clean. We will come back without a problem. Thank you to the entire hotel team !!!!

Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. One of the few hotels in Andorra in which the people who live there are an essential part of the soul of the place! Warm, welcoming and full of good energy.

We had to pay extra when we arrived at the hotel because, according to them, the child did not appear in the reservation and in the app the reservation appeared for two adults and one child.

It's a great hotel located in El Serrat. The rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the room but they have heaters for winters. Great place to stay in a very quiet location. Food was good and very good value if you have the menu of the day. The spa was ideal for small numbers of people and the hotel maintains small numbers by having a booking system for 1.5 hour slots (extra charge over room rate, €20 pp when we stayed, but worth it). Good walking nearby with easy access to Ordino Arcalis.

Sucara has a good restaurant, the service is excellent and good hearty food is served. This is not a high-end place, but the food quality, at least the lunch service, is very good, clean, and reasonable value for money. A good recommendation if you are about La Cortinada, Arans, Llorts, or the Ordino Valley in general. The guys that run this place are very nice, too.

Visit the English pub in the hotel to be served by Mathias who is a bit of legend. Cozy booths, pub games and plenty of Guinness, as well as the happy hour made our time there (we spent every night at the bar for a whole week) unforgettable. The hotel is ideally located close to the gondola. The rooms are ideal for relaxing after skiing, the service is nice and helpful, the food is very good, there is a nice bar where you can relax. The only downside is that my son had his 16th birthday and there was no reaction from the hotel. I have been to various hotels all over the world and on birthdays there is always some small or bigger surprise...

The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. They also offer a breakfast (€7 per person) and dinner (€15 per person). We took advantage of the breakfast to start our day during our stay. Parking is convenient and the staff is very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the Palarine. The hotel is clean, the host and the personnel very kind. It is next to a little torrent, very quiet and far from the mess of la Massana. Great stay at the Hotel Palarine recently while on a motorbike tour with mates. Secure garage parking for up to 10 bikes, well stocked bar and a fantastic Chinese restaurant made refuelling very pleasurable! Nice to meet up and chat with other bikers too. Awesome biking roads all around (and some trails too), and cheap duty free tyres just down the road - what more could a biker need??

All staff are very kind and helpful. There were some people from tour groups and they must have very busy though, every single singe matters we had to be taken care of has done nicely. Can go to hikes with a guide only with an insurance’s fee. I really enjoyed here.

The hotel is good however on a school trip we have lost a total amount of over 200 euros we have our suspicions on the cleaners and hope no one else has to lose this amount of money so recommend putting it in the safe grate servers polite and are respectful

Overall pretty good, awesome food, nice staff, good rooms. On the down side, many of my friends lost around €200 worth of cash that was in there rooms that only the cleaners had access to. If coming here I recommend making sure you keep your valuables in a place only you know.

Exceptional hotel! There is a very friendly and family atmosphere, rooms are nice and clean (cleaning done every day) and the food is delicious. It has really friendly and helpful staffs that will give you hand any time you need. Good quality food and great variety of dishes everyday, nice if you go with kids. It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out.

Honestly this place deserves more than 3.9! I would give it mid 4 stars… it is not “luxury” but it is a really great value - the rooms are remodeled with comfy beds and everything you need in toiletries, the breakfast is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly! The bus stop for the free Funibus that takes you to the gondola is literally right in front of the hotel and there’s decent food options...

Nice hotel with a good value for money. Breakfast was ok, but could use more veggies. Great location in a quiet area with a free shuttle to Funicamp bus stop nearby. We got a weird room initially not like on photos – small, dark, no balcony or window open, but they switched us to a better room the next day. Noise cancellation didn't work, but it's quiet after 11pm because everyone starts skiing early...

The breakfast and the staff. Janicleber, who works at the reception, was simply a blast. He was extremely kind and helpful, a part from being a very pleasant person. He definitely made the difference and I would recommend the property based on the assistance provided from his end.
