One of the few hotels in Andorra in which the people who live there are an essential part of the soul of the place! Warm, welcoming and full of good energy.

Very pleasant experience, very kind, servicial and efficient people at the desk, and the hotel was placed in a location that could not be better, strongly recommend it!

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

The perfect place to stay while in Andorra. Beautiful view and very clean. I recommend the breakfast. It's better to go during weekdays and also avoid holidays for the traffic.

It's a great hotel located in El Serrat. The rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the room but they have heaters for winters. The rooms may get a little hot at night in summer or pre-winter months even when it's cold outside. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. Great place to stay in a very quiet location. Food was good and very good value if you have the menu of the day. The spa was ideal for small numbers of people and the hotel maintains small numbers by having a booking system for 1.5 hour slots (extra charge over room rate, €20 pp when we stayed, but worth it). Good walking nearby with easy access to Ordino Arcalis.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was super, the meals were very good, and the rooms were clean. The rooms are a bit small. The little community bus stops right in front, which brings you into Andorra City.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and bed comfortable if rather over hot. Nice bathroom with a good range of toiletries. Food in the restaurant was extremely good with a multi course meal included in the half board and a wide choice at breakfast. Clean very basic rooms but no room service at all (bed making it towel changing). Bar restaurant lacking most basic things and no apparent fixed opening times.

One of the best charming places I have the pleasure to find in Andorra, where you can feel the family taste, specially in the modern lonely Christmas time. They hosted me as a family member, invited me to hot chocolate and explain me the history of the area. A place to repeat and enjoy again. I recommend that you give a try. I am sure you will repeat.

Very familiar. Nice and cozy. The boss is a dog called Ra, that's a joke of course. Half size rooms, very clean, toiletries in the toilet, no hairdryer, warm room, facilities to park. The owner is really friendly and treats you like family. We have a little problem in our arrival at the room and they solve quickly helping us in every moment. I've stayed here on 3 trips now. The hosts/staff are welcoming, chatty, knowledgeable of the area. The building is always warm and clean. The food is very good and priced well. We always have room 104 as it has a large bath. Even when the hotel is full the water is always hot. Perfectly located as a base for ski resort activities. Feels like home to me now when in Andorra. Sucara has a good restaurant, the service is excellent and good hearty food is served. This is not a high-end place, but the food quality, at least the lunch service, is very good, clean, and reasonable value for money. A good recommendation if you are about La Cortinada, Arans, Llorts, or the Ordino Valley in general. The guys that run this place are very nice, too.

Stayed there for 2 nights as a family in the same room (2 rooms actually in the same appartment) (3 adults and 2 kids). I was suprised to see the offered conditions for the price/person, especially for the christmass (amazing), food was great (same for price, got the daily menu), clean, spacious rooms, private parking, found the location good between the ski zone and andora la vela. Good selection of local dishes. Very fairly priced. Restaurant opens at 8pm on a Sunday but a selection of snacks available before then. Beer is well kept.

Good hotel with good service. We have gone two days with my wife and everything is perfect. The hotel is old, as are the rooms, but the service is attentive and the breakfast and food are very good. The town in which it is located is small, quiet, and with beautiful views. Highly recommended hotel.

Casa Mariola is located in a typical Andorran hamlet, with very old houses and church. It is a perfect central location to explore Andorra with easy access to Pal Vallnord for Downhill mountain biking and Ordino Arcadis (to explore the Tristaina area). This is a really unique place to stay! If you like it calm and prepare your own food, this is a fabulous apartment. Amazingly renovated with the comfort of modern appliances. You'll have plenty of curious cats looking in your kitchen window.

It is very cozy. The kindness of your representative is second to none!! Highly recommended for couples and friends.

The house is very nice but quite dirty and in hot water it ends very soon. We had to shower with cold water. Value for money Not adequate

An excellent accommodation in Andorra, everything is so authentic that it breathes breathlessly. I think in winter it's just fierce. Frustrated by the lack of normal parking.

The hotel seems a little old, but the room was great! We are a family of 6 and we staid in an apartment. It was huge: 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Great experience! Nice staff and clean rooms. Walls can be a bit too thin if you have noisy neighbors but otherwise it is on point. I would definitely come back!

Nice Apart Hotel at budget rate...particularly for those who like to spend some personal time with family...only problem is not much eating options nearby

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds, hotel right next to scenic path. But, swimming pool shared with a hundred people from the camping next door, so too many people for the pool. Kitchen not especially well equipped (for example, only butter knives, no knives capable of cutting vegetables).
