When we arrived after long drive at the reception at night manager asked us to pay for the room with 3 beds despite we were telling that our child sleeps with us, he was referring to Hotel policy, but there is no a word about it. He refused us to check in the booked room, so we had to left and find another hotel, because we didn’t need a triple room.
The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The restaurant has very limited vegetarian or vegan options. Vegetarians are also served the same food as vegans, comprising just largely sliced veggies and fruits. The desert options are great though!
The hotel is nice

The restaurant was better than finding somewhere else good with the daily menu being excellent value
Everything is clean and tidy
The Sunas are good loved the icey cold tube afterwards
