Unfortunately, very disappointing experience. We booked a room for 2 adults as our small daughter sleeping with us together. In the ‘Property policy’ it’s pointed that children from 18 years old considered as adults and nothing more regarding children, except “the children of all ages are welcome”.
When we arrived after long drive at the reception at night manager asked us to pay for the room with 3 beds despite we were telling that our child sleeps with us, he was referring to Hotel policy, but there is no a word about it. He refused us to check in the booked room, so we had to left and find another hotel, because we didn’t need a triple room.

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

It's a great hotel located in El Serrat. The rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the room but they have heaters for winters. The rooms may get a little hot at night in summer or pre-winter months even when it's cold outside.
The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The restaurant has very limited vegetarian or vegan options. Vegetarians are also served the same food as vegans, comprising just largely sliced veggies and fruits. The desert options are great though!

The perfect place to stay while in Andorra. Beautiful view and very clean. I recommend the breakfast. It's better to go during weekdays and also avoid holidays for the traffic.

Great place to stay in a very quiet location. Food was good and very good value if you have the menu of the day. The spa was ideal for small numbers of people and the hotel maintains small numbers by having a booking system for 1.5 hour slots (extra charge over room rate, €20 pp when we stayed, but worth it). Good walking nearby with easy access to Ordino Arcalis.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was super, the meals were very good, and the rooms were clean. The rooms are a bit small. The little community bus stops right in front, which brings you into Andorra City.

Excellent hotel with great food and good service. After hiking the perfect place to end the day. On a rest day you can find relaxation in the spa.

Spent the day in the mountains, then came here for lunch, and what a beautiful lunch it was great price. The food was mouthwatering very well presented and very tasty. The staff were brilliant, well-spoken, and friendly. The lunch menu consisted of a starter, main, and dessert for €21

Gem 💎 in Andorra, I love this hotel, the SPA is fantastic and very close to Tristania, the target of the stay, we also could wake up early to have the road open as this is only 5k from the closing point. The food was really good, the rooms are really small and bath too but confortable, the bed need some upgrade as this is quite old. The service in the hotel is a 🔟, love this place and will be back. Angel at restaurant was really and 😇. Price was about 100 euros per person per day at half board so 400 euros for 2 nights.
