Palma Beach Resort & Spa

We as family been visited the Palma hotel regularly from long time like each free times we going there because the kids liked to go there , but each time the services start going down and down firstly we have kids and always we asked for 2 rooms near to each other down which this impossible, this last visit we didn’t use the 2 nd room while it’s been up and far . And the worse was in the room down number 38 , the room was dirty chairs and first the bed ,The water in the pump is broken not working correctly at the bathroom and last on lock of the balcony was broken and no one can open it at all , however we been booked on higher rates than the other ppl on the internet booked with .
So start from now I’m not dealing with 3 starts hotel at all in seems services offered enough as given with such .

I will never recommend this resort to anyone for below reasons:
1)Misleading Advertising: The resort failed to mention the option of partial sea view rooms, which led to disappointment upon arrival as all rooms don't have full sea view.

2)Substandard Room: The room provided was old, in poor condition, and far below expectations. It was not reflective of the images advertised online.

3)Mosquito Infestation: The presence of too many mosquitoes made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant, affecting the overall experience negatively.we were not able to sleep at all.

4)Lack of Transparency: There was a lack of transparency regarding the room condition and amenities, resulting in a sense of deception.

5)Poor Customer Service: Despite complaints, the staff did not address the issues satisfactorily, showing a lack of concern for guest comfort and satisfaction

6)Overall Disappointment: The combination of outdated facilities, mosquito problems, and inadequate communication left a lasting negative impression, making it difficult to recommend this resort to others.
It's not worth at all for money you are spending.
