Visited here second time, rooms are neat.
Pool timings should be extended its from 9AM to 8PM only.
Can park your car inside your own villa.
Extra beds will be provided on request at 50 aed per bed.
Not pet friendly.

Simple, clean, does the job for a quick, no frills stay. In-house restaurant overlooking the pool and room service too. Front office reception is very hospitable and was quick to assist additional queries and some customized requests. Restaurant service was good too.

Good experience, we booked a 2 bedroom villa for 4 days and 3 nights, rooms were very neat and nice, even though it's a villa we didn't see a single bug anywhere in the house, nice grill out side of villa next to the car park, there are three pools two that are big and one for kids that is medium sized. The location is bad. There are no restaurants close by, and there are no grocery stores near. Breakfast was very bad. We only ate once, and after that, we didn't come back the next time because it was very bad, overall experience is good, would go again

We stayed at the Royal Residence Resort for one day in a studio-type villa. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the TV channels were quite limited, with no South Asian channels available, which was a bit disappointing.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool facilities. The resort boasts three pools, including a separate pool specifically for kids, which was a great feature for families. The pools were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and enjoy the day.

We have been visiting this hotel many time, it was always a good experience, we feel homely here, all the staffs are very courteous especially the reception staff Devendra and Vivek for helping and make us feel special they are very accomodating , we really appreciate all the team also the chicken burger is very tasty Kudos 👌 to Devendra thank you. And guru from HK who always help us . 😊😊

Good and quiet area for families and friends... barbeque kit available... Beautiful pool... separate for kids too... food is fine...

Brilliant experience... Staff was helpful throughout the night. The food was surprisingly superb. The pool side and garden were amazing looking even during the night.

Its an ok type facility. We hired a two bedroom villa and got it at comparatively very good price in spite of week end!!!
The house and furniture were old but maintained reasonably well. Kitchen was just for name sake- with no facilities inside, completely empty with non functioning microwave!!!
The better part was the swimming pool and surrounding area. A good health club too.
Breakfast was with limited items, but worth compared to the price offered, I appreciate!!!
Overall summary- a medium scale economic place for weekend outing/change

Nice service. Big rooms. Nice pools. Kiddie play grounds. Breakfast could be improve though. But other than that its ok.
