Visited the Place for Staycation with friends. Beautiful location on the beach side🏖 but expect some construction area/materials as the Renovation is in progress. Rooms are spacious enough with good service. Breakfast buffet is superb with Healthy food🥗🍱. Quality of the food and drinks for Dinner is superb🍲🍕🍹.
Nice Groovy Music at the Pool Area and the beach bar. Play area is available near the beach🏐🥅.

Visited this resort last week, location is nice, beach is good but the dog feces was scattered on the beach sand which is very dangerous for the kids playing in the sands, owners and workers should maintain the cleanliness of the beach and nearby. It’s NOT a CHILD FRIENDLY resort, they put as on smoking room without even informing or asking us if it’s fine. We got surprised when we enter the room and the smell of the cigarette is si strong, my kids are complaining about the room but they didn’t di anything about it, they just keep on sprayinf an air freshener which just and mixed up with the bad smell. Many times I asked them to transfer in another room but it was all full as per them😡 Room was not clean as well. It’s the worst experience we’ve ever had. Will never gonna comeback on this resort. Not worth the price.

Been promoting and coming to this place a lots with friends and colleagues, but unfortunately will stop now. The rule of couples and groups is absolutely non sense to be honest. I have been many time to this place with my friends, and now wanted to come by myself (on the weekend when it’s empty honestly) and staff telling me only couple and groups are allowed, well, amazing 😆

Food and drinks are good tho.

We have been to this hotel several times before and we actually had our wedding reception at lumi in March.

This hotel has so much potential and they are noticeably trying to fix up the hotel. We came for a birthday celebration and stayed in one of the beach view rooms, they have had a lot of work done and have lovely Bali feel furniture!

Check in - The Indian lady at reception clearly hates her job and was miserable whilst checking us in!

Lumi is the only reason this hotel is still standing and it’s such a great vibe, staff are so quick and on the ball too and you never wait long to be served.

Breakfast is ok, good variety and adequate!

Our stay at Umm Al Qwain Beach resort was really unforgettable. The amenities were perfect, our room was super clean and smells super good. All the staff at the lobby and during room service were very polite. I will definitely be there regularly and will recommend the same to all our friends!

First time we stayed at this place was fantastic overall, this time round it has been a real disappointment with how we've been treated since checking in. Support staff have been generally unfriendly and only willing to help when it benefits their agenda. We were told we must not only check out swiftly but leave the premises by 12:00 sharp or pay an additional fee because of a "Saturday party" which we had no intentions of joining.. we were then disturbed in the night by security after going to bed, being told we had to move our car, even though a member of staff said we could park in that spot earlier in the day and checking in we were given no instructions on where to park or even where our room was. The rooms are decent, food is average, setting is very nice, but it seems customer service is lacking and this time round has been a complete miss for us. Just a myriad of little inconveniences left us frustrated, the sort of things you take a decent hotel to avoid in theory, in this case not in practise.

We've come to this place many times and used to love it but the experience we had last Friday was absolutely shocking! Upon checking in, the reception has immediately informed us how we are not allowed to access the beach after 12 pm check-out time on Saturday We were absolutely fine to leave the room by that time but they wanted us to leave all premises. It was even funnier that they said how there is a private event happening at the beach from 12-4 pm while it is a normal Saturday event and they only wanted us to pay the entrance fee. Moreover at 12:01 pm, the security guard was walking around the hotel and asking people who checked-out to leave. No hotel in UAE treats their guests in this way! Completely unacceptable in hospitality! It's a pitty this place is managed so poorly cause it's really beautiful. Definitely not coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore until they start treating guests in a better way.

If you like going to the beach then coming back to your room for a shower, probably skip this place. Seriously no shower water for 4 hours I have had 2 sandy dogs and 4 sandy human feet for 4 hours and no sign of water yet. Executive rooms are very very different from the pics listed online. Sofa is ridiculous to chill on, room layout is super dysfunctional, the furniture is a mix match or random stuff, tv and tv box is seriously from the year 1999.
Breakfast was good, real fresh juice, the pool was nice, lots of seating and shade. Parking was over crowed with staff cars everywhere.
Overall it’s definitely not awesome.

Beautiful set up by the beach. Nice groovy and house music by the beach. Plenty of space for people to chill.
Food is tasty and the service staff is very helpful and professional.
Location is one hour from Dubai. Family and Kids friendly.

Easy to drive to, excellent service. We booked the beach suite, very close to the beach and immaculately clean. The beach side restaurant is a great place to spend your evening. Overall, a great deal for one/two nights stay in case you want to unwind without a lot of activities. Buffet breakfast is basic , could be improved, but is healthy.
