Visiting Albania twice this is our first time in Korca in Park Plaza, Hotel Absolutely incredible experience between the hotel itself and the staff. The owner helped us right when we got there and make sure we had a nice stay. The room and the view were beautiful. Delicious Albanian cuisine Absolutely would stay here next time in Korca. Spacious and very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, almost everything included, from breakfast to towels. I was there very well, so dear readers, given the central location, I recommend it for a pleasant stay in Korça, a really beautiful Albanian city.

Everything was great. I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was amazing, polite and very friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. I would also like to add that the prices were very reasonable.

Although this hotel is modern and has well appointed rooms, it means very little if you can't get a good night's sleep. It's important to ensure a guest has choice to alter the temperature of their room as each person's needs are different.
Each room has individual aircon/,heating setting options...but it only works if the central system is turned on. So bad luck if an individual guest needs it but hotel mnge decides they don't.
The temperature in the city was 26-28+ deg C over a few days. The room was hot and as it was street front opening the windows meant loud traffic etc noise.
The hotel advised they turned the room temp options off at the hotel because they felt it was no longer peak summer season and not necessary any more. They don't seem to prioritise their guest needs and choices.
They would not turn the central system back on so each room could set its on comfortable temp. So the room was stinking hot overnight and uncomfortable....and I did not sleep.
I don't recommend and won't stay here again gecause they don't put guests individuality at the centre of their decisions.

Second time staying in this wonderful 5 star hotel on my home city Korce What more can you ask for, anything you need they are there for you never a no for an answer! 5 star service, food and quality. Look forward to next year for the third time. Thank you Park Plazza

Second time at this quality hotel. Me and the mrs took our 2x boys and baby for 14 nights and were so looked after from all the staff x. Breakfast was delivered to the room everyday with freshly squeezed orange juice and a hot coffee. Rooms were cleaned everyday even if we had left the room late in the evening. We dined in the restaurant every other day and found it hard to find any other restaurant to be as good. If you get the opportunity to stay in beautiful korca please make this your hotel of choice. Thanks again to all at the plazza.

The hotel is very good with all the necessary conditions as well and the service and food in the restaurant has maximum points. Every time I travel to Korce, I book only at park plazza.

What kind of service is this?! If I had the chance I would give zero stars! And the waitress was not polite. Do not go there you will be disappointed! For the prices they have thie service is ridiculous!
