The hotel is new, good rooms, large balcony, since it is a chain hotel, we visited the pool and beach of the hotels Hotel Regina City and Hotel Regina Blu. Of the "minuses" There is a construction site near the hotel, you need to go to the embankment either through the construction site or around. There is only ONE employee in the hotel who speaks and understands English - this is Angel who is ready to help vacationers with any question. The rest of the reception staff has a standard phrase for answering all questions "Not impossible", but when you turn to Angel with this question, the issue is resolved quite quickly. Over the course of 7 days, the lights were turned off in the hotel 2 times, only hot water ran from the taps, then only cold, but the hotel administration did not apologize for the inconvenience. We ask the administration to take into account the comments, especially regarding the work of the hotel staff with vacationers.

My time there was great. I would rate the hotel 4 stars because everything was perfect. The only thing that i didn't like was that there was no dinner. Another great thing was that you could also access other beaches of the regina group because i didn't like the one from this hotel much. The workers were also very nice and especially the waitress who were really nice to children. My time was awesome at the hotel and i would definitely recommend it and go there again.

For a 4* hotel this is a modest review. Air condition unit was so much noisy that we have to turn it off, in July, with 40°C outside. The shower was either very hot or very cold and was leaking water from every corner. Room design for a approx €100 room/night was awful.
