This place is fantastic, the price is good, the pool excellent. I read bad reviews but is totally different from what I read. The staff is friendly and nice. The try to be helpful beyond their capacity

Pool is great, there is another pool not functional but it does not matter there is the big pool excellent. Every day in the menu I found fish, shrimps

Do not get confused with bad reviews, try it for one day if you do not believe it. I have paid double price in Italy and Turkey but did not found anything special for that price

Beautiful location, magnificent view, great staff working like one family. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Breakfast is rather sparse, but one could taste different dishes from the menu in the evening.

Hotel is located in amazing place in Albania. Rooms are very clean, crew members are friendly, you can try traditional Alabanian meals (it is a big plus). I Recommend this interesting place :)

The cook has long experience with Italien food and they also offer good wine. Make sure to take a room with Seaview if you like sunsets. I recommend the hotel and the restaurant

hotel is really nice for the price actually, but do not choose this place just because "breakfast is included" and for the love of life do not set an alarm to wake up for the breakfast served till 930am LOL

Weve been 4 nights in A&G Hotel Vlore. We had a fantastic stay in a brand new hotel, big rooms , barriere free bathroom, fantastic balcony. Free sunbeds on pool or at the sea

The room are new and comfortable, the breakfast in the morning is also great with fresh fruits, cheese, Byrek, eggs, crepes and more. The swimming pool is clean new with available sun beds

Also when returning from trips we got invited for spontanous drinks and had pleasant conversation with the team and hotel owners. Is really recommendable to go there

The private beach is just across the road, very close and the water is crystal clear

Our stay here was a perfect balance of luxury and wholesomeness. We used the hotel taxi to and from the hotel, everything was easy and taken care of. The view from the pool was exceptional and the sunset was beautiful

The food absolutely exceeded our expectations, my partner had meats and I enjoyed pescatarian and vegetarian options. Although there aren’t as many sun beds at the pool, we booked the hotel as we enjoy the beach

The hotel is absolutely stunning in a location about 20 mins drive away from Vlore. Nice & relaxing at the pool with great service

The only two negatives during our stay were the room safes which are not attached to the wall which meant we had to carry our valuable around with us, and the lack of air conditioning in the rooms

The infinity pool & decking cleanliness are the winning features of this property

A very nice hotel with a great location. 20 minutes from the big city of Vlore (!! During rush hour the traffic will most likely double your travel time!!) friendly staff and a nice pool for the kids

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We had sea view rooms and the views and sunsets were incredible. We all (couple with 4 children) found something we enjoyed at breakfast

Filter coffee was included in breakfast but you could for a small cost order other coffees. Plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel

When asked if a room with sea view could be provided the owner promptly changed our room to one with the requested view

It is our first stay in San Saena, and hopefuly i will come back again! Comfortable place to rest, have a nice time on the swimingpool and go to take a shower at the clean bathrrom of the room! Some more attention to details would be welcome: 2 towels available for 3 persons, no cover sheet on the double bed, air conditioning not working, very limited amount of toilet paper for 3 persons for 3 nights, but all solved swiftly

You can eat at the hotel, it is a limited menu but certainly worth your while, but don't expect dessert, this is not available. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the exceptional view over the bay, even from the room

Nice hotel run by a friendly family

Overall the experience was very good,especially the location. The Beach was beautiful and you have a reserved spot based on your hotel room. The hotel was especially good,it had two pools an outdoor and indoor one

During this season I didn't make much use of the indoor pool,but the outdoor one was very good,it was a good temperature and there was a smaller one for toddlers or babies

It is off season so it is quite, was too cold to swim outside in the pool but you can make use of spa and the pool they have indoors for additional price

The “highlight” was live and loud music in the pool area until late at night. The receptionist rude answer about that left me speechless

Location is hard to find need to go via dirt road but it pays back with amazing sea view, it is wonderful. Rooms and hotel is extremely clean, we stayed 3 nights and room got cleaned/ sheets changed every day

The food was pretty good and one of the days of my stay there was live music. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here especially during this season

The second minus is the inexperience of the staff, especially the maids: for 12 days we only had a full set of towels for two, and it was such that they were not changed at all

Given that this is a 3 star hotel in a developing country, it is just great!!! All rooms with sea views, decent furniture and bathrooms, a beautiful, clean and well-groomed territory, a private beach and a bar on the seashore

Treat yourself with this hotel. It is the right place for recreation and relaxing. Best team that make sure that you will be happy and comfortable. Rooms are so clean with comfy beds. The hotel staf is very welcoming

Parking is always challenging, but it is no different than everywhere else in the Albanian Riviera. There are steps that drop in the water. Although they are much safer than the previous option

After the last renovations, the place looks very upscale. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant offers plenty of seating options and the food is very good

Hotel is in the village Radhimë. That is why on google maps i saw hotel and beach side. By the way on the right there is hotel then across the road to go the beach. Road is rounded and you must carefully move

Looks like other photos were done not in 2020. We booked this hotel only because of the nice photos of their own beach with the bar on it but it is no bar there now

The rooms are clean and partly were renovated not so long time ago but if you don't have a " sea view" you will enjoy the " old building view"))

I do not recommend entering the sea for children as there are stairs, but children can have fun in the pool. For a few hours it is possible go well

Located in the shore of Vlora (perfect location),the hotel is very clean and provides u great hospitality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious

We stayed here for 4 nights on our vacation. The location is a 5 minute drive to vlores strip of restaurants and cafes. We liked the staff and the rooms were super clean

I would suggest that they improve their breakfast (get some eggs in there :p). it was a very comfortable stay and everyone who works there is very friendly

Beach towels were not always available (here and at the beach) and staff in the pool and beach areas were not particularly helpful or polite

Very friendly from entering the parking space with the receptionist with the waitress in the beach at the restaurant and very great at the spa and very great on bringing a boat ride for me all around

The family pool area is really not up to minimum (let alone 5 star) standard - the pool itself is dirty with the plastering coming off the pool floor in various places and no evidence of any maintenance or cleaning being undertaken (my daughter found a nappy in it!)

The area around the family pool is also not very clean and the sunbed mattresses were very dirty

High quality rooms and amenities, and most importantly best views since it is right on the waterfront. And not to mention the spa and the fact that there were no screaming kids around. Very relaxing and enjoyable. A++
