Envi Hotel

Decent rooms but the hosts were super unfriendly. Breakfast was served in a buffet, however, everything was cold and very limited. We were promised a sun tent included in the price of the hotel room, however, only later they mentioned that although we were three people, we had to only use one sun tent. I cannot understand how three people can fit under one sun tent? For the price we paid, we expected much better service from Envi Hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

We were there only to have a nice lunch enjoying the view, we had to wait 1 hour just to get our drinks. The food was poor, some of us even had stomach problems the night after. The owners were extremely rude when we complained about the waiting time and the about the food. This place is typically the one people are afraid to come to Albany.

Very very bad.
For starters, the access to hotel parking is not good, it's not marked well and like you need to drive a bit off-road.
The rooms are new but in our 6 day stay they cleaned them only once and constantly run out of water.
Breakfast is poor. You need to choose between eggs, toast or something they call pancakes and the portions are very small, example: 2 eggs and around 20g cheese with 2 pieces of tomato and 2 pieces cucumber. Same for the drinks, juice, water or coffee but you can't have two or more selections, for e.g if you order water you cannot get juice or coffee.
The access to the beach is very dangerous, you need to cross very busy road.

The only things that were good were the beach and the view from the balcony.
