Hotel Olympia Touristic Village

This was the worst experience so far in Albania. Me and my family spent 4 nights in the " renovated villas" which were very dirty, cleaned only after two days, pillows were all with stains and floor was full of hair. They gave us a room with broken frige, because someone previously poured milk on it, the smell was disgusting and it was impossible to stay there. We made a complaint to the manager of the " hotel" and they told us to go and sleep in parking lot because they dont have available rooms at that moment and they will not reimburse for the 140 euro we paid per night. We ended up sleeping in two rooms, 6 of us, after almost two days, they changed our room after going several times at reception to ask for it and after arguing with them. Food was terrible. During breakfast they served small buffet and you ended up not eating if you didnt go before 9:30 (very limited choice of food).Dinner was choosing from a menu ( 3 or 4 meals/ had to choose one of them) and just one water was included, no desert, no drinks, if you wanted extra water you had to pay. You had to wait at least 15/20 mins each time before getting served and service was poor. For the price we paid we were very disappointed with the behavior of staff and quality of food. We will never come back for sure.

The hotel was expensive and the service terrible Great if you like being served by teenagers Thumping music mediocre food and 5 star prices for a 2 star hotel in the middle nowhere with nothing around unless you got a cab into the Vhlore Only 1 key card per room as soon as you left all the electric when down including the fridge Second swimming pool in the basement carpark due to leaks from the pool above Everything was an extra Drinks cost less in a 5 star hotel in Tirana !!

The hospitality is very bad, the food in the breakfast is average, while the dinner is very bad, the quantity is very small and only 4 choices, I do not prefer this hotel to anyone, and especially to families with small children, I tell you that only in this hotel do not book...!!! !

Room was clean. Sea and beach was good there were chairs available all the time. Food was terrible. Breakfast was same everyday and dinner only two options and they were small portions and not delicious. Staff was not proffesional.

It's a shame such a nice place and location but the food it's disgusting breakfast average ala carte dinner as a holiday package fish sea bass it's a crime they seemed like boiled a one hundred of them and just reheat on frying pan with a bit of olive oil steak couldn't even cutt it with a knife salad how can you get that wrong as well pasta and spaghetti like student food I wouldn't return only because of food hotel and villas are lovely It's such a shame

I didn't stay at the hotel so my review only concerns the restaurant. The food tasted okay but the price wasn't suittable for it. I wouldn't recommend the vegtable soup because it was mainly water and the veil spaghetti wasn't good as well. One of our friends ordered the beef fillet and recieved a chicken fillet and got diarrhea because of it. The service was nice though.

Very bad . Dont wast your money in this hotel. Every thing is torible a special the toilets hygiene is 0 smells very bad. I will not recommend specially if you are family with kids. Me i have very bad experiences in this hotel

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best time at this hotel. The apartment/villa doesn’t look like the same as it is in the pictures. The shower was old and and the water was leaking. Once the water even stopped working and we had to report it. The quality of food wasn’t so good. Same dishes everyday and it looked like it was cooked few hours in advance. The “manager” didn’t care so much about complains and once he even started arguing with his staff in front of the customers. Location was quite far from the city and it didn’t have any sidewalks. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
