The hotel is in center of city and near all main shoping and restaurants We had issues with our shower but they changed the room immediately Also the young gentleman at front desk was very very helpful I forgot his name but I am putting his picture here , if you visit this hotel do ask for him

Service, location and view was excellent, buffet was average, room was very large and newly redecorated but had some problems, the show was amazingly good. it was noisy and the bed was hard. Biggest problem was that the air conditioner/heater was completely broken and had also taken out one of the electrical outlets - and there was no refrigerator in the room.

It's a bit difficult to find such a peaceful place, close by to the last wild River of Europe, Vjosa! In the hot summer days this hotel is the perfect stop to immediately have refreshment swim, as it's the only hotel in Përmet providing a swimming pool. Very quiet place. The food is delicious as everything is homemade. Strongly recommend especially for families.

We didn't stay with them, we availed their horse riding activity. Avenir, Lili, and Joey the dog were the best guides, ensuring our safety all throughout the trek. We had such lovely horses as well (George and Chili) and overall it was such a fun and memorable experience. Views were absolutely breathtaking!

Was an amazing tour with lots of different terrains and breathtacking views. Enjoyed every minute. Not like other tourists tour this is real horseriding, thanks for this lifelong experience

After several days of hiking across through the valley and staying as a guest in farmhouses along the trail, this hotel was a welcoming comfort: central location, easy to locate, clean room, decent shower and Wi-Fi connection. Staff were friendly and helpful and the terrace was a great spot for a beer in the sunshine. Breakfast was okay, with a good selection of local produce.

A beautiful hotel in an older building overlooking the newer area below. Double room was clean, comfortable and had windows with double aspect. We ate in the restaurant one evening and food was very good with excellent service from the staff. Staff were helpful and polite.

We had a spacious triple room for us and adult daughter. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The air con was very efficient. Beautiful views across Permet. Easy walk to shops and centre. Really cosy and peaceful. Lovely staff. They’ll even park your car for you! And book your rafting with a very nice company to go out the next morning! We wish we’d stayed here longer!
