The hotel is in center of city and near all main shoping and restaurants We had issues with our shower but they changed the room immediately Also the young gentleman at front desk was very very helpful I forgot his name but I am putting his picture here , if you visit this hotel do ask for him

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the town is awesome. The women who work there are worth getting to know as they are fun and funny. Take the time to engage them. They made the stay so great. Nice bathroom. Hotel could use some updates. Maybe skip the breakfast.

Villa Permeti is truly a hidden gem...somewhat off the beaten path from the city centre. But having navigated a couple of narrow cobblestone streets, the Villa Permeti is a welcome respite indeed. Although a small, boutique hotel, the establishment more than makes up with its excellently appointed rooms and fabulous dining room options offering wonderful Albanian country breakfasts, hearty lunches...

Service, location and view was excellent, buffet was average, room was very large and newly redecorated but had some problems, the show was amazingly good. it was noisy and the bed was hard. Biggest problem was that the air conditioner/heater was completely broken and had also taken out one of the electrical outlets - and there was no refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was poor, and the bathroom small, the rest is ok! Good location!

Room clean, breakfast okay. The owner of a wonderful, helpful. We arrived late in the evening and she cooked dinner specially for us. Before the further journey, she even wanted to provide water so that we could wash the car.

The restaurant has a very nice settings and ambient vibe, but the food is average - we ordered chicken soup (served semi-warm) and two types of pasta (quite bland taste, average 3 star). Fantastic Hotel, it could be anywhere in the world with a four or five stars qualification . We were staying in a suite, because the Hotel was fully booked. We done the horse riding tour with Avenir, lilli and Joey (the dog). The experience was one of the best we had in Albania and the memories will stay with us forever. We didn't stay with them, we availed their horse riding activity. Avenir, Lili, and Joey the dog were the best guides, ensuring our safety all throughout the trek. We had such lovely horses as well (George and Chili) and overall it was such a fun and memorable experience. Views were absolutely breathtaking!

Was an amazing tour with lots of different terrains and breathtacking views. Enjoyed every minute. Not like other tourists tour this is real horseriding, thanks for this lifelong experience

It's a bit difficult to find such a peaceful place, close by to the last wild River of Europe, Vjosa! In the hot summer days this hotel is the perfect stop to immediately have refreshment swim, as it's the only hotel in Përmet providing a swimming pool. Very quiet place. The food is delicious as everything is homemade. Strongly recommend especially for families.

You get what you paid for. Do not expect to much. Basics: clean room and polite staff. Pool is a big advantage in Permet area. Haven't use the restaurant. Breakfast: no choice but good quality ingredients. OK for a night stay.

We stayed here after visiting the Bënjë Thermal Baths and Lengarica Canyon and we can totally recommend both the rooms and the restaurant. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean (even with air conditioning). Both the dinner and the included breakfast were delicious. The host is very committed, service-oriented and super friendly.

It is a great place to stay! Don't miss it.

Very modern and clean. The interior was brand new and the bed very comfy. Good location, only a 5 min walk from the center. We had the bad luck to have very loud neighbours.
