Hotel&Restaurant Aroma

We weren’t rude, we were asking you why didn’t you tell us there was a party, and when we asked you when will the party be over u acted as u didn’t hear it, also not just us but every single person who was at the hotel was stressed and bothered by the music. The rooms were roughly good, there was no shampoo or soap to wash the hands. I didn’t say the food wasn’t good, in fact i didn’t even mention it. You know we came back because the first time we had a good experience, but this time we can’t even call it delighting. What we left on the fridge was only 1 bottle of orange juice, and one empty bag, and why? Because we were rushed by you saying it’s time to leave the room. Don’t bother to say that we aren’t welcome anymore, you already know we won’t come again. Also for the price we spoke on the phone and u gave us half the price by yourself… oh yeah and on the phone u talked about Albanian Lek, and when we came there you said it was in Euro? How come once Lek and then Euro? Decide on which one!
Dissatisfied and disappointed.
