The experience was overall ok although the room was way too hot and noisy at night. The bed was way too soft and it got me back pain the next morning. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is nice but there are no covers on the food to protect it and guests are not required to wear masks or gloves so during these times it feels a little strange. The TV’s have a Chromecast which makes the in room entertainment...

Beautiful Hotel, with the entrance right opposite of the Casino Bregenz. Went there to pay for the parking in their 🅿️arking lot and I've been treated exceptionally friendly and attentive☺. I absolutely loved the interior and architecture of the hotel. All employees are super friendly and very well organized. Keep it up! ☺ Definitely five stars 🌟 👌🏽.

Amazing hotel! But I was actually most impressed by the wonderful staff that I dealt with, Melanie and Matsie! They are two amazing women! Very kind, understand, gorgeous, patient, friendly, warm and super professional, all at once! The employees are always what makes the difference, and these two are definitely an asset for this hotel. An old hotel with perfect location if you wanna go to the "Bregenzer Festspiele" or the "Casino Bregenz". Nice breakfast.

Very good location, close to the lake. The room was modern and lively, as was the bathroom. The hotel has its own garage which you can use for a few euros a day, but sometimes there isn't much space. In addition, the hotel offers (e-bike) rental, also at a good price. Rich breakfast with lots of fresh fruit.

Service was outstanding we had Manuel who couldn't be more personable or knowledgeable. Food was so delicious!

Stayed at the hotel for two days. Nice hotel, relatively recently refurbished. The bathroom is well done. The breakfast was amazing, friendly service. Unfortunately the pool is no more. The entrance to the underground car park is really narrow and not easy with a big car. It's great that there are charging stations.

The room was pretty good, but the service at the restaurant and room cleaning was horrible. Not changed the towels even they were dirty and waiting to be served at the restaurant for minutes...

A nice high quality hotel a little away from the city centre but easily reachable by bus No. 4 e.g. from the Bregenz train station. Hotel has all the amenities and very friendly staff.

Netter Standort da nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet, nur leider kein Safe. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl an leckerem Essen.

Nice Hotel in the City Center. Breakfast: Price - quality good (for been in Austria) 12€ - all you can eat and drink. Rooms are simple but ok. Perfect for short trips. No Amenities (3€ extra if u need) which I find ok to not have because we never use it at the end...The Staff is nice. Negative: The Parking is expensive. And We were disappointed when in the second day, after the whole day skiing...

The hotel was small but nice, and in a good location. Very close to the cable car that goes up the mountain. Only annoying thing was that they wanted to charge us extra for having two adults in one king-bed room.

The location of the hotel is very central and only a few meters from the water. Due to the location, it was also very noisy from the neighboring bars. We could only sleep after the windows were closed. But this should be clear when booking. Room very large and spacious. There could have been more choices at breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Our stay at Gasthof Lamm was very nice. The service at the front desk and restaurant was good and the rooms are nice and clean. We stayed there in the summer time, so sadly it was a bit hot at night without air conditioning. The surrounding area is pretty and the walk to the town is beautiful if you go along the lake on the promenade. Can totally recommend this place!

Exceptionally clean, location spot on, Augustiner beer and food close, OBB Bodensee pass worked well from Bregenz Hafen bahnhoff.

The room I got was with window to road and very very small. Closed window didnt stop any sounds from road. The room was so small that heating made it very warm. But I could not open a window because of road's sound. I could not sleep all night. Reception is not working at night so you could not ask for room changing. P.S. Central location is not a reason not to have good quality windows to prevent...

The best stay we could imagine. At the very begining a very nice receptionist took care of us and explained everything what we needed. Very helpful staff. The rooms are cozy and very clean. We had also tasty and fresh breakfast. We loved the morning quiz and sudoku which you have on the tables. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect Location on Romantic Bodensee. You have to book the stylish spacious Double room with a private large balcony with a beautiful Bodensee view (4th floor). Room number D01 is perfect! What a wonderful sunset! And what an extraordinary toilet seat (from Hongkong)! Traditional, clean and cosy hotel in an ideal location within 5-10 minutes walk from the Pfanderbahn Mountain, Railway Station...

Very nice location and perfect, big breakfast are advantages of this hotel. Room gets max 3 stars and bathroom only 2 due to mold on the wall. This is not acceptable for this price.

All good simple youth hostel in walking distance to the Bodensee. We have a nice double bed room in the second building, with high ceilings and lots of space. It was practical and simple. Bathroom was good too. The main building has a nice lounge / bar area which is opened until 10pm. Breakfast buffet was also nice and offered plenty of options for everyone's taste. The staff wad very friendly...

Quite nice, large and bright rooms. Dinner was good, but atmosphere in the dining room could be a bit nicer. Had to wait a bit until rooms were ready. Would recommend.
