This hotel couldn’t be in a better spot right in front of the harbour but it needs updating. Our room smelt musty and no amount of ventilation seemed to change this. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful though the women on the front desk can be rather icy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool but there could be more seating and also more shade as it got very crowded

This is one of the best hotels in Lindau. Their restaurant offers a mesmerising view of the lake constance. The food is tasty as well. The staff is very friendly. Easily reachable. Mountain view. Major shops nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really well located in the city, which guided our choice. On the other hand, not at all up to the standard of a hotel of this category. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and far from having all the comfort. The bathrooms are small. The bedding is ok. On the wellness side, a part was not open because it was under repair or malfunctioning but it would be nice to specify it at the reservation...

Great old hotel with outstanding service. The location is directly opposite the main train station so super convenient with your luggage. Check in staff are great and see you off to your room quickly and efficiently. Dining room for breakfast is stunning looking out to the lighthouse and lion. Beware it will get full early so be prepared to wait if you arrive a little towards the end of the service

Pretty, old hotel with character located next to the Bodensee. While the rooms are okay, they are out of date. The restaurant is mediocre. And unfortunately, the weirdest part of the hotel is that the sauna is only open between 14.00 and 19.00. While it can be accessed by special request before 14.00 it cannot be used after 19.00. Lovely place to stay. Great choice of wellness treatments. My husband and I enjoyed that we could access the wellness area using an assigned lift. Hotel Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

Great place at the lake. Old Hotel very expensive for what is offered. Best is the renovated swimmingpool and wellness. A single bedroom is really very very small room 441 for example. Nice Staff.

Lovely hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, informative and welcoming. Great breakfast with a wonderful selection. Food was constantly being replenished. Couldn’t get the room cool enough, even with “A/C”, for how thick the comforter was. I wish there was a sheet on the bed. Visited Hotel "Reutemann-Seegarten" today, after lunch for a coffee☕. Not the most professional and attentive staff, to be honest. We asked twice to get the Menu card, after finally receiving it, we've been totally forgotten. There's been certainly enough staff outside to handle all guests requirements, but somehow it seemed a bit unorganized.

A beautiful hotel centrally located and waterfront (Lake Constance) in Lindau. Very comfortable room in a quiet part of town. The staff provided helpful advice in parking our car in P5 parking at a much more affordable price than the park garage nearby. Breakfast included eggs prepared as you liked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Average quality rooms (mine, located in the top floor, was very large but with low ceiling, especially in the bathroom where I could not stretch out my arms, and I am not even tall). Best restaurant on the Lindau island. Very delicious German food. Service tends to be a little bit slow. Always reserve a table before you visit. Space is quite limited. Table reservation is only granted for 15min. Still worth a visit!

Quite mixed impression. Location of hotel is excellent and service quite professional. However lack of air conditioning is not acceptable especially in relation to price. I also cannot agree it is friendly for children. There is nothing that could be recognized as children friendly, maybe only the staff.
