We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel couldn’t be in a better spot right in front of the harbour but it needs updating. Our room smelt musty and no amount of ventilation seemed to change this. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful though the women on the front desk can be rather icy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool but there could be more seating and also more shade as it got very crowded

This is one of the best hotels in Lindau. Their restaurant offers a mesmerising view of the lake constance. The food is tasty as well. The staff is very friendly. Easily reachable. Mountain view. Major shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Visited Hotel "Reutemann-Seegarten" today, after lunch for a coffee☕. Not the most professional and attentive staff, to be honest. We asked twice to get the Menu card, after finally receiving it, we've been totally forgotten. There's been certainly enough staff outside to handle all guests requirements, but somehow it seemed a bit unorganized.

A beautiful hotel centrally located and waterfront (Lake Constance) in Lindau. We had a room facing the lake and it was a bit noisey at time as our room was right above the cafe, but the view from our room was spectacular. I loved our stay at the hotel. The customer service since booking until checkout was absolutely superb. They accommodated all of our request without any problem. Thank you our staying and relaxing time was formidable.

We arrived late in the evening for our stay at the hotel, we had previously arranged with reception to pick up our room keycard from a machine outside the hotel as the entrance is not staffed 24 hours. The reception was welcoming. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the shower and the toilet. But the bedroom was too hot. the view isn’t the best. The rooms were carpeted red with centre walls giving it a slightly old fashioned feel. Location was great but unfortunately some individuals drink in front of train station and can be very noisy. Interrupted sleep due to loud talking and even singing in early morning hours.

Great location, great staff, fabulous breakfast! All in a beautiful town. Our room was facing the harbor, so beautiful views. Comfortable bed, nice sized room for a short stay. Large bathroom. A great place to relax. Great selection of wellness treatments. My husband and I liked that we could get to the wellness center by a special elevator. Guests are provided with robes and slippers.

The only downside is the train railway in the immediate proximity and the noise of every 15 min passing trains. The hotel is located in a few minutes walking distance from lake Constance (Bodensee). We had a fantastic time here! The hotel is positioned very near the island of Lindau, so it was a beautiful ten-minute walk every morning. Great location. Nice location. We didn’t need a car, because it’s only ten minutes walk from train station and ten minutes walk to old town, just across the bridge. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed.

Highly recommended The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for getting to the island. The only thing that could be improved is the dining room's furnishings (but that's a matter of taste). The available parking spaces (including charging stations for electric cars) are also a plus.

The breakfast room is missing a bit of interior to make it a bit more comfortable. Quite mixed impression. Location of hotel is excellent and service quite professional. However lack of air conditioning is not acceptable especially in relation to price. I also cannot agree it is friendly for children. There is nothing that could be recognized as children friendly, maybe only the staff.

I stayed here twice and twice was not disappointed. Breakfast is OK, water pressure good, Internet tolerable, and the beds were comfy. And it's in a great part ot town. So, what's not to like? Nothing, really. The rooms are a little dated, but that adds to the charme, and sometimes it's a little noisy from outside, but never in a volume I minded. So, yeah, good place to go.

For an apartment type room, it is well stocked for 2 people. The kitchen could use something to actually cook on. Missing bowls. Breakfast is just ok. Of the 2 staff I had contact with, only one spoke English. All that said, it is a great location and quiet.

Great travel/on the go hotel. Quick. friendly check-in and food and drinks served till late with option to purchase sandwiches and snacks 24 hrs. Stayed here for 2 nights. Accommodation in the hotel has been renovated and is very modern and well appointed. The best we had in the 10 day period we spent cycling around the lake. Breakfasts were Ok. Dinners weren't restaurant quality but good enough value.

We had dinner here on our way through town. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful! Our server was Julia. She spoke plety of English and was just adorable. They have free parking. Plenty of seating inside and outside. And it's just a short walk down to the shore of the Bodensee.

Excellent new take on the hostel concept. En suite room with 4 single beds and with minimal reception or lobby, urban location was perfect for exploring the island, parking opposite, perfect for families or youth on the move between places.
