Staff more than helpful. Location to football grounds very close. Breakfast was plentiful and range of food excellent. Room was standard with pool view and glimpse of River.

Arrived for a business meeting and convenor was running late. Went to the bistro and ordered a hot Latte. Great service from Ash who was extremely friendly and efficient. Great area for a lunch or a drink

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. The room was beautiful and the location was excellent. especially for staying for the footy. Public transportation is easily accessible and also close by

Food was delicious and plentiful, service was brilliant and exceptionally friendly. Jonathan was our server and ensured we had a great experience from start to finish, he was so friendly and attentive

Hotel itself is well located, close to everything yet very peaceful surroundings. Beds are very comfortable and the showers are fantastic! Great water pressure that makes a huge difference

The buffet breakfast was excellent as well and we could each eat on our own time. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Adelaide

Was expecting a long line up for checkout as a result but reception was empty so idea what was going on with the lifts. Check in had a long line up too at 1430 on a Saturday but least they got through us all quickly

Very good location accessible to almost everything , tram , taxi , bus and railway . Near from the ever busy Rundle Mall and many tourist attractions .

Facilities were a bit dated but fine and clean. Was an issue with the lifts in the morning and was taking a long time to service floors, ended having to use the stairs

I loved my stay at the Stamford. The lady on the desk AJ was friendly and helpful and helped me with an upgrade. Thr coffee wax great to.

Great location , right opposite the ****** and railway station Also a few steps from Rundle mall Have stayed many times in here! Love it

However, the highlight was discovering the on-site tennis court—a great feature that added a fun and unique touch to the stay! Overall, it’s a solid choice for a visit to Adelaide, and I’d happily stay again, especially if the rooms get a little modern update in the future

Best location for going to central market, Rundle mall or Chinatown. Lots of food around and right next to the tram station. Beautiful stay and my family loves the breakfast.

Room was pretty basic for 5 star. No need of big study desk for family in room, better would be having couch/sofa. Pool was nice but couldn't find any changing room

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay

The rooms, while clean and comfortable, felt a little dated and could use a refresh to match the Hilton standard

Very grateful got free upgrade to King Hilton Deluxe, but the shower and air-conditioning wasn’t good enough.

I ordered room service 2 nights and the food was amazing! The location of the hotel was fantastic, as I could walk around the city quite conveniently and there were so many food options in close walking distance

Indoor Pool, Sauna, Steam room, Spa and gym. Restaurant looks lovely and the menu looks good. Lunch room service was excellent and fast. Which is why I gave the room 1 star

From the time the Uber dropped me off, till the next day when the service driver pick me up, the customer service at this resort was outstanding! The restaurant had great food options, and I enjoy the drinks as well

Situated in the heart of Adelaide, it was just a stone's throw away from all the city's main attractions, including Rundle Mall, the Adelaide Botanic Garden, and the Adelaide Oval

The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out to me was the hotel's location

Was good decent size room only thing I can pick on is their happy to charge extra for kids but the don’t even bother supplying extra towels or cups or anything.

Downside was the room we had as was very noisy with the music over the weekend, especially on Saturday and was next door to the service or staff maintenance room and was very noisy with staff being in and out fir supplies

Great customer service at the desk, in the restaurant, and even by the cleaners. I would definitely come back again!

The location was fantastic, overlooking the sea. Bed was comfy with good service

We stayed for two nights and upgraded our stay by paying extra. Had a relaxing stay, we wanted to extend our stay but hotel staff didn’t really helped us to offer a good deal

Our pre-booked and paid for car to airport did not arrive…. I was close to tears and stressed. I had my elderly parents with me and time was not on our side …especially being New Years Eve…

The room and hotel were very clean, the breakfast was really tasty and very good value. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you once again and I wish you all a happy 2023

Jayne at Breakfast deserves a medal. She was calm, efficient and worked so hard. The gentleman on reception (name began with S) on New Years Eve was an absolute star

But he was calm, efficient and ordered us an Uber to get us to the airport. (I am so sorry that in my panicked mode, I didn’t get your name)

Check in was easy and smooth but we had a hard time using our key cards(not the usual smart tap card). Thought it was faulty so had to call the reception

We stayed at the Rydges while we exhibited at the 4WD Adventure Show and it was the perfect location! We didn't need to catch a taxi anywhere all weekend as it's in such a convenient spot and only a 10 minute walk from the showgrounds

Comfy king bed, fabulous pool, gastronomical delight in the Skyline Restaurant

Great spot, amazing service and really good food from the 6th floor restaurant. Bathrooms are a little dated but beds and pillows were fantastic and our room had a lovely view over the park. Highly recommend.

I loved how generous their compliments are, including the fridge with merchandise that would be essential in the middle of the night or so! It was also fairly priced and we loved our spa and pool sessions

Love this place. Staff are fantastic, nothing is too much for them. Rooms are clean and spacious ( the ones I have been in). The breakfast set up is good and the room service is very good. I love staying there.

Great location for an event at the showgrounds, and I really appreciated the option to opt out of housekeeping for a $10 food & bev credit! Reception always very kind and helpful :) Thanks for a great weekend!

It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV

The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again

Rooms are amazing clean and have a lot of space, all the staff there were really nice and you could easily have a friendly chat with them, the location was superb and you could go to the mall, shops and great restaurants in walking distance and you could go to the art gallery which was also in walking distance

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed

Must try the natural oysters with limoncello! Amazing! So is the snow crab fettuccine. Great gym, sauna, spa & pool. Shame pool isn't heated. Good buffet breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

We stayed in a loft room which was split over two levels which was really nice. Great jacuzzi bath. Decent gym and pool.

Clean and well designed rooms. We also spent New Year’s Eve in the Luma Restaurant for their private event. The food was absolutely delicious and the wait staff were very attentive and never left us with an empty drink!

Waiting staff are charming and relatable, they make you feel right at home, make great drink recommendations and provide great service. Make sure you try the duck tart, the roast butter pumpkin, and the chicken

Brilliant place to stay! We've only had a night here but the service has been amazing!! Room is really lovely, bed super comfortable and the toiletries smell amazing!!

We only had a "studio" room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras

Accessible to many shops and food within walking distance. Booked at last minute too and also with amazing price point also when comparing to other stay places. Modernness was appealing too and not rundown at all

While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights

so far so good as I am travelling here with daughter to settle her education matters therefore out to do chores almost whole day, no time to explore the facilities in this hotel

This is a great service apartment. The front desk is friendly and they catered for my needs. Quite clean and the room I stayed was quite quiet as well.

Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own)

The on-site cafe closed the week of my arrival, however, located less than 100 metres away is Coffee Institute - serving good food and possibly Australia's best coffee. The service from the reception team was also great

The Watson is located in Walkerville, which is a short 10 minute drive to the centre of the city, however the location benefits from a small shopping centre and is in a quiet area within a mainly residential setting

the rooms are starting to show their age with some chips in the furniture and a good clean of behind tv's, balconies etc needed as a fair bit of dust was floating around

Our luggage was moved and waiting for us in our room by time we arrived back later in the day with minimal disruption. WiFi wasn't reliable however, this would not be a deterrence from staying at these apartments again

Very attentive and nothing is a problem. Hotel bed comfy and room clean. Lots of extras like free minibar and bath bombs etc, just the type of thing you don’t get in larger chain hotels even though price comparable

I let them know that it was my birthday and they also included a card and a surprise in the mini bar. The bed was really comfortable and considering our rooms location - it was surprisingly quiet

The rooms are stunning, customer service was excellent and the small touches with the complimentary mini bar, fruit plate and bottles of water just made the trip extra special

A lovely peaceful spot to stay just outside the city. King size bed was very comfortable. The Aircon and shower were great. The toiletries were good quality staff very friendly and accommodating

Booked two rooms for Gather Round of the footy. Perfect and affordable accomodation (when everything else was booked or super expensive)

It little bit noisy for our room since it was close to the main road (on the double storey building). Room service just gave you new towel and throw away the bin. The pool was a bonus and they are clean

There is a massive crack in the foot[ath where we stayed hwich went up to the car park and had lifted part of the concrete, not ideal for a vision impaired person to manipulate, and there were aware I had vision issues amd mobility issues

We had a comfortable stay. The room was okay but the bed was great and the shower excellent. The towels were excellent too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, short walk to plenty of places to eat.

Also the floor of the room was not completely flat, there was like a small hill across the middle of the room. can't fault anything else :)

The pool was huge, clean and kids loved it. The service was fantastic, very accommodating, and showers were so hot and had pressure it was amazing

We tried calling the hotel to make our reservation for 3 days, before finally giving in and driving to the place to do it personally. Room was comfortabe enough, but the colour scheme left a lot to be desired

Nice and clean with fun retro decor in the lobby. Bed could have been more comfortable and I didn't like the crinkly pillows. It felt like they were filled with some sort of plastic

Reasonably close to the tram line for ease of access to Glenelg and the Entertainment Center. Only downside was the elevator which is old loud and mildly terrifying

Bathroom was fine but who thought it would be a good idea to put the toilet in front of the mirror? Not good for a bloke when you are standing there, believe me!

The Chifley on South Terrace is an older building however everything was clean comfortable and functional. Good airconditioning in each room

Can’t fault The Rockford! This five-storey hotel is on the vibrant Hindley Street strip, close to all public transport stops and key venues like the Adelaide Convention Centre, Casino, Adelaide Oval, Royal Adelaide Hospital, and Festival Centre

The rooms are decently sized and feel modern, with comfortable pillows, renovated bathrooms and air conditioning. I also recommend checking out the views from the rooftop pool area

Great hotel, close to restaurants and cafes. Roof top pool is a added bonus and can use the gym/pool and the nearby uni

Room was modern with its own aircon so could adjust to your liking. The fact that there was nothing in the mini bar did not phase us at all because there was a convenience store across the road

Gr8 staff..really helpful, Himanshu helped us check in early too which was a blessing in disguise. Convenient as its a central location. Totally recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Parking and shopping are particularly convenient. The scenery near the lake is unparalleled. The service attitude at the front desk is good

All coz we asked for a swimming towel for the pool. This lady has no people skills and should not be on reception desk. This actually ruined our stay

Had an enjoyable time, room was spotless and tidy, thanks to the cleaning staff, as my wife had left her wedding ring on the bedside table, and on returning, the cleaning staff had put it in a safe spot and returned.

I love the indoor pool and spa but need more time to stay specially when an event finish a bit late and need time to relax in there
