Peppers Waymouth Hotel in Adelaide

We are Accor Gold plus members and always stay in Accor properties.
We stayed at Peppers for our 2nd Anniversary.
We were very surprised at the bottle of sparkling wine and lovely note. Thank you!!! ❤️
We live locally and love staying away from home in our city often.
The facility is amazing, the room appointments are top notch and the hotel staff are truly wonderful.
We.enjoyed dinner at Tutto...another wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and the fare was scrumptious! ❤️❤️

It is our wedding anniversary and my wife and I couldn’t be more happier with the stay and the quality of service we received.
Stayed here for 3 nights and the room were very clean and the staff were all nice.
Special mention to Rodel and Ivan from housekeeping, Lucy at the guest services and Ian from Tutto Restaurant. Went over and beyond. Kudos to them.
The place is situated at the centre of the city as well.

I recently stayed at Peppers Waymouth Adelaide, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Adelaide’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping precincts.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you’d expect from a premium hotel. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the design and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a very relaxing stay.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Special mention to the concierge team for their helpful local recommendations.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight—the on-site restaurant offers a fantastic menu with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with options to suit all tastes.

I had a great stay at Peppers Waymouth Adelaide. The room was comfortable and clean making it easy to relax during my visit. The only issue was in the middle of night one of the cabinets just fell off the wall.
The standout, however, was the service. Madisson was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly approach made the experience even better.

Overall, a very good stay

Upon arrival I was checked in promptly and given an room upgrade on the top floor. Front Desk staff were very helpful over the 4 night stay. The room was spacious clean, quiet and modern with a beautiful fitout. The accommodation was 1 bedroom, large bathroom with separate bath, lounge and dining area.
I ordered room service 2 nights and the food was amazing!
The location of the hotel was fantastic, as I could walk around the city quite conveniently and there were so many food options in close walking distance.

My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room.

Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient.

Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

Booked two room separated for two nights, hotel can not provide the same room to stay, and on the second day, need to check out an check in again, many troubles, and the second day I need to wait until late I can go into the new room, I didn't meet such kind of this in other hotel, other hotel would provide the same room or a quick change rather than you wait for the whole noon for extra multiple hours

Clean and great amenities

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.
