The hotel is in a great location and the service is excellent!

Stayed here a few times because it's low cost accommodation and right in the city where everything is a few feet away. Cosy average rooms and would stay here again. Had no issues.

It was a pleasant experience, staying with a small kids. We were a small group of people of three families from Melbourne and we book the rooms with one queen and one single bed and the room was so clean and cozy kids enjoyed the stay with peaceful sleep. The properties a bit rundown, but well maintained, at lobby they have everything like coffee machine, microwave and a big sitting area with drink dispenser. The receptionist Gee welcomed us v warmly and it was a smooth check in process even though we were a lil bit late. They have a public parking at Wilson which is Less than a min walk for 27 dollars for 24hrs with unlimited entry and exits. The receptionist Heather helped us with smooth check out. It was overall pleasant stay.

absolutely disgusting room! Smelt like cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking room, bedding smelt of cigarettes as well. towels were already dirty/stained, uncleaned dishers, bed head was just hanging off the wall. The photo of the rooms online is not what you get at all.

My 7-guest arrived very early from Indonesia, but the hotel permitted us to store all their luggage before checking in.
There are friendly staff members, clean and comfortable rooms, pantry completed with coffee machine and microwave in the lobby, and a reasonable price compared to other accomodations in the area.
Guests are satisfied with the hotel's location in the precinct and the variety of halal foods available.
Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.
