Neat, clean and modern room. Walking distance to city centre.

This is the last stop that we are on the way home Melbourne. We had a great enjoyment of staying in the motel which has convenience of everything we needed. Thank you Kaye!

Our room had very soft mattresses, and was quite dated, but generally had extra space, a pool outside and a hot tub. It had a small fridge and some crockery and cutlery. It was comfortable enough for 1 night. It certainly was not an 8.8 rating. I might give it a 7.8-8 Staff had left for dinner when we arrived. There was a big home # to call and they came back to give us our key. They were helpful...

Pool needs cleaning The hotel is fine, however the pool was really dirty. I was looking forward to a swim at the end of a hot day and could not get in when I saw how dirty it was

If you overlook the detail the accommodation was reasonably priced, was clean, water was hot, and AC worked and the location was quiet but still provided quick access to the Hume Highway. It had more good things than picky negative things. It also has access to the "Bullring" an excellent (excellent) restaurant for the evening meal and access to a great breakfast in all you couldn't go wrong choosing...

The stay yet again was extremely satisfying the owners make us feel so welcomed and its great to catch up with them every visit totally recommend anyone to stay at crystal fountain it most definitely is our highlight place to stay in Albany

Never saw any staff at reception coming or leaving. Room was clean and a reasonable size room.

The grounds look excellent, but I was too rushed to enjoy, the room was smallish, but big enough for a quick visitor. The bed was comfortable, and the water hot. Ok for me.

One of our favorite places to stay in Albury. Clean sheets and towels, ample hot water and spacious.

Loud. Rooms not soundproof - could hear rooms beside talking, television all night. Tap dripped - had to turn off with a towel to get it tight enough to limit dripping.

This motel is well located just a couple of minutes off the freeway. Motel is quite old and the rooms are worned off, so, do not be surprised with a rather soft mattress that dip in the middle. Room is clean and spacious with all the essentials.

This is an older style motel. The AC in our room didn't work; a shelf was broken; water stain on ceiling BUT we were given a new room; the rooms are clean and quaint; motel is quiet; close to amenities; quite comfortable. Would we stay here again? Definately, it is good value and staff went out of their way to help.

Staff were wonderful - attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was very tired and dated. Some furniture items like couch and bed should be replaced. The air-conditioner probably requires a clean/maintenance overhaual. The keen budget price matched the overall standard.

My stays have been quiet and peaceful. Rooms are large with good space for your luggage and plenty of bench area. Great beds. Right on the parkland, Murray River and sports oval in the middle of town it's walkable distance to main street. I would like to give them 5 stars but the pool isn't available at this time.

Phone booking made the day before, no confirmation sent even though I asked for it. When we arrived, they were fully booked and couldn't find my name, it had been written down very incorrectly. However, issue solved by the lovely receptionist. Room was lovely and clean and spacious, good shower and great air conditioning. However, continental breakfast was advertised and not available, advertised...

Good value for money. Old but freshly painted and clean. Has everything you need. $117 a night and 3 days before Christmas. Bargain! The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

Very nice basic motel with clean, large rooms and everything in working order. Plumbing from the other rooms were a bit noisy but otherwise really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here many times over the years on our way to and from Melbourne from Sydney. It’s just off the Hume, on the first main road. Close to the centre of town, also a fantastic pizza parlour a short walk away. Clean rooms, and always reliable. Easy check in and out.

Clean, spacious, comfy bed, well provisioned, quiet, plenty of parking for our car & camper & helpful Manager. Fun, popular pub nearby for a good meal. Perfect for an overnight stay.

A decent 2-3 star hotel which was fine for a night. We stayed here for one night on the way up to Central NSW. We booked two rooms. Service nice and efficient, room fine - comfy bed, plenty of supplies, including motel biscuits and spare loo paper. The rooms had 2 entrances - one goes out to a hallway and the other to the carpark. Both had chains on the doors, and both locked securely. Parking...

Very Clean Room and friendly staff. Quiet area but close to everything

Don't let price fool you. I travel a lot for work and for the price this is an excellent choice. Clean rooms, good air-con. Last time i stayed for 10 nights doing 12 hour nights and had no problem getting sleep. This is second time staying and same experience
