Mantra Midtown in Brisbane

Stayed Thursday to Sunday. 2 adults and 1 x 16 yr old. We chose this place as it had the best value by location. We had a 2 bdr 2 bathroom apartment on the 28th Floor above the pool and facing the pool of the Westin hotel. Accomdation was very quiet which was nice. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room and two small bedrooms. The Master had an ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and in order. Only negatives were ensuite small and tight, couch in living worn and needs replacing, hot water delayed getting to level 28, reception unmanned on arrival after midniggt and the after hrs mobile not provided in advance and no internext last 2 days. Overall the place was compact, everything just fits in. Being in the city this is really good value. I would stay again given the location and competitive pricing.

The location of Mantra Midtown Brisbane is great - central to everything, no need for a car. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Service at reception is excellent and is also 24 hours.

Mattress protector yellow stains.
Pillows, pliiow cases, sheets & doona stunk of unwashed humans. Carpet stains everywhere.
Location great. Cheap parking. Friendly service at desk.

Overall good experience, good sleep quality. This is a no nonsense stay but the apartment/room is spacious, the price is competitive and everything is clean and working. Only downside is/was the actual rooms do not resemble the pictures on the website/booking page at all - the website displays bright and white decorated rooms. The apartment I stayed in was a bit dark and gloomy, with dark green and brown decoration rather then white/red and black as on the pictures... With limited natural light coming in, it all feels a bit dark.

Stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very happy with the size, cleanliness and outlook. Disappointed there was no coffee machine in the room and the sofa only sits 2, so a problem if more than 2 guests. the sofa is also VERY low.
Location is great in terms of shopping and proximity to the river. Reception team helpful and friendly.

Stayed at Mantra Midtown for the weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, tidy, and super comfortable — exactly what you want for a short city stay.

Special shout out to Dean at check-in, who made everything easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just lovely to deal with.

The cherry on top? We even got a surprise room upgrade — such an awesome and unexpected treat!

Concierge was professional, checking in and out was seamless. The building itself was clean, well-kept and it's evident that money is being spent. New carpets in the room and a few lovely little touches that felt very personal. No noisy neighbours, which by looks attracted the more business type individuals, professional guests. Bed was very comfy. At night the city skyline view from the apartment was great! The pool was clean, and the areas were tidy. We also saw staff doing their cleaning rounds at various locations. No space was crowded and were lucky to bump into another guest using the amenities. We were the only people using the pool, which was heated. Charlotte Streets' location itself is truly unmatched, on your doorstep there are restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and convenient store. Should you venture further you are only 1 or 2 minute’s walk from Queen Street, but chances are you'll be distracted from all the other restaurants and shops on route. Botanical Gardens, Queens Wharf, South Bank and Story Bridge is an enjoyable walk away. Being central to everything is just brilliant. The city doesn't switch off and is a real pleasure to experience. Thank you to Mantra Midtown.

Perfectly clean, perfect layout, super comfy bed and excellent Pillows, excellent washer and dryer and dishwasher, lovely balcony, large wardrobe space, lots of storage space, perfect location so close to everything, very friendly and helpful staff, requested a late checkout which was granted. The shower pressure is not terrific but that is the only constructive comment to make. Fantastic stay
