Beach Hotel Resort in Byron Bay

its an older hotel but the location and easy of parking really helps mkae it a choice destination. not the cheapest and 5 star but location location location

Big and well equipped rooms with a very helpful team and great facilities bang in the middle of all the action in Byron Bay. There is a calm Asian feel to this place. I really enjoyed my stay. Full marks.

The property is such a delight! It has a beautifully landscaped pool and is located right on the seafront. It is also in the midst of the shops and restaurants in the vicinity. We have enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is located right on the seaside. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. It is recommended for vacation.

I am very grateful to Ranran for this stay. She is an Asian girl. I don't know if she can speak Chinese. Her English has a bit of a British accent.
The hotel first gave us room 513, but it was very noisy. I couldn't sleep well at night. Then they gave us a room card for room 520 and asked us to listen to see if there was any noise. It turned out that there was noise too, so they finally changed us to another room. There was no noise in the room, and Ranran was the one who solved the problem for us throughout the process. We also met her once outside the hotel, when we happened to be lost, and she told us how to get back to the hotel. Thank you very much to her! When I finally checked out, her queue was extremely long, but I still stood in line, wanting to say thank you to her one last time!

The front desk service was very enthusiastic and helped us guide the location of the room and surrounding service facilities. It seems that half of this street is owned by him. The hotel, restaurant, bar, and liquor store all seem to be integrated, and we can get 10% of the consumption. Discount, but the only drawback is that the hotel is older and the rooms are a bit dated.

Amazing place to stay. Jane and team are super friendly and accommodating - nothing is a hassle. Rooms are nice and clean. The pool and spa is great even in winter as they are heated. Great location opposite beach and near restaurants. The only thing that could possibly make it better is if they offered a breakfast like they did many years ago but otherwise superb.

After a bad experience elsewhere we called to make a booking. Bonnie was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms and pool area where clean but mostly it was the above and beyond attitude of the lovely Bonnie that I give them 5 stars, we will definately be back.
