Amazing! Took my partner here for a surprise birthday getaway. We got upgraded and complimentary wine in room. Couldn’t recommend this place more. We enjoyed such a nice relaxing holiday. We’ll be back :)

We always have so much fun on the bikes at the Crystalbrook resorts, Byron was no exception! Wonderfully maintained hotel, loved the tennis court and it was only a short walk to the beach. Suites were very spacious and set in the rainforest - lovely surroundings. Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the secluded position of our suite and the atmosphere amongst the rainforest. However the service was, perhaps a little lacking/inexperienced/slow. On one occasion after the room service, there were no hand towels or bath mat, so we just used the extra towel, which is fine but not ideal. The coffee I ordered in a take-away cup was half full. The front desk was very welcoming and took the initiative to help us move our luggage. We also let us enjoy our vacation. The hotel is quiet in a busy area, close to the bus station and supermarket, and the beach is also very beautiful

There is no 24-hour front desk, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this price The hotel is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, which is very uncomfortable The interior of the hotel is very nice, with a sea breeze style

Really cute hotel, 10 minute walk from the beach but right amongst lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Decor was lovely and my room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and you can order food and drinks to your sun-lounger! Check out is midday.

Light and spacious and fantastic location close to beach and village.

Staff were very helpful on arrival. Made you feel welcome. Provided a map and indicated the best eating establishments. Direct access to beach via back gate.

We arrived in Byron Bay with no hotel booking, reception was more than helpful and got us booked in hassle free on the spot and straight into our room, the pool was so refreshing and just a short walk to town and the beach. We would 100% recommend the Wollongbar Motel to anyone 🙂

We absolutely love this place!! It is very cheap and very cheerful. Straight out the back gate to the beach, an easy walk into town and the staff will do anything they possibly can to make your stay wonderful. This is our 3rd stay and we highly recommend.

The Wollongbar Motel is very well located on Shirley Street, with rear gate access to Belongil Beach and just a few minutes walk into the town centre with the cafes, restaurants, pubs, bakery, grocery stores and Main Beach. We stayed for two nights in a very clean and comfortable room. The staff were helpful and very welcoming, which all made for a pleasant two night family stay in Byron Bay.

Very nice motel. Beds were very comfortable, and it was so convenient being a 5 minute walk from the main shops in the heart of Byron. Andy, Laura and Tanya provided exceptional service, and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. They truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this motel

THis place is knockout.. Stylish apartment style living.. Great kitchen and secure parking under the building. And they say position is everything... Well it doesn't get any better.. Walk to whichever cuisine type is your fave. And the staff cannot do enough for you... If there were six stars I'd rate it at six!

Stayed this weekend. Fantastic location right in the heart of Byron Bay and really close to the beach. Our two bedroom apartment was like staying in a well appointed house. This place is great for families and there are many restaurants very close. Kids enjoyed the pool and free Wi-Fi. After hours arrival worked well. We will be back !!!

Absolutely beautiful! By far the best place I have stayed at in Byron. Modern, clean and spacious. Great value for money. Highly recommended to anyone looking to explore byron.

Liked my stay very much. Location is right in the city center. Rooms are very comfortable and showers are great (nice waterfall shower). Furthermore the staff is friendly and easy going. I would recommend this place and I would definitely recommend visiting Byron Bay.

Stayed here a number of times now. Good central location makes an easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking on site. Spacious apartment with nice decor. Stayed during Bluesfest and while Byron generally crowded rooms were very quiet.

What a great place to stay. Clean, quiet and very sophisticated apartments. And if you really want to relax then get yourself down stairs for a massage...it is so worth it! Highly recommend it!!

Room was great. Plenty of room for six people to sleep. Right in the middle of town so the location was fantastic. Well facilitated with TV, air conditioning, a stove, oven and fridge. You are sleeping in close proximity to other holiday-goers so you will hear them come in/out of their apartments. Appartment was rather scruffy for the price but the location was solid.

Excellence accommodation, stayed 4 nights, 4 level apartment, with 4 single beds and one Queen bed. Great air conditioning, cooking equipment and facilities.

A group and I stayed for Splendour in the Grass 2015 and could not have asked for better accommodation. The location is perfect and is walking distance to the main strip and supermarket. Not to mention some stellar Byron Burgers & the bus too and from the North Byron Parklands for the festival. The facilities were beautiful, clean, modern and very spacious. We did not hear a peep from our neighbours...

We were over whelmed with our stay at the butter factory the rooms were beautiful and we found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Such an easy walk and so close to everything great BBQ area for drinks and a nice afternoon BBQ. We were blown away by our 3 story beach apartment and didnt expect it to be as beautiful as it was. No doubt we will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful Property...

Love this place. We are staying here again this July for the 3rd year in a row. The apartments feel like your house sitting not renting. They are beautifully furnished with books, artwork and small touches you don't expect from a holiday apartment. Just driving in through the two remote doors into the bottom of your apartment makes you feel special. We love it.

Amazing accommodation and friendly helpful staff. Our family has been to Byron Bay a number of times and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. Beautiful apartments, well maintained, competitive pricing and in an excellent location. We can't wait to visit again! We did consider moving in and not leaving on our last visit last month we loved it that much....

Love the location ... stay here often and the staff are very nice and helpful. Some rooms could be modernized but being a serviced apartment I guess in time the owners of each lot will upgrade. : ) Eric Sydney

Such a great experience. Paul was very accommodating and friendly. Close to the beach, shops and food. Chill out at the sauna too. It was so calming and felt so refreshed and revived after. Woke up to a great sleep. Also free healthy breakfast too, who doesn't love that. We enjoyed our lovely little break here and would definitely recommend staying here again 😀

Nice little spot. Modern. Garden/pool is great for lounging and easy walking to town. Good parking. No facilities to cook or heat up and the walls/doors are quite thin. The breakfast is also quite minimal and not replenished so go early. Another review said overpriced hostel and I think that is accurate.

The location is perfect, quite, intimate and easily accessible/close to everything. The room was clean, plenty of amenities and even a cute puppy to say hello! Secluded and secure outdoor setting and privacy inside.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect: in a quiet area, yet very close to the beach and shops. The room was clean, had all the essentials and a nice terrace as a bonus. Dan was very helpful (thanks for the ice!) and welcoming & he recommended a lot of cool non-touristy spots to visit. All in all, great b&b!

Clean, comfy bed, loved the outdoor daybeds, 5 min walk to the bus stop and Suffolk Bakery. Bikes were perfect to ride into town. Nice and tranquil with so much wildlife. The host was very friendly and left us to it. Can't wait to stay again :)

The Terraces is an amazing apartment located right next to the beach! The apartment itself is quite narrow, however our terrace had three stories and the rooms were comfortably sized. I couldn't be more happy with The Terraces!

We check in late but process is easy to follow. They are having renovation but not affecting much though. The room we are staying the cooking hood isn’t working so it created a lot of smoke and cause the alarm to trigger that’s when we couldn’t find any help in the night. But luckily it went off without any water sprinkle. Probably something to improve on. Floor is abit sticky when we checked in.

Location location first stay at Byron Bay an this place was a perfect place to stay. I stayed here with a deluxe suite has a loft upstairs has air conditioning only upstairs. Has the basic amenities but we're were only there to sleep overall check-in was easy, nice friendly staff pool was nice and clean an parking is perfect always a lot of spaces. If we ever come back will be staying here.

Stunning motel with great service, clean and spacious rooms, and good amenities (e.g. surf boards, electric bikes). The decor is beautiful throughout and the staff went above and beyond during our stay here. We loved every minute.

Awesome place! Booked this place for a long weekend for a birthday getaway for my partner. It exceeded my expectations! Decor is awesome, so relaxing, high end products supplies from toilet paper to shampoo, conditioner etc. Not far from town so easy to get everywhere. Staff are so friendly and accomodating. Pool is awesome and relaxing, has a Balinese feel. Was surprised how nice this place was for...

We are from the state's. Touring the coast from Sydney to Brisbane. Stopped in Byron to stay a night and found this place and for just one night. Graham and Debra are great people and fun to visit with. They are also very helpful on things to do and places to see. We have not experienced this type of people at any motel we have stayed at in the week we have been in country and would definately...

Could not recommend enough. Me and my sister had an apartment for 3 nights. Owners couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. The apartment was lovely and very clean. Would 100% book again :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are within a larger building that has a cafe, hair salon, beautician and massage therapist. Great location where you can walk to anywhere in town.

Very nice rooms and incredibly spacious areas, but the design is rather old-looking and some of the rooms don't have the all powerful Wi-Fi! Though all in all it's a great place to stay.

Our stay in aloha was wonderful. Highly recommend, it was exceptionally clean, beautiful and well styled. It was a short walk to town, with great amenities and really lovely owners. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The host, Fran was amazing. We stayed in the King Bed Suite. It was so relaxing and right across from the beach. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Best little motel I stayed so far in Australia while traveling Pacific Highway up north. Comfy clean rooms equipped with everything u need. Quiet location just opposite beautiful beach. Manager and staff very nice and always helpful. TOP !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here for a work trip. Frances was ever so friendly and helpful with our check in. The bed was so comfortable and the place is immaculately clean and cosy. I highly recommend this motel and can’t wait to come back for a walk along the beach.

Most beautiful little motel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely perfect for a Mother Daughter weekend getaway. Right across the road from the beach and close to some great places to eat. The manager and staff were so lovely. We cannot wait to come again 😍😍
