Really cute hotel, 10 minute walk from the beach but right amongst lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Decor was lovely and my room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and you can order food and drinks to your sun-lounger! Check out is midday.

The location is excellent right in the centre of everything. There are nice restaurants close by. Convenient carpark at the basement of the hotel. The apartment is spacious & well decorated. Nice balcony with street view. Fully equipped kitchen & washing machine facilities. Hope we had stayed longer!

Great position with everything near by

Well myself and my partner love staying there yet as we allowed to bring our little pet. The place is very well located. The stuff are friendly and their rooms are clean. This is our second stay there. We didn’t very much like the room but we definitely will stay in an apartment like we did in the past.

Very close to the beach, it is a great place for free surfing.

Buetiful apartment, well equipped, close to everything. It have 2 bedrooms, a big living room with nice T.V. also a well equipped kitchen, washing and dryer. We loved it. Host were very nice and helpful, stayed 2 night's, definitely come again.

A perfect location for our 3 night stay in Byron Bay. Room was exactly what we needed. Location was 100%. Right in the middle of Byron. Apartment was roomy and had a great selection of utensiles. Bed was excellent and comfortable. Carpark provided was secure and easy to negotiate. The only thing to say against it was there was no lift and we had two floors of stairs to negotiate from the carpark.

The nearby construction is finished so these apartments are extremely good value for the location. As a family, the apartments were perfect. They have two bedrooms and one bathroom and are very spacious and roomy. There is a huge kitchen with all the amenities such as a microwave, a big fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and a line on the balcony for drying. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms unexpectedly quiet at night...

Centrally located yet very quiet, fully-equipped apartment. Pool was disappointing, but as the weather wasn't great during our stay we didn't fancy using it anyway. Recommend this accommodation as it was very good quality and everything was within walking distance. There was also a fantastic balcony.

We had the pleasure in staying at the Butter Factory for a week while in town for business and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the accommodation, facilities and communicative process from booking to checkout. Exceeded expectation.

A group and I stayed for Splendour in the Grass 2015 and could not have asked for better accommodation. The location is perfect and is walking distance to the main strip and supermarket. Not to mention some stellar Byron Burgers & the bus too and from the North Byron Parklands for the festival. The facilities were beautiful, clean, modern and very spacious. We did not hear a peep from our neighbours...

We were over whelmed with our stay at the butter factory the rooms were beautiful and we found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Such an easy walk and so close to everything great BBQ area for drinks and a nice afternoon BBQ. We were blown away by our 3 story beach apartment and didnt expect it to be as beautiful as it was. No doubt we will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful Property...

Love this place. We are staying here again this July for the 3rd year in a row. The apartments feel like your house sitting not renting. They are beautifully furnished with books, artwork and small touches you don't expect from a holiday apartment. Just driving in through the two remote doors into the bottom of your apartment makes you feel special. We love it.

Love the location ... stay here often and the staff are very nice and helpful. Some rooms could be modernized but being a serviced apartment I guess in time the owners of each lot will upgrade. : ) Eric Sydney

Very nice place to stay only negative thing I can say is the wifi is quite slow and very short range

this is a pleasant apartment but, in my opinion, a bit odd. The lower level has a bedroom that is very dark because of the palms in the garden. There is another bedroom on the first level near the kitchen/living area, and a third airy bedroom on the top level. There are toilets/shower on the lower level and top level.

The Terraces is an amazing apartment located right next to the beach! The apartment itself is quite narrow, however our terrace had three stories and the rooms were comfortably sized. I couldn't be more happy with The Terraces!

We check in late but process is easy to follow. They are having renovation but not affecting much though. The room we are staying the cooking hood isn’t working so it created a lot of smoke and cause the alarm to trigger that’s when we couldn’t find any help in the night. But luckily it went off without any water sprinkle. Probably something to improve on. Floor is abit sticky when we checked in.

Had a beautiful stay! Checking in was so easy and hassle free, facilities were perfect for what we needed and location was amazing.

Location location first stay at Byron Bay an this place was a perfect place to stay. I stayed here with a deluxe suite has a loft upstairs has air conditioning only upstairs. Has the basic amenities but we're were only there to sleep overall check-in was easy, nice friendly staff pool was nice and clean an parking is perfect always a lot of spaces. If we ever come back will be staying here.

It was very clean and had a private beach and pool. It was very convenient and about a 10 minute walk from the Byron bus station. Shops were also nearby. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

The location makes it a pretty pricey venue, but you knew that already! Anywhere in Byron will make your wallet flinch... The room was big, a bit run down, but clean. It's walking distance to the centre of town, and there's handy beach access out the back across the train tracks. Recommend shoes for that journey, especially in the dark! The pool is nice, the staff are friendly, just try not to hoot...

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family with kids and had no issues. The location is great as it is a short walk to town centre and the beach is literally behind via a gate. The rooms were clean and there was a pool and bbq area onsite. There are washing and dryer facilities also which was very convenient. Each room has one carspace allocation for parking which was extremely valuable as parking around...

Such a fab place ! We’ve come from the UK on a lil holiday, we had the best stay here. Great location, can walk through to the beach, hire bodyboards and beach towels ! The room was spotless, and lady at the desk was friendly and most helpful. Thank you for making our trip awesome

Great comfortable convenient quiet accommodation. Such lovely hosts & clean apartment close to everything & great lockup parking.

Handy hotel Very handy to everything and nicely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately the huge rainfall shower tap was way too big for the size of the shower. When we arrived, we needed to unpack the dishwasher from the previous guests and the servicing was generally pretty hit and miss.

I was greeted with a lovely smile at reception. From there I was personally shown where the location of the apartment and the parking facilities. Upon entering the apartment, it was extremely clean. Please don't dismiss this place by its outside exterior as the inside (including the people who own and run it) are warm, friendly and kind.

We had booked to stay at Byron Bayside through a booking service. The booking provided no refund in the event of a cancellation. When I contacted the hotel directly and explained that the cancellation was due to COVID border restrictions, they provided me with a 12 month travel credit for the full amount of my booking. Very impressed.

Great location. My only problem is that the room where I stayed didn’t have noise insulation on the walls and we could hear any sound, or conversation from the neighbouring room. They weren’t noisy people, just really bad insulation on the walls.

Very nice rooms and incredibly spacious areas, but the design is rather old-looking and some of the rooms don't have the all powerful Wi-Fi! Though all in all it's a great place to stay.

Overall, the experience at Azur was ok. The one thing that annoyed me was that on the day of our arrival, it was raining extremely heavily and it was night time. The last thing we wanted to do was go out because we were firstly tired and secondly, no would want to go out in that weather. We decided to stay in and watch some tv and it was promised to us that netflix would be offered too. Any show...

Gorgeous villa. Bali vibes! Owner was very accomodating. Spa was lovely and less than a 10 min walk to town, no need to drive! Pool was a lil cool and only enough space in car park for 2 hours. OSP was free and lucky we got a park there :) Would stay again.

Stayed for 5 nights. Good location - short walk into the town and beach. The villas are spacious with good bed & bathroom. All open to courtyard with small pool. No housekeeping service during 5 day stay. I had to ask for clean towels & toilet rolls - bins never emptied or bedding changed. MAJOR building work next door - 2 houses being build & definitely not near completion - beware as they start...

We stayed in one of the villas and the room was incredibly comfortable, and the bed heavenly. There was an incident with the managers absconding the day after we arrived, and left no breakfast out as per what's on offer. But the owners brother was there and did everything he could to make sure we were ok and looked after despite the issues that were unfolding. The location of the property is perfect...

Turning 50 was a big deal and going back to Byron was on my wishlist. Ned and Adrian were so accommodating and helpful and breeze to stay with for 5 days. A short walk into town and the Azur has it's own pool and sauna....no need to leave! Recommended totally for the cheese platter alone! Thanks again Peter & Hazel.

I was stranded in Byron Bay area because the pacific highway was flooded (2022), having driven three days from Melbourne, the last day in treacherous conditions. I was cold, wet and fatigued. Many other travellers were also stranded and I was faced with no vacancy after no vacancy; I was desperate. The care that staff/management at Azur Villas took with me when I was feeling so vulnerable was so appreciated...
