Rolling Surf Resort

I rang to make the booking to confirm about the facilities; to which I was told that the venue had a sauna and heated pool - which was listed in their details. After check-in I went to reception to ask about the sauna and was told that they do not have one. The room was dusty, and the furniture was showing signs of age with the leather peeling off the arms/ends of the couches. Storage cages within the allocated parking spot made it difficult to fit into the park; and although the carpark has a reasonable height, the steep entry and exit angle needed to be navigated with extreme caution. The booking confirmation email that was received was blank and a request for another booking confirmation with details was not actioned.

We rang reception TWICE before booking here as we needed to ensure we had a balcony I could smoke on. We were assured that, if the doors were closed, we could. By 8am on our second morning we had a phone call from reception telling us this was prohibited. Wrecked our stay due to their initial lies. Never again!!
