This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Sure the price was cheap but it was absolutely disgusting! When we first arrived we were welcomed with dirty floors and dirty linen lined right thru the hallway. We had to move rooms as our TV and fridge didn’t work. Next room wasn’t much better with curtains that were ripped and had holes in them, walls also had holes in them and filthy.
Beds were falling apart. Don’t think you will get a microwave or bedside lamps, not even the phone was working, Your room will only be serviced every 3 days.
Excessive noise during the night. We also had rubbish left in the hallway all day and the smell was horrible. Main entrance door was also broken and falling off its hinges. Breakfast was very basic and barley edible. It was difficult to even get a clean glass or bowl. I would never stay again and in my opinion this place needs to be closed for a complete revamp.

Nothing special at all, rooms smell, furniture old and stained, curtains let full sun in. I cleaned my own air conditioning filter. Basic layout, the rooms were clean. There is a bar in the main area drinks expensive.

Don't waste your time and money.
Booked for 3 nights, left after night 2. Rubbish not removed, no fresh towels or linen. Room service food was worse that pizza hut. Saw cleaners chatting or texting all the time. Rooms dirty, phone not working, air con was leaking water onto am already soaked carpet right next to the bed. Could hear every word through the walls. TV remote busted. Rooms smell old, can smell smoke in them too.

Reminds me of the hotels they give ex cons when they leave the big house. Pathetic.

I came here on a school trip, and all I can say is that I absolutely REGRET coming. It was extremely disappointing.
The rooms were in horrible condition. There were multiple stains on the mattresses and bedsheets, and the walls were filthy too. They didn't provide clean blankets, and someone I was staying in a room with didn't even receive a blanket. The carpet was disgusting too, next to my bed was a huge piece of gum that had been trampled over into the carpet lots of times, and the floors were still littered with rubbish from the previous guests. We also could not use the air conditioner as it was extremely dusty. They also did not give us a remote to our television, as well as that. I highly doubt that the room had been cleaned before our arrival.
We were also not allowed to go onto the balcony for some fresh air, which I find completely ridiculous.
Something else I would like to add is that the food was simply revolting. On our first day there, they gave us plain, uncooked pasta with extremely oily sauce and heavily processed meat. I also noticed that we only got the leftovers from our teachers for dinner. For lunch, they gave us wraps that they expected us to finish in 5 minutes. The chicken inside the wraps was very undercooked, and, dare I say, slightly raw too. It was also incredibly salty, I could taste the salt well after I finished it. It was as if they added more salt than chicken. The students from my school got very sick, some even vomited.
The place were were forced to eat at for breakfast and dinner also smelt disgusting, and one of our teachers were looking forward to watching a movie inside there but their DVD/cd player did not work at all. They don't even clean the tablecloths.
I think I forgot to mention, but the walls are also extremely thin. We could hear a casual conversation from a room MORE THAN TWO ROOMS AWAY ON THE OTHER SIDE.
This was so, so disappointing. I CANNOT believe that I had to ruin my camp by staying in such a TERRIBLE 'hotel'.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I'm warning you.

The bed arrangement is suitable for family and is comfortable. The food has good value for family pack. There is extra charge $4 for delivering the food. BUT it's very noisy, kids running around above our room so we can hear each step very loud at the first night and the second night even worse, group of people that stayed around our room watch the world cup and sit in the alley and talk that loud we can hear every sigle words clearly and out the door until 3 AM. My husband tried to contact receptionist but the phone line was off and no one in reception counter either so we don't know who in charge or who we can contact for this matter. Really disappointing experience.

Be aware that this is basically a 3 star hotel advertised as 4 stars. Kettle had mould inside of it, no breakfast included by default, building looks and feels tired, and the walls are very thin.
I’ve found the staff to be friendly and helpful however, and there’s free onsite parking.
