Rydges Canberra, Canberra1 / 40
8.7
Canberra, Cnr Canberra Ave & National Cct, Forrest 🧭 Map
Great place for an overnight sleep or longer Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor pool and spa and has a gym very well set out.
I recently stayed at Rydges Canberra and, overall, found the experience to be quite average. The hotel didn’t quite live up to my expectations — while it wasn’t bad, it also wasn’t particularly memorable
The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety — a great way to start the day. In summary, Rydges Canberra was okay for a short stay, but it didn’t impress
Large clean room. Friendly staff. Central location close to many of Canberra’s attractions.
Breakfast was good. Location okay. Interior design, layout of hotel good. Open space concept.
Very nice hotel. Specially stay with children’s and family members . My kids really enjoyed it.

Canberra, 80 Northbourne Avenue 🧭 Map
Add to this the great food, prompt room service and friendly staff and I'd rate The Avenue as the best in Canberra and best value
Returned to The Avenue a few years after being a regular. They haven't missed a beat! Room is immaculate, super comfortable beds, great pillows, great amenities and outstanding service
Clean room, comfortable bed and good location near restaurants and bus terminal. It was cheaper booking through an outside booking site even when I asked the hotel for best price
I told the front desk my child lifted an item but did not open nor eat it,and the charge was reversed. Washer/dryer is a combined machine and drying takes hours. Overall, a good stay and would definitely stay again
Good location and easy to find restaurants nearby, room facilities (such as washing machine, microwave and balcony) are very well. The breakfast is delicious!
Room size ( one bedroom) is really good

Canberra, 1 Rogan Street, Canberra International Airport 🧭 Map
Vibe is a stunning building with an amazing bar and restaurant area. Walking distance to the airport.
Even though it is located next to an airport terminal, you could not hear any noise from outside even with the curtains opened!
Large clean rooms. Very convenient location, easy walk to the airport. Friendly staff.
Positives: It is 3 minute walk from airport but still very quiet. The room is very good with decent size. Negatives: The Shower gel dispenser was totally empty when I entered
Fifth time staying at the Vibe Canberra & it always lives up to expectations. Reception check in very quick, food was exceptional & staff were extremely polite & courteous
Highly recommended! Three minute walk to the airport which is very handy for an early morning flight

Great stay in Canberra I would have preferred a two bedroom apartment but settled for two one-bedroom apartments. Welcome drinks were appreciated and breakfast was excellent.
Despite a bit of walk to the Canberra Centre, it is a nice place to stay; relaxing environment, pleasant and helpful reception, comfy bed, good shower, v well cleaned up!
It's always a pleasure to enter the cosy reception area on a cold Canberra day. I was given an apartment with a fold out bed first. Felt like I would be in camping and not in a hotel
Great design and amazing staff. So friendly. The hotel had a warm atmosphere. We stayed in the Meandering atrium as well as another room, and both were lovely rooms for a romantic getaway.
Called the reception and verbalised my concern. I got a wonderful upgrade without hesitation. Didn't get the welcome drinks that were advertised but forgot about to ask for it
Friendly, cool and comfortable hotel in a fun part of Canberra. Highly recommend

Picnic, Table tennis, Pool, Beach, Tennis court
Absolutely superb We stayed in a Blue Gum Villa and it was amazing. Spotlessly clean and huge bedrooms. The bathroom was massive with modern fixtures and had more than enough large fluffy towels and other linens
The laundry is the most expensive of places we have stayed $6/load. The Reception staff are lovely but it would be good if they doubled staff during high peak times so there isn't such a long wait to check in
Alivio Tourist Park ticks all the boxes. Great choice of accommodation. Lots of fun activities in the park including a swimming pool and spa, tennis court and table tennis. We had a ball!
Good privacy, fully equipped kitchen
Had breakfast there as well which was also nice but probably a bit too expensive to do it each day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Had a lovely 2 night stay at Alivio, travelled to Canberra to attend a wedding. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was everything we needed

This two bedroom apartment is very modern and comfortable. Bed mattress is plush and supporting. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I love the modern vibe of this hotel. Every time we stay here, we always have good sleep
a very comfortable and nice hotel for driver, we should have stayed more days!
We stayed in the one bedroom appartments and it was perfect accommodation. Clean warm and high end. The best accommodation we’ve found in Canberra.
Nice location, quite Barton, bars and restaurants around. Close to city. Room is practical, smells good. Overall, we are very satisfied! Highly recommended!
Great staff the accommodation was superb. The wifi was awesome and the parking great. Really great value a must I would say. I’ve stayed abou ten hotels in Canberra this hands down the best and really great rates

Canberra, 150 Anketell Street, Tuggeranong 🧭 Map
Great location being beside the shopping centre. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of areas for walking and good to have a look around
Really nice apartments for a good price
This inexpensive hotel is good for cheap business travel if you have business in Tuggeranong. It’s not convenient to Canberra really
location, under carpark, clean and extremely good staff
1mt clear and guest parking could be outlined or signed a little better. Other than that I think I'll be happy to stay here for the week while I work away from home
Reception and cleaning staff are amazing. They make you feel like you're at home. They also have this delicious café at the bottom that is a must go and see

CityStyle Executive Apartments
Canberra, Ground Floor, 86 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon 🧭 Map
Constantly dripping tap in ensuite, Dirty curtains, broken light switch, wonky fan, cobwebs in windows, tv didn’t work (investigated and found aerial etc had been disconnected)
Overall a good place to stay Location is excellent, quiet area and close to all, the apartment is large and well appointed
The unit needs a refresh & a good clean. Price was reasonable, if the the above didn’t need doing. I received welcoming SMS from CityStyle and a Thanks for staying with us Sms
Heating was good in lounge and bedroom, with plenty of winter sunlight through north-facing windows
The bathroom was a bit tired but clean, plently of secure parking underneath. In particular we found the location excellent. Two streets over from Lonsdale st and a big shopping centre
I stayed in Phoenix apartments for a week and found it to be all I needed. Laundry was helpful (washing machine and iron both were used), and the kitchen made self-catering practical choice

Canberra, Cnr Anthony Rolfe Avenue & Gribble St, Gungahlin 🧭 Map
Very very clean, rooms are a good size, plenty of hot water and quiet.
Comfortable beds, friendly staff and good location with everything you need near by without heading into the city. Rooms are not sound proof so not good for sleeping in.
Carpets and doona grubby and shower could use a good scrub, bed was comfortable albeit the pillows were tiny. A pod coffee maker is available in the room but only 2 pods available the rooms overall are on the small side
Great location able to walk to shops restaurants and entertainment. Clean, well presented rooms, staff were lovely and helpful.
Was a great place to stay at! Loved you had a washer and dryer provided in the rooms too! Will definitely stay here again!
Easy access to nice barista coffee at Macca's and with KMart and Target just around the corner any last minutes things you forget on your travels can be easily picked up

Canberra, Corner Strangway and Theodore Street 🧭 Map
Everything was spotless, comfortable and a lot of thought put into what we would need as travellers. Food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Best meals I’ve had in a long time
Great steaks, amazing and creative chicken dishes, chips were undescribably hot and fresh (no old vat oil in sight). One of the best venue transformations I've encountered
The Reception staff was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. When we need convenient and affordable accommodation in Canberra, we will definitely book in.
Restaurant was very good and convenient prices were reasonable beer was cold and the service 10/10 Would stay here again fix the Tele I’ll bring my own pillows bring my own condiments 😊
We had a great stay at The Statesman for a work stint in Canberra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it’s close to everything and a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs
I was there on a Thursday and the place was buzzing with the meat raffle

Astra Apartments Canberra - Manhattan
Canberra, 240 Bunda Street (Corner of Bunda Street and Akuna Street) 🧭 Map
Great apartments in the perfect location. Well furnished, good heating/cooling has good amenities.
I was inspired to leave this review after seeing there was only one other review on TripAdvisor. As you see from the photos these services apartments have generously large home sized rooms
The balconies are the same, mine with a great view over the pool below and Canberra. Canberrans hidden gem!! Full kitchen with everything required. Large gym, pool and BBQ areas
Parking also in secure garage with lift access. Do not hesitate in booking a stay at Astra Manhattan
It also smelt like sewage so we were given a lid thing to put on the drain when not using the shower otherwise the whole apartment would smell. - kitchen utensils, cups and plates weren’t very clean when we got there
They also didn’t supply any scrubs/sponges to wash dishes with. The dishwasher also didn’t wash the dishes properly. - Some of the bed sheets were a little dirty. - Room didn’t feel very clean
