I just had a fancy afternoon tea. It looks like it’s from a movie. The food was on big platters and we had our own really kind helper. There were scones, jam and cream. And small bamboo shaped boats of food

An added bonus was the two Tesla chargers in the basement of the hotel, which we always available when we needed to charge the car. Looking forward to my next stay at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra

A very elegant and beautiful hotel with history. The seafood buffet on Friday night was exquisite and breakfast was amazing. Best poached eggs one could wish for

I have stayed at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra numerous times and this hotel never disappoints. The hotel has a historic charm to it and it never gets old

The rooms are well appointed and spacious and have all the amenities one can require. The buffet for breakfast has a wide spread of selection

The shower was strong and and clean. Location is good and close to restaurants. The only downside is the corridors are quite dirty and looks like could use some cleaning

While it's definitely a corporate hotel, the Novotel Canberra managed to transform into a welcoming family hotel. The rooms are decently comfortable & with all the amenities

Room was clean, bathroom was nice, heating was brilliant. However, lack of shower pressure, slow wifi with unreasonably expensive upgrades and uncomfortable pillows

On check out the member of staff I spoke to tried to charge me for dinner and parking, I did not eat dinner at the hotel and it is not legal to put a sign dictating charges after they are in a position to incur those charges

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Peppers Gallery. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious and have a palatial feel to them

The stay in the 2-bedroom apartment at Peppers Canberra was exceptionally pleasant! The spacious and well-appointed accommodation provided a comfortable home away from home, making our experience even more enjoyable

Great spot to walk around Canberra. Room are clean shower is hot. Bar cocktails are delicious. Breakfast is excellent value and very good. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

This accomodation was top notch. Amazing staff always smiling & helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was magnificent & so warm during the cold nights. Staff went far & beyond for all our needs

Faults: We had 3 adults in one room and the room was only replenished for 2 people (2 towels, 2 glasses etc). The pull out bed was quite squeaky and not a comfortable mattress

Luxurious rooms with plenty of space. Very quiet, clean and maintained. $20 buffet breakfast at Marble & Grain was excellent value for money, hot and flavourful food.

We were fortunate enough to have the Fathers day brunch this year and oh boy it did not disappoint. Bubbles on arrival, a wide selection of beers for the men in our lives and the most delectable spread of food

Went to the restaurant for dinner Tuesday 17 January and had the best service from Sarah. Not only was she upbeat and welcoming, she worked spectacularly with the other floor and wait staff

The meals were terrific, steaks cooked to perfection. Sarah and staff made my friend and me feel welcome and provided the perfect interaction a customer could want

All made incredibly special by the attentive staff. What a lovely morning/afternoon

Very nice room with a view of the lake, good amenities (dyson hairdryer was appreciated), and really nice quality shower products. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to Canberra centre and good restaurants

Stayed for a work conference for a few days and had no issues being in the hotel most of the time. Plenty of spaces to sit and have private conversations and also great spaces to share larger groups

Bed was comfy, but there were kids running amok up and down the hallways without supervision, the pool and spa had no water, unusable, the menu was very limited, breakfast was either over or undercooked, and the bathroom wasn't clean

The room is spacious but the layout could have been better with the TV sitting on top of the cabinet with the minibar followed by the desk, then on the opposite side of the room is a couch, but the couch is opposite the desk, so the TV is at an angle

TV in the room was old, small and the remote was not very responsive. Wouldn't bother with their buffet breakfast, pretty ordinary for $34 pp and a barista made coffee is an extra charge

But, I understand these locations are normally used by politicians and people who choose to wine and dine after a day at an art gallery. So this is by no means a deal breaker

Great location, and a modern feel. As a dad travelling with his son, I spent less than 5 minutes at the check-in desk. The room is well-furnished and very modern

The only negative I have about this venue is that the public bathrooms on the first floor (specifically male) could have had a clean at the very least each day, if not more often, as there was often urine remains dried on the floor surrounding the urinals themselves, leaving a sticky effect on the bottom of my (and I suppose others) shoes

The ambience is calm with a clean environment. But it’s the architecture that I fell in love with, it felt like I was in a futuristic-Gatsby-like place

The hotel looks amazing! The lobby area is very modern and sleek. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym looks brand new at the moment with a variety of machines to choose from. The room i stayed in was very quiet

Honestly the best I've been to!! Stayed for a week for a conference hosted at this venue. Staff would come in each day to give the room a quick clean, remake beds and clean the bathroom if needed, always spotless

There is a small gym however it is well equipped and the equipment is kept clean. Really nice atmosphere in general in the hotel. The room was a great size, air conditioning is great, and the room was kept clean

Food was well done, no complaints regarding the food, good variety

Great green initiative for provide $10 vouchers (for redemption at the restaurant) for not having to change bedsheets/towels daily. Reception can be a little bit slow during busy check in and check out periods

The staff were so pleasant and lovely, very attentive, particularly with my dietary requirements as I have coeliac disease, they offer gluten free toast with breakfast as per normal everyday, and have many gluten free options in the all day menu at both restaurant sections

We were only staying one night as we were on a trip further south but we wish we stayed longer because it was just so pleasant and honestly incredible. We will definitely be coming back here next time we come to Canberra

Our wedding here was the perfect relaxed vibe we were after. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the staff were all helpful and attentive. The food at the restaurant, our reception, and breakfast was wonderful

The event manager Sharfel was great to deal with and answered my many many questions! Extra special thank you to the f&b manager Gordon who went above and beyond to look after us on our day when sharfel was sadly away

From the check in to the room and restaurant this place is amazing. The spa suite is comfortable and excellent for the price. The staff were super accommodating and professional. The restaurant and bar is 5 star

AC was good Geyser was working Toilet was clean Towels were provided Bath essentials were provided. TV was there So overall nice to stay in budget. Wifi was free Good luck team Ibis !

This is all you need for a one day and night stay. They have a pool , recreation area with books and some playing cards and boards

I’m staying in an outdated caravan park for double the price per night tomorrow and I’d rather stay here. Clean, modern enough and spacious easily fitting the four of us. The gentleman at reception was really pleasant

Can’t speak highly enough of the service and the room value. We stayed here in a last minute situation while we had new flooring going into our home

Only things I’d recommend was extra pillows and bottled water/soft drinks in the fridges

Great beds and pillows! This place is good value for $ paid. After an initial hitch in getting confirmation of our phone booking the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent

👌 The tablet to order services, amenities, car cleaning, tourist experiences etc provided a super cool customer experience! These guys are really thinking "Customer First"! Really amazing! Better than some of the other major 5 Star hotels in Las Vegas! The only thing I would have liked to see more of, is extended gym opening times

2 night stay was not expecting the size of the room. And they had milk that was decent portions for morning coffee. The staff were very helpful. The bash wash, shampoo etc smelled magnificent!!

We purchased a suite which had plenty of room and the same facilities as a serviced apartment (lounge room, kitchen/laundry, microwave, toaster, laundry, dishwasher etc). Rooms have a modern yet minimal and clean design

The Hotel Realm sits in a quiet yet very accessible part of Canberra, within walking distance to the Lake and nearby restaurants. Two local shopping complexes within 4 minute drive away

Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the Hotel Relm experience. Super friendly and attentive service. Having people bring up extra amenities and even tomato sauce for free

Cannot rate this place more highly. Whilst it is not in the centre of town, it is well located to Parliament House, the lake and a host of other attractions

The air conditioning was very efficient and warmed the villa up in no time and we loved using the Nespresso machine for coffees. It was quiet, lots of parking and the buffet breakfast had lots of variety

This is a wonderful place for a stop along the way. Extremely friendly staff, awesome facilities. The Bar and restaurant a must while you are there. Pool (kids play area) is excellent for entertaining the entire family

Absolutely superb We stayed in a Blue Gum Villa and it was amazing. Spotlessly clean and huge bedrooms. The bathroom was massive with modern fixtures and had more than enough large fluffy towels and other linens

Well maintained barbeques, playground, and pool. I watched a group of people without kids look sorely out of place. If you can't handle screaming children around every turn, definitely stay away

Would be nice to have the games room open all year round- it looks like that is only open in school holidays? And the pool is FREEZING! Which was disappointing as the kids always love to use the pool wherever we stay

The park is great in terms of amenities like camp kitchen, pool, tennis and games room. The bar was good for drinks but the food was nothing special

Hence I now have my mobile charger back and I am pleased to declare the honesty and efficiency of the staff members who worked there and those that made the attempt to return my personal belongings

We would stay here again for sure. Rooms were clean and hotel all smelled lovely. Free parking with multiple exit passes given. Such a good location central to so many food options

Central to a lot of shops and eateries. Room had a fridge, microwave pod coffee machine. Quiet at night We checked in a little earlier than 2. Lady on the desk was very helpful

We stayed here in a short trip down from Sydney. This is the second time we have stayed and really enjoyed both stays. The rooms and large, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking available on site

I stayed for two weeks, room was spacious, tidy and cleaned on a daily basis. Suite contained kitchen, washing machine and dryer which was perfect considering the duration of the stay

I'm hoping the experience improves but already we are going to be charged for a late check out request

I can understand if the hotel is fully booked, then obviously nothing can be done. But if you are charging a fee then clearly you have capacity but unwilling to service the customer for a small request

I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and normally if you are staying multiple nights the hotel is very accommodating with these small requests

Great place, friendly staff, great food, nice clean cold beer!! I highly recommend anyone to stay there! Coles is just across the street walking distance, chemist, vet & a few other stores.

The renovation here is destination changing. No longer a regular pub, but a high quality, bright lux environment with a fitout to die for. The food is 110% for what it is

Great steaks, amazing and creative chicken dishes, chips were undescribably hot and fresh (no old vat oil in sight). One of the best venue transformations I've encountered

Fantastically helpful and friendly staff sorted this problem quickly and easily by giving us ground floor rooms. Rooms are well-renovated, beds were comfortable and the motel is quiet

I had a couple of dishes and the vegetable curry, though it sounds plain, was really tasty and well presented. I didn’t get to explore the full digital concierge and other online facilities but did note the zipping wifi

The beds are the best I’ve slept in apart from home, and for a keenly priced hotel that’s a nice surprise. Food and drink - good beers and a really good wine list

My last day I had to leave ridiculously early to catch a flight and when I got up Mark was up before me to make my breakfast! If you have the chance to make it for dinner I would recommend it as it is well worth the extra cost

I've stayed in a lot of B&Bs and this is one of the best I've seen. Clean and very comfortable bedroom, fantastic breakfast and great hosts. I thought the other reviews were too good to be true but I was wrong

Showers had a bit of mould but the water pressure was fantastic. The stairwell is a little bit dodgy, they fell slanted when you walk up and down, but it’s only a short set of stairs. The lift is very slow and small

Big comfortable rooms that are clean and tidy. The bathroom configuration is a bit awkward but usable. Having no car, there was not much available in terms of food nearby except the German club next door

It was a little frustrating after a long drive to get there, but the hotel staff tried to be accommodating and had us sorted by 0930 the next morning. Rooms are decent, clean bedding and comfy beds

Staff and service were great. We were well looked after and the breakfast was good. The rooms are dated and the bathroom was small and oddly configured and leaves you feeling like a sardine when using the "facilities".

Good sized rooms, very comfortable. Helpful staff were able to provide an earlier check in time which was really great. Very clean rooms and in a wonderful location.

The pool was closed due to cold weather, even though the days were 22 degrees! This made it harder to take advantage of the beautiful setting

Awesome place. Just the place you need to sleep and keep all your stuff while exploring Canberra. Clean rooms, all the blankets and pillows you need.

The location is a little out of town, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away. The outdoor facilities were very disappointing, and the reason for only giving 4 stars

My husband, myself and family all stayed at the Carotel hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and great value for money. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Rooms were clean, simple but adequate. Beds werea bit small and the sofa fold out was very uncomfortable

I stayed for the weekend great location but still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned? Told 5 working days and told yesterday this will take another 5 days. Not good.

Upstairs has been very nicely renovated and decorated. The suites are very nicely presented and well stocked. 's a great selection of restaurants and bars in the area

Spacious apartments right in the centre of the city. No restaurant but plenty downstairs/nearby and also room service available via Deliveroo.
