Great place for an overnight sleep or longer Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor pool and spa and has a gym very well set out.

Bed was comfy, but there were kids running amok up and down the hallways without supervision, the pool and spa had no water, unusable, the menu was very limited, breakfast was either over or undercooked, and the bathroom wasn't clean

Good hotel chain which lives up to its name, very suave feeling to it. Onsite gym, sauna & pool which I did not get to check out, the kitchen & the bar closed at 9pm on a weekday, the mini bar was reasonably well stocked

We loved the furnishings and the whole look and feel of the foyer and restaurant was perfect. The pool was beautiful and the spa was large and very comfortable. It was just a bit dirty and soapy from all the use

The hotel was lovely and the service great! It was very relaxed and we really felt welcome, and at home. The food was excellent and the service in the restaurant and bar was fantastic

The best part? Free parking! It was such a relief to have ample, convenient parking without any extra charges. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and seamless stay

It's only 5 minutes away from Parliament Hill in Canberra. It's in the center of the city. Next to it is the Burbury Hotel, but this hotel has excellent value for money

Other than that, everything is perfect, especially when we checked in the first night, the front desk staff went to the garage to teach my husband how to park the car

This is the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff are warm and considerate. The room is big, new and smells good. There were 4 people here this time and we had an extra bed in the living room

They also have a Christmas workshop set up way before Christmas. The room was very nicely decorated with ample of space for crafting and small table for some drinks

They also served milk in the workshop room, but I had concerns that the milk was there from the morning for the whole day and that it was not kept chilled, which might not be good for the kids to consume

We stayed over Christmas and it was lovely for the kids. They were welcomed with gift packs full of mini-games, not just the normal colouring papers and pencils

Michaela was with us every step of the way, much like a fairy godmother, trying her absolute darnedest to grant our wishes! We stayed two nights in the bridal suit, and were able to get ready in the suit also! The food was absolutely to die for, the drinks were flowing and it was a day/night that we will never forget

We were married in September 2022 at Hotel Kurrajong, after a year of planning with Michaela. It was a beautiful and picturesque day, filled with love and joy, followed by a rock and roll celebration

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Lovely period building, refurbished (small) rooms. Fabulous breakfast at Chifley's. Sunny courtyard. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Room? Clean and well appointed. Staff? Friendly and helpful although some were clearly not well trained/didn’t know what to do

Food? Breakfast food was okay, dinner at the restaurant was slightly better but never fantastic

Little bit upset with parking,couldn’t book online when we arrived no parking available. Swimming pool water too cold.

Stay was well, loved the breakfast only major problem was parking and shower gel and lotion was not stocked up in our room ,one of the lights were not working and the pool area was crowded with children that's not really hotels problem but others didn't get access to all the things

Spacious rooms, prime location. Car parking a day was 32$ Self check in n self check out was good Room was clean. Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price

Hotel is good, Novotel is great brand, and surroundings are packed with lot of restaurants, just be careful, everything close so early

Did not interact much with the staff. Enjoyed the stay for the price… will come back again as the location was 👌

Very good location, close to light rail stop, Canberra centre and you can easily catch a coach downstairs.

Luxurious rooms with plenty of space. Very quiet, clean and maintained. $20 buffet breakfast at Marble & Grain was excellent value for money, hot and flavourful food.

The only negative I have about this venue is that the public bathrooms on the first floor (specifically male) could have had a clean at the very least each day, if not more often, as there was often urine remains dried on the floor surrounding the urinals themselves, leaving a sticky effect on the bottom of my (and I suppose others) shoes

The ambience is calm with a clean environment. But it’s the architecture that I fell in love with, it felt like I was in a futuristic-Gatsby-like place

The hotel looks amazing! The lobby area is very modern and sleek. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym looks brand new at the moment with a variety of machines to choose from. The room i stayed in was very quiet

Honestly the best I've been to!! Stayed for a week for a conference hosted at this venue. Staff would come in each day to give the room a quick clean, remake beds and clean the bathroom if needed, always spotless

There is a small gym however it is well equipped and the equipment is kept clean. Really nice atmosphere in general in the hotel. The room was a great size, air conditioning is great, and the room was kept clean

Food was well done, no complaints regarding the food, good variety

Would be nice to have the games room open all year round- it looks like that is only open in school holidays? And the pool is FREEZING! Which was disappointing as the kids always love to use the pool wherever we stay

The park is great in terms of amenities like camp kitchen, pool, tennis and games room. The bar was good for drinks but the food was nothing special

Fantastic amenities, camp kitchen was great to use, especially with the cooler weather at night. It’s central to most things, has a great small playground and other sporting facilities for the the kids to play

The air conditioning was very efficient and warmed the villa up in no time and we loved using the Nespresso machine for coffees. It was quiet, lots of parking and the buffet breakfast had lots of variety

We have a motor home and the amenities were great. Fantastic camp kitchen, restaurant and bar also on site. Everything very well maintained. Staff were so professional, friendly, helpful and efficient

We have e-bikes and were able to ride on footpaths or bike paths all the way into the War Memorial quite easily. Definitely recommended this park

The service is really good and the price is very favorable. This place is not far from the city center. It is in an address that is close enough but not noisy. The room is very clean and the facilities are very complete!

This two bedroom apartment is very modern and comfortable. Bed mattress is plush and supporting. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The price/performance ratio is great. 🅿️ Use the card to swipe the garage door after checking in, it’s free! You can park at the door for a while before checking in. There are three or four temporary parking spaces

The room service is also fast and the tea is from T2. The bathroom countertop is large and there is room to put cosmetics. I originally wanted to stay one more day to book, but none of the rooms were available

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette was well serviced and ver clean. Crispy clean sheets, very quiet air-conditioning, clean mould-free bathroom, toilet and shower

Everything was better than expected. Room same as per photos ( it's not that common any more) Stuff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was like at home. Definitely will be back here, next time we in Canberra.

I have stayed at Madison Capital in Braddon many times now. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars & shopping centre. Nice continental breakfast included.

Good location and clean. Confident if you stay here. Also parking lots available and also free weekend street parking

Breakfast value for money  Overall very good value for money, good location. An adequate budget hotel if comfortable staying somewhere  comfortable not wearing top of the range clothing with top of the range accessories

The room is not soundproofed, the cars passing downstairs are very noisy, and I can't sleep well. The breakfast is very simple。The parking space is too narrow, which tests your parking skills。

Great place, friendly staff, great food, nice clean cold beer!! I highly recommend anyone to stay there! Coles is just across the street walking distance, chemist, vet & a few other stores.

We had a great stay at The Statesman for a work stint in Canberra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it’s close to everything and a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs

I was there on a Thursday and the place was buzzing with the meat raffle

didnt have free to air commercial channels 9 & 7 and the night service desk is basically a help line that were very polite but useless telling me they would send an email at 7:30 the next day which was no help considering I was booking out the next morning

We can hear people next door talking as we were arranged to stay at a connecting room. The door crack is so wide that we can hear people next door talking which gives a sense of insecurity

The pool was closed due to cold weather, even though the days were 22 degrees! This made it harder to take advantage of the beautiful setting

Staff was very helpful,rooms were big and spacious along with kitchen.Excellent services by Bob and Liza.

The place is clean and very cosy and comfortable. It's in a nice quiet location. And at the price they offer it is a ridiculous deal. We just loved this place and would recommend this to everyone

We got a radio in our room so there was a great bit of music in the background that we could relax with. Beds were clean and well made, and we all had a good sleep here. It's very amazing for a "2-star motel

Pros: - Designated parking directly in front of the cabin fit for 2 vehicles - Large open grass field outside - Friendly and helpful staff - Dickson and Watson shops all within 5 minutes drive away

The apartments are clean and tidy and handy location.

Very standard rooms with lots of space in each room. Only things to note is the thing windows make it a little noisy at night and outdoor security lights are very bright through the blinds.

Bad: very cramped room with very little space to move about freely in, ridiculously long list of rules and procedures you're expected to follow, aircon difficult to use,

It's fine. If you need to use the outdoor bins they are very far away. Reasonable traffic noise.

Hotel is located perfectly in the city centre, right opposite Greyhound bus stop. The room is fully equipped. Even washing machine and drying here. Everything is comfortable. Highly recommend

Very nice, you can wash clothes and cook. I especially like this terrace, you can enjoy the breeze and have a drink. I had to stay here when I came to Canberra last time

The transportation is convenient, there is a bus outside, and the bus at the door goes directly to Sydney

No toothpaste or slippers in the room though, pretty decent place overall.
