We were fortunate enough to have the Fathers day brunch this year and oh boy it did not disappoint. Bubbles on arrival, a wide selection of beers for the men in our lives and the most delectable spread of food. All made incredibly special by the attentive staff. What a lovely morning/afternoon. Hats off to you Ram and team.

The hotel rooms have the amenity expected of a 4-star hotel. We stayed for a long weekend but unfortunately the significant infrastructure construction right next door impacted our stay. We were woken at 6.30am on Friday morning with equipment being unloaded off trucks and then 7am on Saturday morning with a digger actually in the hotel carpark (right outside our windows) moving barriers around. The noise made it impossible to sleep. This, on top of music from the event venue being heard until midnight didn't make for a very restful weekend. We would have appreciated prior warning or at very least some acknowledgement, even provision of ear plugs.

Good but could be better. Great lobby and nice staff but the rooms are very tired, need some love and not up to the usual QT stand by any means. A ‘funky’ cushion does not a good room make.

Then we get to the sound proofing or lack there of. You can hear every word said between the rooms, it’s also as if they are in the room with you. Not ideal.

A comprehensive hotel with great rooms. The restaurant caters for all times of day and the food is amazing. Staff are incredibly polite and courteous. Stayed for a work conference for a few days and had no issues being in the hotel most of the time. Plenty of spaces to sit and have private conversations and also great spaces to share larger groups. Will stay again.

Disappointing to say the least. We were put in a room next to the lift (512) and the noise was so bad I could not sleep all night. When I told the staff member at check out she said that a lift was supposed to be turned off during certain hours to reduce the noise but there was no way this happened or if it did then the remaining lift noise was ridiculous.
Mould in the shower, spattered body fluids on the wall next to the toilet, dirty hand marks on the ceiling by the door, tatty damaged fittings and furniture. Free tea and coffee but no milk?? Beds made in a weird way without a proper duvet. Pillows very uncomfortable.
We had dinner and cocktails which were just ok but way overpriced for the quality and serving sizes.
Positives: the bar area has nice wallpaper??? The view from the room was good too.

I stayed at the QT because I had a very early flight to catch the following morning. Arranging a taxi from the hotel to the airport was easier than it would have been from home. The QT is just another hotel I've stayed at.

I’ve previously stayed at the QT Canberra hotel and really liked the spacious room and the views. Went out last week for dinner and absolutely loved the food. The service on the other hand… was slow, and stuff was an attentive which is such a shame. Because the food was so good!

Very nice room with a view of the lake, good amenities (dyson hairdryer was appreciated), and really nice quality shower products. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to Canberra centre and good restaurants. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was tasty (I had the steak), my only complaint is that when sitting outside for dinner there are no tables at the right height for eating.
