Lost my wallet before I arrived and the staff was extremely helpful. They gave me all the time I needed to use their Wifi and find my card info. I was in the Lobby for 11 hours and they constantly checked on me making sure I got all the help I needed, they gave me water, bathroom card and even aided me in looking up contacts that could help. Stayed here a few times on business trips, the staff are friendly, customer service is above and beyond, couldn't fault it. All the rooms I’ve had are clean and the beds are comfy. Close to all the cities amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here April 2025. You could not find a better place to relax and unwind. There was a well stocked fridge and staff were very friendly and helpful. You have everything at your front door here. Lagoon, wave pool, amazing pick of eateries and bars, live music. Will be back for sure.

Older hotel in very good location near the waterfront. Small rooms and bathrooms. Checking in was ok for us but our friends with two other rooms had extreme difficulties. We arrive a few minutes early about 2:30 and their rooms weren’t ready. That’s ok because we were early and staff said they’d be ready by 3:00. But there was an IT issue and the system was down. The hotel location is excellent and it's close to the beach front and all the good restaurants. Staff are friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

Clean comfortable room. Easy access to dining as the waterfront entertainment district is literally on the doorstep. Easy, short walk to Stokes Hill Wharf, harbor cruises, Oceanside dining. Skybridge to the Central Business District.

Seriously need to address their access ramp. Tiles are very slippery when wet. Either replace/cover with textured material for grip and build a roof structure to aid in keeping rain/water off.

I organised for staff to stay at Argus for extended periods last year. I found the service was amazing. There was many a time when we booked late, but they always found a room for us. The apartments themselves were large and always clean. Staff were amazing!!! Always helpful and smiling. I recommend these apartments highly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Stunning place I'd definitely recommend staying at, was worth every last cent and our whole family is coming back this year we were so impressed. The apartment sizes are absolutely fabulous and although we only hired out 2 rooms there's a third available which we'll be using this year when we come back.

It's a good place to stay. And very nice customer service. However, some of rusty metal on the fans and ceiling were just painted over. Which is not good safety wise: in they years to come.

Loved our stay at Cullen Bay resorts. Had an older apartment (well priced ). It was very comfortable if a little aged, lovely view over the marina. Plenty of room to sit in lounge or on balcony just watching the boats come and go. So relaxing! Easy to walk to Cullen Bay restaurants, but easy to eat in when we chose to! We stayed for a month and was just great, will be back

In our basic cabin we had everything we needed. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and dishwares. Very clean and the beds super comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool on those hot Darwin afternoons.

Park is located near airport but don't let that put you off. I had no problems sleeping at night. Yes you get the occasional plane etc but I never noticed any inside van in evening/night. We stayed in a 2 person cabin and it was new and well appointed. Fridge/freezer instead of bar fridge was great to have. Kitchenette well kitted out with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Comfortable bed, small meals table and chairs. Great base to explore Darwin and surrounding area.

A smaller room than last visit, didn't feel right bed directly in front of the door so after rearranging the room around a little, it was alot more cosy & comfortable. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the walls were quite damp. There was noise from other guests during the nights we stayed there. The pool area was nice. The apartments are not close to the esplanade but the bus number 4 stops outside and the bus is free.

Very close to the CBD area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The housemaids work continuously throughout the morning sometimes into the late afternoon. We love it here. We have met lot's of people and the pool area is primo. Good stuff Alatai staff.

Our family of four stayed for 5 nights in June. The apartment is clean and spacious. Kitchen is self catering and fully equipped. Supermarket is 10mins walk away. Strong Wifi connection. Cullen Bay and Mindil Beach is a 5 mins drive away.

A great place to stay. Pretty setting with lush foliage around. I was fortunate to have a ground floor apartment which also had a small private outdoor area. Easy to access after hours by collecting the key from the lock box out side of the office. Rooms were clean and seemed to have everything you'd need for a stop over. My family and I stayed across 2 2-bedroom units for 10 days. They also were able to accomodate my elderly grandparents by providing them with a ground floor unit. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed. Excellent service from Guy, who went out of his way to help us on a number of occasions. Located an easy walk from the main shopping area as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

This quiet little motel is set in gorgeous lush gardens and is a 10 minute drive from the Darwin foreshore. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is off-street parking and a pool area with barbecue. Great value!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Paravista Motel! The owner was super friendly and very helpful, went out and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Great value for money. Unlimited WiFi, unlimited use of laundry facilities and free laundry powder including dryers, free breakfast, pancakes on Sunday mornings, two free dinners a week as well. Great and helpful staff. Quite clean for a hostel. Common areas are cleaned regularly.

This hostel was a good balance of tranquil and social. The best part about it was the staff for sure. Very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately our stay was let down by the renovations.
