spacious, nice balcony area. good price, lovely big grounds. liked that we had a full size fridge and microwave in the room.
Fantastically relaxed resort. Easy check-in with friendly staff. Massive pool area with towels provided and floating devices readily available. Nice and quiet area both whilst in the rooms and walking around resort to get to either to the restaurant or pool. Have stayed multiple times, once whilst stayed during the Wet season there were ants throughout the Bathroom, front desk staff organised the delivery...
Rooms very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Have stayed before and will happily stay again. Excellent location close to the beach. Competitive rates for rooms.
Spacious rooms Beautiful gardens which will be amazing in 5-10 years. Great pools Just had the best steak and salad!! Not over priced. Quiet Near coast, and close to city Very friendly helpful staff.
Great place to stay! Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, good facilities, the bar and restaurant are great and the 2 pools are awesome. Love the location, recommend walking down to Lee Point beach at sunset, just beautiful! Better than anything in Tiwi!
Amazing resort! Helpful and friendly staff, spotless rooms, 3 different pools to relax in. They have a lovely restaurant on site which is open to the public and also provide room service for guests. You really can't go wrong 😍

very helpful friendly and accommodating when we were delayed 24hrs by a cancelled flight. really comfortable beds. great buffet breakfast.
Paid full high season rates, which I feel not really worth it as per service (which I think is typical now for NT) and overall. Room is decent, I don't mind windows facing another building. Good a/c and bed. Reception area is good.
Excellent apartment style rooms but with full service hotel facilities. Staff were quick and friendly. Quite a good location towards the centre of Darwin but not in a noisy area. Pool looked nice. Clean and very comfortable
Clean, great location and good staff! Restaurant looked good also
We had a wonderful stay at H on Smith from Friday to Monday with Eddie, the assistant Manger and his team catering to all of our requests. The rooms are spotless and serviced daily.. so wonderful to come back to a made bed and cleaned, stocked room after a big day out ! Thank you to the housekeeping team .. fantastic ! We had a king twin room on the ninth floor, which was spacious and gave us views...
Hotel was fine, room was big but carpet was stained in a few areas and bathroom tiles inside the shower looked like they could do with a good clean. Bed was comfy however we could hear a waste pipe every so often, like running water, must have been close to our bedroom wall. Location was great for being very central.

Most of the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. However, some need to be properly trained for ACCOR loyalty program. There were two incidents that the number wasn't put in either correctly or properly. And the points weren't accrued!
Top place to stay. Great room. Good facilities. A bit of a shame we didn't know pool was being renovated though. Will be great when finished though.
We went to Darwin in the hope of residing at a hotel with a pool and we paid and booked accordingly. Upon arrival we were told the pool is out of commision, no reduction in tariff was offered. We could go to another Mantra hotel and pay to have a swim,go figure. We had a booking for approximately 8 days on the second stint of 6 days we had to chase up for fresh towels and tea and coffee top ups, fully...
Convenient location in the centre of the city. Clean, comfortable and well equipped facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything we required for our stay.
Stayed here for a work trip. Great location. Easy car park and secure. Nice rooms, big with everything you need. I deducted one star because the bed is awful and the pillows even worse :( please get some more supportive pillows. Their breakfasts are excellent, the assortment was huge and everything was fresh and delicious.

Great, clean and tidy rooms 3to 4 starts.right in the middle of town, walk to lots of things.friendly staff, pool area small but adequate with fresh towels.close to Coles and Safeway.
Fab location; terrific staff; the property itself is tired and in desperate need of a post covid face lift. The rooms are clean and very tidy, but so very dark. I stayed in a studio suite which suited my needs - good sized room, and great to have a kitchenette, but only had a microwave. A cooktop would have been great.
Good centrally located hotel. Rooms neat and clean, staff helpful and friendly. Only downside for me was no food or restaurant. Staff referred me to Salvatore's around the corner a short walk away. This restaurant was quite good with a varied menu and reasonably priced, probably cheaper than hotel prices.
Great location, walking distance to shopping centre including Coles. Plenty of hot water for shower and room is looking clean. Check in is not the easiest with the app. It is easy to get the room cleaned via the app.
Spacious, clean, quiet, good blockout curtains, Comfy-enough beds. Very mediocre customer service let this place down. I don’t rate the do-it-yourself, human-less check-in and check-out and any staff we did see ignored us. On arrival we struggled to get a luggage trolley out from behind a bunch of linen trolleys in the foyer while the guy behind reception just looked on and offered no assistance and...

Great to have a clean place to wash-up and relax after a long trip. Personal Washing Machine & Dryer did the trick with the clothes. Had to provide own clothes line for delicates though. Youth Shack in Mitchell St. is out the back, so City View apartments get to share their party music!
Very nice hotel with everything at your fingertips. In the heart of the tourist area. Many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Hop on Hop off bus stop nearby. Room was adequate and comfortable. Would revisit and recommend
Location is great. Close to parks, supermarkets, restaurants and the city. You get a bit of noise from Mitchell St but we kinda liked it. Added to the Darwin atmosphere. There’s some free parking out the front (if you’re lucky), or free parking in the street overnight.
Good harbour views, comfy clean rooms but hotel has no food or beverage at all and you'll need to either self cater which is possible in many rooms or eat out which is also possible quite close by on Mitchell St. Regular room servicing costs extra too. All acceptable if the accommodation is fairly inexpensive. It's not.
Large adjoining rooms for group of 4 persons. Nice ocean view or city view. Close to city walk loop and outdoor jogging place.
I've stayed here before though much has changed.... A gold Accor member and pretty disappointed. They don't have the facilities to get a drink or even a coffee unless it's blend43. It's changed alot since I was last there and not for the better. The bed was very uncomfy, and no dooner/blanket/duve. Disappointed, and probably wouldn't stay again... I need my coffee in the morn!!

Stayed here a few times on business trips, the staff are friendly, customer service is above and beyond, couldn't fault it. All the rooms I’ve had are clean and the beds are comfy. Close to all the cities amenities. Will definitely stay again.
This is a great hotel! I didn't stay here, but my friends did, and I wish I did too! The rooms are great. My friends were on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean (which they didn't have to pay extra for!). Any problems have been minor and dealt with swiftly by friendly staff. Easy walk to the waterfront, Darwin Conference Centre, Smith Street mall, and woollies. Next time I visit Darwin...
Hotel apartment was great, balcony had lovely views and central location. Breakfast was fine and staff nice. The only issues we had was the pool was out of use for our 5 night stay which if we had been told prior we might have gone elsewhere.
Stayed for a week, and would have no problem staying again. Staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. We had a Harbour View room, no housekeeping, though they did come in halfway through the week, which was a nice surprise. I have to say that after checking in I was really surprised by all of the bad reviews of this hotel. My room was big and it was spotless with a good size bathroom. the configuration of the room- very functional for a work trip.
Pleasant staff and convenient facilities. Good room with large balcony. Well serviced - nothing was a problem.
The best doggo friendly accommodation I have stayed in. The staff were absolutely lovely. The bed was really comfy. And the balcony was perfect to enjoy the evening sunset and for our dog to hang out on and people watch.
Great they accomdated my inability to use a bath tub shower, and changed to wheelchair access room, awesome, has an old gym, but really nice pool, and located near pus, cafes and shopping centres
Great hotel with good facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room, good house keeping. Very comfortable bed. There is a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel. Good food and decor. Our only negative is the area the hotel is in. Outside the hotel there is a Centrelink office and Greyhound Coach stop and lots of Traditional Owners hanging around day & night. Park is located near airport but don't let that put you off. I had no problems sleeping at night. Yes you get the occasional plane etc but I never noticed any inside van in evening/night. We stayed in a 2 person cabin and it was new and well appointed. Fridge/freezer instead of bar fridge was great to have. Kitchenette well kitted out with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Comfortable bed, small meals table and chairs. Great base to explore Darwin and surrounding area.
A smaller room than last visit, didn't feel right bed directly in front of the door so after rearranging the room around a little, it was alot more cosy & comfortable. Besides that it was lovely, cool and clean on arrival. Advertised with balcony, unfortunately it wasn't a balcony. Not enough tea n coffee for 2 nights either which bit of a bummer. Overall it once again was a nice place to stay, friendly...

This is only my second visit to this property. The breakfast is delicious, the service is good, and as a Diamond member, the Hilton Lounge was wonderful, overlooking the gorgeous multi-colored turquoise sea for Happy hour. This quiet little motel is set in gorgeous lush gardens and is a 10 minute drive from the Darwin foreshore. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is off-street parking and a pool area with barbecue. Great value!

Rip off. I booked this place to relax and unwind, instead I awoke to dyno bolts being drilled into the walls in the rooms above me along with grinders and hammers non stop. The most annoying part was that reception didn't have the courtesy to let us know construction was going on and did not offer an alternative option. This place was $400+ per night. When I raised this with reception their answer...
What a strange place this is….the casino is as tacky as you’d expect and the reception and hotel rooms in the old section don’t look like they’ve been touched since it was built in 1983…charging $600-800 for what is essentially a ropey old motel room is a blatant rip off! However both pool areas are amazing, Infinity is the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a cocktail listening to chilled...
Best place to stay in Darwin, rooms are spacious & comfortable we paid for oceanveiw & almost got sunsets. Food was great in all the restaurants. Only downfall was the car park so far away, the high step up & over to the balcony & too hot to sit out there before 4pm. Stayed in a few places in Darwin & this wins hands down!
I went there for the Sunday session at the pool, and it was very underwhelming. There is music but no dj. Not exactly loud. People are sitting around, not much dancing. Drinks are quite expensive. I expected some more fun and an actual pool party.
The place itself is nice, so are the pools. However, we waited for about 15 minutes for anyone to come even ask us about drinks, let alone ordering, in an EMPTY resteraunt. The breakfast that we paid ahead for wasn't all that great. The fruit plate had very little, which would be fine, except more than half was bad and not in season: mushy strawberries, soft grapes, white pineapple... None of the other...

Beautifully renovated with huge modern rooms and a gated car park.
First time visit. Rooms were lovely except we didn't need a key card as the door didn't lock. Dinner was lovely in the pool bar. Brekky good to, but food not very hot on the buffet.
great pool, staff, cleaning, rooms are older styles which gives nice spacious feel. pool is great with long opening hours. Woolworths across the road with a bus stop but that corner does get a bit rowdy sometimes, enough to warrant security guards from Woolworths to come out and supervise people. easy to walk to anywhere in Darwin city.
Average hotel. Seems a little dated - but rooms are lovely and clean and comfy beds. Pool area nice. Dinner by the pool option. Breakfast slightly overpriced but good options. UPDATED - reduced service stars as I didn't realise until my early morning shower there was no shampoo and they hadn't replaced floor mat ...so had nothing to stand on 😐 I could live with this ....but the unconcerned attitude...
Second time staying at this Hotel and never disappoints.. This time was a 3 night stay with my family of 4. We stayed in a townhouse, which had kitchen. 2 Adults, 2 teenagers. Room made up everyday. No complaints what...
Room and stay was fine. Menu basic and underwhelming. The pool area is nice, but it is understaffed for the bar area with the one or two staff members starting at breakfast shift and still there for closing, which doesn't seem right.. but even though they looked stressed and overworked, they were doing a great job. Overall, I would have no problem with staying here again, I would just go elsewhere...

Breakfast was great, pool was great, staff was great.
People are nice, but hotel is only ok. It’s a little dated and some refreshment is needed. Shower has a shower curtain which reminds me of 3 star cheap hotels from last century. Does not look or feel the price I paid for it. Go to the Hilton Garden Inn next door. Looks old on the outside but they’ve fully refurbished it internally early 2023.
A refreshed reception and pleasant outdoor dining and pool area disguise rooms which are in need of refurbishment. While the hotel has done its best with modern furnishings, the bones are old and tired and the lack of balconies and opening windows is a missed opportunity. If you're keen to try the Hilton brand in Darwin you need only pop next door to the more intimate Hilton Garden Inn which has...
The hotel was to be the pick up location for the next leg of our trip.
Hotel was comfortable enough, but the rooms are looking pretty tired and worn out. Ignore the happy hour at the hotel bar, it's a joke with barely any money off the drinks, and hit a local pub/bar for a better deal instead

Didnt stay here just visited the bar. Great service, friendly and quick to serve! My only comment would be they have really limited options for non alcohol - got soda water because their menu didn't have any options of non alcohol drinks and I didn't want to stand there for ages asking options. Amazing pool as a view was awesome and very laid back vibe!
Walking distance from airport, so nice! Beautiful lobby, pool, and great place to have meals poolside. Rooms are average, but clean, and with small balconies. I'll stay here again for sure.
It's quite dated and rooms are more like a motel than a hotel unless you get more than a standard room, I.e. bungalows, etc. No lifts so if you have heavy luggage make sure you get a ground floor room. It is of convenient distance to the airport and there is a shuttle bus but don't count on them picking you up from the airport.
Location suited as I arrived on a midnight flight. Check in was incredibly slow. Maybe 10mins per guest. Room was hot a stuffy so had to wait for the air-conditioning to cool the room. Bathroom was fine.
I had my share of bad experiences, HOWEVER... All bad experiences were personally dealt with by the assistant manager and each problem was dealt with by a proper solution. I will never hesitate to come here for a nice room and amazing services. The staff and maintenance crew here are definitely the best!
Meh. Close to the airport which is good. New interesting menu but the food was bland. Mine was cold by the time Ruth's got to the table. Both cold and hot taps ran hot, so showering was interesting.

Janette is an excellent host. She had lots of tips for places to go and things to do. Breakfast was very filling and was tailored to the time we needed and our food preferences. Our room was very neat and tidy. The layout of the facilities meant all guests had their own private room and it didn't feel like we were imposing on our host's home.
