Old Dairy Cottage
Margaret River, 40 Tunbridge Street 🧭 Map
Great location, modern and clean everything you could need was there. Nespresso machine, Nutribullet blender, washing machine and dryer. Great TV with Netflix, parking in drive.
Very nice place. But..... barbeque filthy, about a 30 minute burn off to get it clean from all the old food and very old sticky grease. The other draw back by a very busy road. Your holiday lay in during the week will be shattered from about 0400 onwards. If you are an early riser then no problem.
What a beautiful little house, we are here for three nights. So pleased they had electric blankets as its really cold here. Spotless in everyway.
Well set up cottage with all amenities needed. Also only a 10 minute walk from the Margaret river town centre.
We really enjoyed our stay at the old diary cottage. The cottage was beautifully appointed and quality fittings. The garden is very tranquil and full of bird life..Thankyou for a fantastic stay
Beautiful place, well set out. Top place.

Outstanding breakfast with excellent range of options Very comfortable accommodation; owners were extremely friendly and provided very helpful advice for us as first time visitors to the Margaret River region Property was excellent, fantastic gardens, great living areas available for guests Easter eggs at every table on Easter Sunday morning was a terrific treat
Highly recommend the Rosewood Guesthouse. We stayed here back in October and couldn't have asked for a more authentic Margaret River experience. Kerry and Glenn were both amazing hosts and the cooked breakfast each morning had great taste and variety. I've been on many wine tours in the region but the one Glenn put together for us in his one of a kind Rolls Royce was hands down the best I've been on...
Glenn & Kerry are great hosts and made us welcome from the very first minute. Felt at home straight away. Just like staying with friends. Great choice of breakfasts also taking into account special requests. We stayed in the Georgette room which was very comfortable and private. The port, biscuits and chocolates available in the lounge were an unexpected pleasure. Glenn & Kerry went out of their...
A 5/5 rating just isn’t enough for this hidden gem in Margaret River. Kerry and Glenn are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation and gardens are stunning. Our room was spacious and decorated beautifully. The personal touches made it all very special. Waking to birds singing outside our window added to the charm. The breakfasts were delicious, so many choices! Shops, restaurants...
We had a fabulous stay at Rosewood - greeted upon arrival by Glenn & Kerry we immediately felt like we were visiting friends, they were so welcoming. We stayed in the Georgette Room with excellent amenities and a wonderful view of the garden with birds playing in the bird bath among the trees - beautiful! Our hosts provided an abundance of information about dining and wining in the region which we...
Me and my sister stayed in the Redgate room at the Rosewood guesthouse last week and we loved it. The house is so nice and cozy. Glenn and Kerry were so attentive, friendly and welcoming. They offer breakfast options every morning and they're delicious! The place is super close to the main street and surfers point. We'll definitely stay there when we come to Margaret River again :) Xx

Loved our cabin at the Riverview, self contained with everything you need and a comfy bed. Great location, right near the river and convenient to everything. Definitely stay there again.
A pity we were here for sleeping a night only as our whale trip in bremer got delayed by 1 day. Nice, clean and very cozy place. Would have loved to stay longer in Margaret River. Till next time.
Love the birds around the property tweet in the morning. The location is fine, not too far from the city. Suit for short-term stay with a budget. The reception lady is accommodating and friendly.
The staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming. Nice chalet and clean, close to the centre very convenient. But the TV remote is broken and doesn't work (not a big issue). Would love to go back again.
This tourist park has been a family favourite for almost 30 years. And it gets better every visit! These days I can afford the chalets, in the old days we stayed in the budget cabins and used the shower block: a great home away from home!
This place is perfect!! The location is so good and the room is big and even has a stove for me to cook. It's super clean too! Best of all they have the greatest service! Steph is so nice she gave us choc with a super lovely card to congrats us and bumped up our room! Super appreciates it!! Defo one of the best stay I've had in Australia.

Location and giant chess and mini golf. Facility catered for family with small children.
TVs are smart TVs but the wifi is not fast enough for streaming, will need to hotspot from your own phone. They have a handy self service area where you can get plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave and toaster use.
Set in some natural environment, there were always birds and frogs to be heard and seen and great for a walk or ride around the neighbourhood or into town Personally, I didn't find the beds and pillows very comfortable, but that could be just personal preference. The pool looked amazing, but it was a little cold for swimming. The WiFi was a little spotty in the room I stayed. The breakfast buffet was...
Love the facilities pool, BBQ and communal kitchen area play ground restaurant.
My husband and I have stayed here many times, and unfortunately we didn't enjoy it as much as we had in the past. We booked a Queen room, but the size of the bed felt like a double. It was on wheels, so whenever one of us moved, the whole bed moved, and we couldn't see a way of locking the wheels in place. The pillows were very uncomfortable. On the second night there, we decided to order room service...
Spent 2 nights whilst touring area. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was very well presented and beds were comfortable. Dining room was very pleasant and brekky and meals were good.

Excellent accommodation. Comfortable, luxurious and historical. All staff are very welcoming. The surrounding gardens are immaculately manicured. Breakfast is well laid out and presented. So much to see and do in the region!
Breakfast amazing and presented beautifully. Gardens emaculate.
Beautiful grounds, wonderful service and the only hotel where we could request memory foam pillows! Breakfast was delicious and very welcoming service. Wish we could have stayed a night longer but as many reviews have stated it’s very hard to book.
A beautiful heritage building converted into a hotel. The rooms are well appointed, with amenities including swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue, and landscaped gardens. Located roughly 4km away from Margaret River township The staff are so friendly and obliging.
Great place to stay and unwind, with a nice garden to walk around also has a tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue area. The property only does breakfast, but there are plenty of places in town to have lunch and dinner only a couple of minutes away.
A sense of luxury without being ostentatious. Beautiful storybook property with old-school customer service. We are a family - a married couple with 3 adult children, and stayed in two rooms for almost a week in the middle of winter (late June). The property is a few minutes drive from the town centre. Possibly a nice cycle during the warmer seasons. The rooms we were in were breathtakingly spacious...

Tracey was a brilliant host and made us feel at home in her home. Every detail meticulously taken care off and great to have that personal touch. Tracey’s recommendations for what to see, do and where to eat were excellent with that insider info that can only come from a local. Simply said, if you miss the opportunity to experience Karri House and your host Tracey, you’ll regret it forever! A wonderfully warm and inviting home to spend days exploring the region. My husband and I recently stayed at Karri House and we found Tracey to be the perfect hostess. My husband and I recently stayed with Tracey and had the time of our lives. Her home is so welcoming, comfortable, clean, friendly, relaxed, and fun. Love this place. So peaceful and pretty. Tracey is a delightful hostess and can help with planning activities in the region and has tonnes of local knowledge. Amazing place to stay. Wonderful nature, quiet, peaceful. Beautiful and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Gayle is an adorable host who prepares you a delicious breakfast. Can't wait to go back there soon🙏🌸💕
The best place , quiet, excellent customer service, with good breakfast. Very friendly and always smiling this lady and she is also very helpful on where to go for your day. What a good woman she is and excellent place to stay with 5 star service.
This place is amazing, so tranquil and serene. The perfect place for a peaceful getaway, close to the beach and close to town. Perfect. Gayle is such a wonderful host and really makes it feel like home. I would highly recommend a stay here!
Stayed here recently for a couple of nights and loved every minute of it. Beautiful lodgings in gorgeous bush land surrounds - topped with very warm and generous hospitality from our host Gail, who also happens to make a very tasty and hearty breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place for a Margaret River get away. Thanks again Gail! We look forward to coming back soon. x

Short walk to the beach and loved that there was a pub on site with good food etc. Neil who greeted us at reception was absolutely hilarious and by far the highlight of the stay was him!
Such great value and perfectly located if you are wanting to be by the beach. Even better is the local bar/restaurant “the common” is right there! Food is awesome and so are the drinks! Great place to set and watch the sunset too!
We LOVED our stay here. We only stayed one night and wished we could’ve stayed for a week! The accomodation was so nice, super clean and had so many amenities including a washing machine and dryer in the unit! Beautiful location and has a restaurant on site with really nice food. We’ll be back!
We stayed for four nights of our Cape to Cape walk. It is very comfortable with a kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. This allowed us to self cater and make our lunches for the day's walk. The Commons has a happy hour and lots of locals attend. Sometimes there was live music. Very convenient with welcoming managers.
Loved the location and a nice spacious apartment with beautiful sea views. Perfect for a family getaway with 4 adults. It's out of town so you do need a car bit close to tye Beach and good on-site bar and restaurant
Fantastic location, great facilities at the resort and the 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed.

We were happy with the location. No more than 5 min drive to main street in town. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were a good size. Comfortable. Nice and quiet.
I didn't expect it to be as good as it was, my cabin was larger and more well equipped than I expected and incredibly clean! The facilities in the park are great, my son loved the giant trampoline and the pool looked very inviting. Staff are all excellent and the location is very convenient. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
Location was great, facilities were great but the size of the caravan sites was pretty small. We only have a 16ft caravan at it just fit. By the time we got out a table and two chairs that was pretty much all the room left on the site. A 3x3 gazebo would have been hard up against our van and our neighbours. All the lots numbered in the 30s on the bitumen were all the same. Heaps of room on the grasses...
We enjoyed our stay. Great sites, with good tree cover and nice amount of space between sites. Clean facilities well spaces out and good playground with jumping pillow. Only negatives was the family of Euro’s walking through our site, like under our ropes, back and forth for 2 days and nights, until midnight, but hay, that’s not the parks fault! The park in nice and central to the main street of Margret...
It's a decent motel. Generous facilities, lots of stuff to do for kids, and spacious rooms, albeit a steep price point. My experience was generally fine, but it's pretty much it. It's just alright. The few peeves, wifi is very shoddy in general, straight up not working sometimes. The interior of the motel isn't the most pretty looking thing ever, however the entire park itself makes up for it. It...
Stayed for 2 nights and what a great experience. The room was tidy and clean. There was a gas stove with 4 heads. There was an elaborate storage of cutleries and cookeries. There was a TV and a functional AC/ heater as well. It was really close to the Main Street and the market. Highly recommended

Fantastic location being walking distance to the towns best eateries and bars! Absolutely loved the layout of the room and had all the facilities you could ask for to make our stay in the stunning Margaret River that little bit more special. Definitely one of our highlights of our Trip!

Great quiet location, not far from Margaret River. Great place to see kangaroos in the grounds and around in the local Bush. Easy access to wineries and dining in Margaret River.
We checked in after boxing day. The grounds are amazing and peaceful. Our host Sabina is very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was delicious and well presented. Great riding trails to the beaches and town only 5 km ride. Great place to stay for couples needed a break from the city or work.
Such a beautiful place. Scenic views right from the room's bath/spa with bunnies and kangaroos and endless amounts of birds. The stunning verandah near the pond is also such a lovely touch to the place.. Sabina was so wonderful, welcoming, and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay :)
A well maintained lodge set in large grounds. You can watch the Roo's and wildlife from the Spa bath. The bed is huge with crisp high end linen. The rooms are spacious, and Sabina is lovely very helpful informative.
Had a wonderful stay at the Pinda Lodge - the property is beautiful and regularly visited by kangaroos, bunnies and birds. Great farm cottage, wonderful bird life to enjoy. Love the Guinea Fowl. Amazing view of sunset through the trees. Great area for walking our dog, with secure garden area. Very clean and well appointed. Close to MR township and wineries. Highly recommend.

I loved the quirky & vintage architecture, friendly staff, clean facilities, great outdoor communal areas, central to the town & comfortable beds (also a cute kitty wanting pats at our door was a bonus).
Beautiful experience at admiral Stirling inn. We got upgraded to the admiral quarter instead of a triple room which was amazing! We had a whole kitchen for us, lounge room and 2 bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and the staff was also very friendly. Thank you for making our stay in Margaret River beautiful!
Brought me back to childhood with a charming and quirky old wooden house in the trees, and it was great value for this area. Incredibly convenient to town, and the bushtracks just to the north and east including a fabulous Saturday parkrun. Bike hire and cafe at Hairy Marron 3 min walk away. Amazing value for a quaint country style bedsitter with great service and first class Italian restaurant next door.
Interesting hotel. Rooms in main house had clean bed and bathroom however, the walls and main communal areas were dirty, with dust, spiderwebs and mould. Also, due to the two restaurants in the same hotel, it was very noisy until late at night. Confusing reception across the street.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. It's dog friendly and Sheila is so lovely. It was so peaceful and a perfect place to de-plug for a while. I had a castle moment when I arrived and literally said "how's the serenity" Hahah. Nothing but birds singing and leaves rustling. Magic!
Our Christmas was magical at Maya. We stayed 4 nights, family of eight 8 and 2 dogs. Sheila is wonderful. We didn't want for anything. Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful place. Than you Sheila for allowing us to stay at your gorgeous property.Regards Robyn and Family
We had four nights here staying in the Maya house. This was a family get together after a wedding in the Swan Valley. Thoroughly recommended. Everything was perfect and a lot of thought had gone into providing all the things you need. As a bonus, there is some cows and sheep which is fun for any children.
Beautiful location with fabulous dog friendly accomodation. There was a large contained area for our dogs to explore as well as beautiful walks through the forest. Sheila was just lovely, accommodating late booking changes and ensuring we had a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning soon!
Amazing. Sheila was incredibly friendly and gave us the rundown with particular focus on our young pup. The property itself is unbelievable; the accommodation just as good. We've already penciled in another stay in a few months. Nothing locked in yet however that's based on our ability to take the time off; not the property or experience.
