These Cottages are only 6 minutes from central Margaret River, but you would think you were much farther away as they are on a huge property and spaced so that your neighbours aren't too close. Great log fire, plus rev cycle aircon, electric blankets and good wifi, with Chromecast streaming. Lots of well maintained private walking trails (maps provided). Heaps of bird life and a welcoming mob of kangaroos...

Absolutely love the cottage! I would fly to Australia and visit Perth again just to stay at Bussells Bushland Cottages. Love the quietness and serenity. We can hear animals fighting while we sleeping and it’s pretty interesting. Free roaming kangaroos at our front porch in the morning, kids are crazy about it! Excellent accommodation set in bushland. Saw kangaroos, parrots and many other birds. Lots of nice walks. Peaceful setting. Friendly, informative staff and a complimentary bottle of wine, what more could you ask for. Definitely recommended

TVs are smart TVs but the wifi is not fast enough for streaming, will need to hotspot from your own phone. They have a handy self service area where you can get plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave and toaster use.

My husband and I have stayed here many times, and unfortunately we didn't enjoy it as much as we had in the past. We booked a Queen room, but the size of the bed felt like a double. It was on wheels, so whenever one of us moved, the whole bed moved, and we couldn't see a way of locking the wheels in place. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Spent 2 nights whilst touring area. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was very well presented and beds were comfortable. Dining room was very pleasant and brekky and meals were good.

We have been here twice and it always feel comfortable and always give me Peace of mind. Accessible to the town centre and the room is spacious for 3. Breakfast is as per usual, but satisfying.

Short walk to the beach and loved that there was a pub on site with good food etc. Neil who greeted us at reception was absolutely hilarious and by far the highlight of the stay was him!

Such great value and perfectly located if you are wanting to be by the beach. Even better is the local bar/restaurant “the common” is right there! Food is awesome and so are the drinks! Great place to set and watch the sunset too!

We LOVED our stay here. We only stayed one night and wished we could’ve stayed for a week! The accomodation was so nice, super clean and had so many amenities including a washing machine and dryer in the unit! Beautiful location and has a restaurant on site with really nice food. We’ll be back!

We stayed for four nights of our Cape to Cape walk. It is very comfortable with a kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. This allowed us to self cater and make our lunches for the day's walk. The Commons has a happy hour and lots of locals attend. Sometimes there was live music. Very convenient with welcoming managers.

Loved the location and a nice spacious apartment with beautiful sea views. Perfect for a family getaway with 4 adults. It's out of town so you do need a car bit close to tye Beach and good on-site bar and restaurant

Fantastic location, great facilities at the resort and the 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed.

Attended a wedding at this venue. Original building has old world charm. Grassed surrounds lined by forrest. Accommodation is in newer buildings. Did not lodge here so this rating is for the ambience of the venue only.

We stayed four nights in the Suite and love this small house. The full glass in the living room area created a staying-among-the-trees experience. The cabinets provided privacy for the bed and bath area. The whole suite is airy and warm during our winter stay. Wifi dropped 3 times in 4 days (maybe satellites related).

I booked all the chalets out for my hens in which all the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was amazing with picture perfect views. The chalets were well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Definitely planning on coming back here for a quick get away.

2024 Christmas in Chalet One. Excellent chalet. Very quiet location and close enough to beach and Margret river centre. New amenities, easy to find, new bathrooms. Lots of toilet paper, lots of dish washer tablets, bin bags etc. clean, great wifi connection. We will come back again.

Very high quality accommodation, peaceful surroundings, excellent hosts. Chalet 2 looks to be the most private. Its secluded veranda at the back (with bbq) looks out to the surrounding bush.

Fantastic little getaway spot, right near the actual Margaret River. Great cottages with plenty of space for 15 if you could, but there are only five beds which could be 3 Queens or 4 sinvles and a Queen. You'll see heaps of kangaroos in the evening and around dawn, and also lots of birds on your porch. Highly recommend to families or couples, the only negative is no dogs allowed.

Lovely setting not far out of Margaret River township (but it is a bit of a drive). Set in well kept gardens and quiet location. The owner was very helpful to rearrange our changed needs as we had to leave earlier than expected. A bit of an overall good cleaning would do wonders. However, this is a fine place, just another time for us perhaps.

Great quiet location, not far from Margaret River. Great place to see kangaroos in the grounds and around in the local Bush. Easy access to wineries and dining in Margaret River.

We checked in after boxing day. The grounds are amazing and peaceful. Our host Sabina is very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was delicious and well presented. Great riding trails to the beaches and town only 5 km ride. Great place to stay for couples needed a break from the city or work.

Such a beautiful place. Scenic views right from the room's bath/spa with bunnies and kangaroos and endless amounts of birds. The stunning verandah near the pond is also such a lovely touch to the place.. Sabina was so wonderful, welcoming, and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay :)

A well maintained lodge set in large grounds. You can watch the Roo's and wildlife from the Spa bath. The bed is huge with crisp high end linen. The rooms are spacious, and Sabina is lovely very helpful informative.

Had a wonderful stay at the Pinda Lodge - the property is beautiful and regularly visited by kangaroos, bunnies and birds. It was conveniently located for our stay - we were within easy reach of Margaret River, Busselton, and Augusta. Our host Sabina was so friendly and offered plenty of advice on things to see and do. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Lovely property with very clean & luxurious tents (with a fireplace!) Also met one of the host (Lisa), who was very friendly and hospitable - giving us a short tour of the farm and its history, as well as giving us recommendations around margaret river. 100% would recommend to stay! What a fabulous experience. The Tents didn't even feel like tents. Everything was lovely. Only thing was, it would've been nice to say hi to the owners and be able to thank them for the opportunity to stay at their fantastic olive farm. The walks were amazing. Surrounded by the trees. Perfect for morning walk or riding bikes. Close to everything that Margarette River has to offer. If you come for a getaway to relax or go for an adventure while you also get to enjoy the best food, cheeses, and wine at the same time this is the best place.

Had a very great stay here. We booked a powered camp site, check in was easy and the space was large. They have two toilet blocks, one is newer than the other which has great facilities, excellent showers. Location was on the edge of town. Would definitely recommend camping here.

We had a great time at this RAC park, the camp kitchen and the amenities are outstanding and they have a new family room which is very nice. The road in ok if you arrive at the slated times i wouldn’t recommend late check out or early checkin as meeting a big van on this road could be difficult. also watch for pedestrians. we had site 22 and with a 19ft van it wasn’t easy to get into because of people...

I have been here twice by myself with 4 teenagers while my husband was away at work. It was a very supportive place. Firstly I came with a caravan and every effort was made to give us a large, secluded site. The owner offered to park the van if I couldn't manage it (seeing it was my first time towing a caravan). The camp kitchen was well equipped. The children also enjoyed the table tennis table...

Absolutely wonderful stay here. It's dog friendly and Sheila is so lovely. It was so peaceful and a perfect place to de-plug for a while. I had a castle moment when I arrived and literally said "how's the serenity" Hahah. Nothing but birds singing and leaves rustling. Magic!

We had four nights here staying in the Maya house. This was a family get together after a wedding in the Swan Valley. Thoroughly recommended. Everything was perfect and a lot of thought had gone into providing all the things you need. As a bonus, there is some cows and sheep which is fun for any children.

Beautiful location with fabulous dog friendly accomodation. There was a large contained area for our dogs to explore as well as beautiful walks through the forest. Sheila was just lovely, accommodating late booking changes and ensuring we had a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning soon!

Amazing. Sheila was incredibly friendly and gave us the rundown with particular focus on our young pup. The property itself is unbelievable; the accommodation just as good. We've already penciled in another stay in a few months. Nothing locked in yet however that's based on our ability to take the time off; not the property or experience. Easily achieved the best rating possible.

Was so amazing at this animal farm being able to have the hands on opportunity to pat and cuddle the animals! The staff are so friendly and the animas are so cute, we even got to help out with the bottle feeding of baby joeys, cows, lambs and goats! Was so adorable. This animal farm was also very cost friendly.

What a magical place! We all had such a wonderful time with all the animals. They have plenty of space to enjoy their life. highly recommend to everyone. It was a fantastic experience!

Sunflower farm is an awesome place to visit for those with kids. The place is well kept for a farm, and the animals are friendly. The joey, sheep and cow/goat calf pens are open to public and the kids get to interact directly with them. Try to time your visit with some of the feeds, as it adds to the experience for the kids. Managed to catch the joey feeds and bottle fed and carried a joey. There...

The best petting zoo I’ve been to, with the most lovely staff who are more than willing to have a chat with you about the animals. I was able to feed not only the adult animals but got to bottle feed baby cows, goats sheep and baby Roos. By far one of my all time favourite places I’ve been too.

Really enjoyed our outing here. Crushed gravel walkways and fenced off animal enclosures made walking thru the farm a joy. Entrance fee and feed bucket separate but well worth it...the animals loved the food provided in the feed buckets. Friendly animals who love being petted and very accommodating owners. Went in the morning (you can expect to spend a few hours here) and came back in the afternoon...

Loved it! Friendly, healthy animals, safe for young kiddos and great pirate ship out the front. Great day out.
