Location and giant chess and mini golf. Facility catered for family with small children.

Set in some natural environment, there were always birds and frogs to be heard and seen and great for a walk or ride around the neighbourhood or into town Personally, I didn't find the beds and pillows very comfortable, but that could be just personal preference. The pool looked amazing, but it was a little cold for swimming. The WiFi was a little spotty in the room I stayed. The breakfast buffet was included each morning catering to any preferences

That manager Justin or whatever his name is an absolute tool who knows nothing about running a hotel. The rooms are centuries old and he is not useful at all. Probably the rudest person I’ve ever met and comes cross as knowing everything when he knows nothing

Unfortunately we have been scammed by this place please before you stay in a room check the furniture. We got accused of marking a table and they charged us $500.
Also room service isn’t room service you have to go and pick up what you order.

TVs are smart TVs but the wifi is not fast enough for streaming, will need to hotspot from your own phone. They have a handy self service area where you can get plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave and toaster use.

Clean place, & friendly reception staff. Rooms are functional, but not that exciting. And free wifi is great, but be careful: it's limited to one device (whichever you first open the wifi voucher on).

My family and I had a wonderful two night stay in a 2 room apartment. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed supplied. Staff were friendly and very accomodating.
My kids loved the pool and mini golf and the whole family enjoyed playing chess on the giant outdoor board.

My husband and I have stayed here many times, and unfortunately we didn't enjoy it as much as we had in the past.
We booked a Queen room, but the size of the bed felt like a double. It was on wheels, so whenever one of us moved, the whole bed moved, and we couldn't see a way of locking the wheels in place. The pillows were very uncomfortable.
On the second night there, we decided to order room service. They do not deliver the food to your room
They call you to say that it is ready and you have to come to pick it up. We ordered $52 worth of food and the amount we received was very disappointing. My husband ordered the Korean Fried Chicken. Only a few pieces in a small box were given. I got the bruschetta. It came as one small piece of bread cut in half. Plus a small box of fries. Apparently this is the same food that you can get in the restaurant. For the price, they could have brought it to our door!
Other than that, the place is quiet, clean and surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. They could definitely invest in some renovations.

Spent 2 nights whilst touring area. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was very well presented and beds were comfortable. Dining room was very pleasant and brekky and meals were good.
