Everything was great! We could heat up some food and make some coffee, they left us milk in the fridge. We had hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for the 3 of us! Delightful stay!

Check in was friendly, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Townsville. Central too.

The room was very ordinary for the money definitely needed a refurbish and paint job

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to be of assistance. Pool was absolutely magnificent.

The bathroom shower drain was blocked. Upon complaining they said we can't do anything about it as there is no body available. Upon requesting to change the room they mentioned they are fully booked out. And that's when they arranged someone to look at the drain. They were quick enough to fix it after this. however the overall condition of the room was pretty average. The bed wasn't comfortable and made noises, the bathroom door gave difficulty in closing. It felt lil unpleasant to stay in the room for 1 night.

The hosts of this facility are wonderful. They are responsive and kind. The room we stayed in was well presented, hygenic, and very comfortable. We cant thank you enough. We'll definitely be back.

Great location nice and close to the sCBD. The bed was very comfortable and late check-in was simple. Good communication from the office.
