The hotel is located in the city center, very well renovated and furnished, but it has been closed for a long time. The hotel is closed, the restaurant and the cafe are closed.

A real hotel with reception and keycard for a very nice price. The serve breakfast in the garden. The parking nearby is free.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only (very minor) drawback is that the restaurant is managed by 1-2 people and sometimes it takes a while to deliver a meal. Other than that, the food is delicious and I recommend this hotel.

Very good and peaceful hotel.

The hotel is extremely interesting, great architecture, wonderful view. The staff is very nice, the food is delicious. Unfortunately, however, it needs repair, the white color is very difficult to maintain. The pool looked pretty busy too. The spa and the gym too. I hope these wonderful people get a chance to update it soon.

Well sized villas with enough room for everyone. The barbecues outside are pretty big and offer a fantastic place to gather around and prepare some food. The proximity to the dam makes it easy to go for a walk or fishing. The only con I can point out is there are no bath towels, the bath towels are the size of face towel so better bring your own.

It was very clean, the room we've been in had view to the lake The food was delicious, the personnel was nice. It is perfect for escape from the city. It has everything a person needs to relax and reset :)

This place is fantastic, the view is amazing! The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly. The spa area is small but really nice, with breathteaking view! The menu in the restorant is short and the food is good. I would definitely visit it again with the kids!

Overpriced for the facilities, which it has. The SPA was just a sauna and steam bath. But the view is amazing

The jacuzzi wasnt working, the lady responsible for the spa wasn't realy kind. For this price there are much better places. The spa is small and there is no pool, they just warm it for us and keep on asking us should they turn off the spa if we are not planing to use it. The brekfast included wasn't buffet and you could get only one dish or sandwich. The hotel itself looks nice with beautiful view...

The rooms are great, the food in the restaurant too, but there is no internet. Probably recently, because we have come before and there was.

Great place for everything!!! The house is located near the Batak Dam. For people who love nature. Clean and comfortable rooms, Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen with a tavern, outdoor barbecue. The restaurant next to the house offers everything.. We will go again, the beautiful nature of Tsigov chark, Batak reservoir combined with the comfort of an Elite guest house!!!

While you are drinking your coffee, the waitress encourages you to order something else and constantly asks for free bottles and glasses to pick up from the table.

The rooms are nice. The fact that it has its own kitchen, barbecue and living room is a plus. But the fact that on the site through which we booked the rooms, the address of the guest house was confused and we had to go around the entire Tsigov chark is a big minus. And even if the restaurant is full, it is very difficult to pay attention to seat you.

Very quiet and pleasant place with amazing views of the dam. It is very clean and has all the amenities for a wonderful holiday. The owners are very kind and kind. We recommend that we visit again.

Cool house, the place is the top! I only have a recommendation in the apartment to put shampoos and shower gels in the bathrooms. It can even be a wall dispenser that is periodically recharged.

The villas are spacious and clean, furnished with everything necessary for a household. Very nice and quiet place overlooking the Batak dam. The hosts are kind and responsive. I recommend!

It was such a nice place. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the cuisine amazing.

The cuisine is nice but they have issues with the timing of the service. It takes long to order and get food despite having just a few tables. Better make a reservation beforehand

Cozy little boutique hotel. Loved it.

The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant offered some delicious options. They agreed to prepare for us sandwiches in the morning instead of the regular breakfast, as we had to leave very early.

Great family hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was very taysaty too. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Only 4* as there was no AC in the rooms. Heating is done only centrally.

The hotel is nice and the restaurant is very tasty and quick service, but the amenities are very limited. There's only sauna and jacuzzi, and are limited per request and additional payments. The rooms are clean but there isn't much of a view since you're in the middle of the road. It has a comfortable location if you plan on moving around with a car and there's parking.

The host is very responsive and understanding. The premises are clean and renovated. It has insulation and only with an oil radiator it is very warm. The bathroom has been renovated and has hot water. The terrace is spacious with table and chairs. There are utensils in the kitchen, but there is no place to work, I used the table. 4 people can sleep.

Gorgeous place! Great hosts! The cleanest house! Nothing is missing, everything is thought out. The house is wooden, stylish, not of the type with folk motifs. In the middle of the forest and at the same time close to many cultural and natural attractions. Thanks for the special welcome, you made our holiday more cozy!

The location is amazing. The view is breathtaking. The room needs some refurbishing because it is clean but everything there is old. The pool is okay. The garden is cool. Two of the waitresses were adequate. Decent but limited breakfast.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The spa is small but good for the capacity of the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was well prepared, not much variety but acceptable. Prices in the restaurant are normal. The hotel has a parking lot. The price-quality ratio is very good.

Nice place. Magnificent view of Batak Dam. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. Only for us everywhere in the hotel was very warm. For people who love the heat, it's great. They do not save on heating. We were in February, but I think summer will be even better. Winter is cold (most attractions along Batak Dam are not available in winter), yet it is a mountainous area. Summer will be gorgeous....

The hotel is reasonably fine. The rooms were alright. Food at the restaurant as well. The good thing was that there were no other people so it wasn't crowded. Even though it's called "The view", it doesn't have much of the view left. Unfortunately it doesn't have SPA facilities available either which was a disappoitnment for us.

Unpleasant feeling from the constant presence of the owner at every moment. The business is his, that's probably right, but it creates a feeling of surveillance over the holidaymakers and staff. Check-in was delayed two...

The place was amazing! It is in a calm quiet area, well maintained and has a really good spa center and open yard to just chill or for kinds to play around. There are lot of parking stops. The restaurant was really nice as well with good variety - the lunch was served really fast and it tasted goos. The dinner and the breakfast were on a all you can eat table and they had some interesting stuff like...

Peacefull and out in the forest. 3-4 minutes walk to the nearby Dam. The water in the bungalows was the only thing that was bad.

I’d give this hotel 3 stars. It was good but the rooms don’t look like in the photos. The bathroom is very uncomfortable as the toilet and the sink are almost under the shower - there is no room enough. The food was bad. We had breakfast and dinner included - buffet. We also had launch at the restaurant - it was not delicious at all. The spa is ok, there is hammam, salt room, sauna, infrared sauna...

Overall the hotel was nice. The room we stayed in was a little cold, but they provided a heater. The bathroom was a little small but you don't need too much when you are on vacation. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful location. Buffet food was also good. Pool is lovely and warm. My fiancé lost her bracelet in the pool , and staff immediately searched for it and found it. Will definitely return.

The reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the language barrier. Allmost none of the staff speaks english, all the food descriptions at the morning and evening buffes where in bulgarian, kirilic caracters, and all the tv where whith the menu in bulgarian. Another drawback was the werry poor wireless coverage, that was almost nonexistent in the rooms. This being said, the overall experience was great...

Fantastic place !! Large shared kitchen with living room and views of the reservoir, fireplace. There will be enough tables for all, even at full load. There is also enough space for everyone on the summer terrace and in the barbecue area. It was in May and it was cool in the evenings, so the hostess turned on the heating, the heat in the room was 25 degrees)))) if you want, all the batteries are regulated...

Everything was cosy. The jacuzzi and pool were nice and available at all times. The hosts were quite welcoming. There were common spaces available to all guest. Whole families come to chill there.

The service was perfect, I loved the view,the apartment was clean and cozy. The only problem that appeared was some unpleasant smell in the rooms...maybe from the sewerage...

It's beautiful but there's no red carpet and a woman waiting at the door for you, thus the 4 stars.

Nice and cosy place, great to gather up friends and to rent all by yourselves. Not exactly luxury furniture, but comfy beds, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms and jacuzzi. Really children friendly, clean yard and pool. BBQ zone, gazebo, kitchen with everything you might need for a decent dinner. There are few taverns nearby and two small cities where can go for groceries or anything else.

I love this place. We were 19 people. There was enough space for everyone. Just perfect. Comfortable beds, amaazing hosts. Almost every room has its jacuzzi, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, more then enough glasses, cutlery, pans, just everything was perfect. I strongly recommend this place! It’s the right spot for everyone. U can blast loud music, no one will mind nor come to complain. Excellent...

The value-money ratio is OK. It's clean, but the staff is unfriendly and they don't change your towels, we had to buy shampoo and soap...we even had to buy toilet paper.

We spent couple of nights there. The place is quite, but there is not a lot to do. The breakfast is "included" in the price but because the restaurant is not working yet you a given a couple of mini pastry disappointments whit each one been a mouth full, and you have to pay your coffee separately for some reason. The spa facilities are dirty and the water is not clean.
