Nice location ,good hotel , beautiful view, normal food with good presentation and typical Bulgarian service with answers of my questions every time with :” I don’t know 🤷♂️ ☺️😂

There is no elevator to the second floor. The food and service are very nice.

The place was amazing! It is in a calm quiet area, well maintained and has a really good spa center and open yard to just chill or for kinds to play around. There are lot of parking stops. The restaurant was really nice as well with good variety - the lunch was served really fast and it tasted goos. The dinner and the breakfast were on a all you can eat table and they had some interesting stuff like spiced bread and spiced potatoes and good variety of salads and cheese. The rooms were cosy and also well maintained. Would recommend if you want to just relax in close proximity to nature and highly recommend the pool.

Decent value for 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. Food is delicious, BUT a bit expensive. So bear in mind when you visit the restaurant

Very low value for money. The place is located in a beautiful area, in a walking distance of the nearby lake Batak. However, the room was much smaller than expected based on its price, wasn't as clean and had mold on the walls. The bathroom smelled really bad for the whole 3 day of the stay (like a sewage or drains).
The SPA area was average - there was no water in the sauna, also on week days it didn't work full time. The salt room was paid extra even for guests. The pool was okay, but there was no lifeguard the entire time. It was overall quite noisy.
The staff was polite, but didn't much respect the "Do not disturb" signs on the door. And the most irritating part was that one of the days somebody from staff just entered the room and destroyed a swallow bird nest on the balcony, so that thy don't make a mess. But in no way was there any mechanism from preventing the birds to build nre nests on the balcony, so they'll probably keep destroying those in the future.
Food was good, but nothing special, worth the price.

Good location with nice view, large yard with basketball playground, indoor warm pool. Staff is polite but very inexperienced as if they do this job for the first time. Good food. Somewhat pricy.

It's way overpriced. Rooms are tiny. Shower holder was broken. Charged us a lot for renting a bike that was actually not functioning well.
