We booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com. However, when we arrived, there was no one at the reception. After waiting a long time, a woman finally came out from the kitchen and told us there were no rooms available – and that it was our problem. She said she hadn't seen the booking because she was busy in the kitchen.
We were exhausted after a long trip and this was the last thing we needed. In the end, we had to leave and find another hotel late in the evening. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Rooms are near by the street so during the night its not quiet at all. The AC is very noisy as well

It's a lovely hotel, I've stayed there twice. The rooms are quite spacious and always very clean. The staff are kind and welcoming. It's quite convenient if you are traveling by car because it had its own parking lot. I would come back next time I'm in Blagoevgrad!

We enjoyed our short stay.
Nice quiet location on the edge of the city.
Rooms clean and well equiped for the price.
Small bar and restaurant, outside terrace.
Nice welcome upon arrival, free parking and good value.

I've start sleeping in this hotel since opening and aways been pleasure for me till this time . Room it was very disgusting, dirty, full of dust,full of some flying ,full of mold everywhere in the bathroom, full of spider webs,some pieces of food from previous guests. Food it was sooooo bad I just can't believe it that everything it's soooo bad

very clean hotel and room. nice and quiet place. 15-20 minutes walking distance to the city center. secure and convenient parking lot. WIFI worked perfectly.

Great hotel! The best I've ever been to. It offers fantastic service, rooms, bathroom and everything is awesome. It is 3 star hotel and if you go there you won't be disappointed. It is in very peaceful part of Blagoevgrad and the landscape over the Pirin mountain is fantastic.
