Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the interior design is really good. The food is prepared quickly, and is very tasty. One thing though: please make the breakfast a buffet style, so people doesn't have to wait for the waiter.

The location is quite good - there is parking and you can leave your car and get to the city centre on foot as it is very close. The room corresponds to the price you pay for. The furniture is old, but the mattress is huge and comfortable enough. My child slept great.

Amazing place, lovely service and greatly maintained! Fabulous food and restaurant and we were more than pleased with the service and special attention we got from our waiter- Alexander! One of the best places to ski in Bulgaria! Certainly very unique in it's location and style. There is almost nothing around, so you can ski freely ball you want, and there is an elevator going from your hotel room to the ski life ..I kid you not! Overall, we had so much fund and will repeat for sure!!:)

The best off-piste spot in Bulgaria! Stick to the pow 20-50m right from the lift for the time of your life! PS: brace yourselves for some technical narrow paths at the bottom of the hill! Keep in mind that you simply have to take your board off for 20m of walking at the very bottom, but IT'S WORTH IT!!!

This is our go to show hotel the rooms are cheap and you can bring animals. Yeah it's not the biggest hotel but you can still find free rooms. The restaurant downstairs is the restaurant I've grown in. Our family has been going there since we moved in our apartment. The food is excellent the waiters are friendly what more could you ask for

Room is OK. It was kinda hot when we got in the room so we turned on air-condition and there was a nasty smell from the floor unit of mold. And the bed is a bit hard.

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay during a road trip (normally camping) in the Rila national park. Lovely room This hotel is on a pedestrian sidewalk so there is no vehicle noise. The bed was so comfortable. The room was really nicely decorated. There is a fridge in the room with water bottles and coffee and tea as well. Lovely place to stay.
