I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

One of the best places to ski in Bulgaria! Certainly very unique in it's location and style. There is almost nothing around, so you can ski freely ball you want, and there is an elevator going from your hotel room to the ski life ..I kid you not! Overall, we had so much fund and will repeat for sure!!:)

The best off-piste spot in Bulgaria! Stick to the pow 20-50m right from the lift for the time of your life! PS: brace yourselves for some technical narrow paths at the bottom of the hill! Keep in mind that you simply have to take your board off for 20m of walking at the very bottom, but IT'S WORTH IT!!!

We were still there when we asked them to check for forgotten clothes in the wardrobe. Amazing place, lovely service and greatly maintained! Fabulous food and restaurant and we were more than pleased with the service and special attention we got from our waiter- Alexander! SPA center is really cosy and clean, very relaxing being there! All in all- lovely place and we would be more than happy to get back there again! Strongly recommend!

Nice motel for the price! Clean and suitable for transit.

The room we slept in was pretty big and the bathroom was also big but it had no balcony. Breakfast was not that diverse and you did not have many options but it was quite tasty 😋! The location was convenient because it had a parking lot and the motel was pretty close to the highway. Overall a good place to stay overnight!👍

Really good place overall. We were able to book it on the same day as we arrived. The receptionist was really nice and waited for us to arrive late in the night. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside was the breakfast which was a bit lacking but a great place to stay overall!

Rooms are clean, it is relatively new, pillows are too tall, there's nothing for breakfast and it has rooms facing the highway, but with closed windows it is ok. A/C available. A car wash next to it.

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay during a road trip (normally camping) in the Rila national park. We had 3 rooms for our party of 9 people and all were fine. 2 were en-suite the other had a private bathroom just the other side of the corridor. Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the interior design is really good. The food is prepared quickly, and is very tasty. One thing though: please make the breakfast a buffet style, so people doesn't have to wait for the waiter.

The location is quite good - there is parking and you can leave your car and get to the city centre on foot as it is very close. The room corresponds to the price you pay for. The furniture is old, but the mattress is huge and comfortable enough. My child slept great.

Good place, near to center. Restaurant serve good meal. No elevator, lot of stairs, but no problem. Rooms oriented to street are more noise, but they have AC and you can close window. I enjoy stay here.

This is our go to show hotel the rooms are cheap and you can bring animals. Yeah it's not the biggest hotel but you can still find free rooms.
