Spa Hotel Orbita

1.The hotel pool area was dirty. The staff doesn’t clear away empty drink cups or plates, which attracts many wasps and flies.
2.During dinner, three waiters are standing around while only one occasionally works. You end up waiting forever for drinks.
3.You book a room with meals and breakfast included, but at mealtimes, there’s only a minimal selection available. Anything extra has to be ordered at an additional cost. For example, there’s salad, but which child willingly eats that on vacation? If you order pizza, it costs a lot. If the buffet runs out, it’s not replenished. Desserts are almost non-existent unless you order them separately.
4.The room carpets are old and stained!
5.I can’t think of anything positive about the hotel, except for its location and view

The bed or should I say beds in the type of room we slept in are horrible. It is two small beds positioned together - if you want to cuddle, one of you is simply not sleeping because the mattresses move and create a hole between the two beds. The mattresses are quite uncomfortable as well, but that is personal preference. No one can sleep in a hole - that is not a preference.

We had dinner the first evening at the restaurant:
- With almost no guests at the restaurant, we had to wait a lot to get even a menu
- I ordered room temperature water and got ice cold water
- I ordered salmon with glazed carros and got salmon with roasted vegetables, no carrots
- I ordered salad without the hot pepper - got one with a hot pepper. When I pointed out the problem, they took the salad away removed the hot pepper and served me the same salad - there was hot sauce from the pepper all over the vegetables.

As a whole, the view is amazing, but you do not care about the view when you cannot sleep. The pizza at the restaurant was exceptional, but everything else was just simple wrong and unpleasant.
